Package wasnt picked up when it was booked for. Made a complaint, pickup got moved to another day, but then delivery company showed up and picked up anyway. And then they showed up again wanting to pickup the package that was already picked up.

I was nervous to place an order through ParcelMonkey as their prices seemed too good to be true - and there were some unsettling reviews online.
I took the leap and sent a 38lb box back home from NY to Aus.
FedEx collected the parcel on the date I requested, without an issue.
I had to ask ParcelMonkey for the direct tracking numbers for the FedEx Ground (within USA) and then DHL international post as the ParcelMonkey system tracking number seemed to be a step behind. The customer service operators were more than happy to provide me with that info within 12hrs of me requesting it online.
I will mention that it was quoted as taking 2-5 days but arrived on the 7th day. I assume thats because the parcel had to wait out the weekend in Aus before being delivered Monday. My brother (recipient) was sent a text when the parcel arrived in Aus and all delivery updates.
Ill definitely use ParcelMonkey again. I saved over $100 and am very impressed with the service I was provided.

I’ve used Parcel Monkey to arrange shipping of several large parcels over the past year both during and since my move abroad from the UK. All of my experiences booking shipping with them have been positive. They’re efficient, far cheaper than the post office charges that I used to pay and they provide everything I need for a smooth, fast delivery. I will continue to use them for a long time and I highly recommend them.

Absolutely, superb! I was sceptical at first. Especially because I had spent hours looking for how I could deliver my parcel online. I wish I had found parcel monkey a little easier though. But overall, great!

Been using Parcel Monkey to send parcels to China for a few times already. Their website is very easy to use, rates are acceptable, and labels are emailed to me separately by email. What I like most is that they use Parcel Force service which is very reliable and so far I have had no complaint to their transit time.

Why offer "anytime between 8am to 6pm" for pickup? Who gets the 8am slots? Or even the 9am or 10am slots? At 2pm I called parcel force with who parcel monkey had linked and was told by a very polite lady to expect a call back......im still waiting for that. At 4pm I went out as I needed to.....and guess what.....4.10pm they turned up to pick up the item. Thankfully my neighbour was able to give the driver the item but in this day and age of tracking and customer service I found this service very lacking and not one I could recommend. Sure its cheap but pay a bit more for a stress free service.

Booked a collection date, no-one contacted me all day. Had to ring next day and was told it was the drivers fault, rang driver he said he was scheduled the day I had and didnt see any problem. Had to take day off work to sit there and wasted :/ Im unable to track my package, contacted customer service, they were nice but useless. Still dont know where the parcel is and when it arrives. Wouldnt recommend at all

Simple and easy, the pick-up area was a very short walk from my office, and the customer care by the staff in the newsagents was amazing. The email telling me my parcel had been picked up arrived and reassured me. And then the email letting me know the delivery time was correct. Everything worked perfectly!

Appalling service. Booked a same day delivery service with them. The courier they used wasnt able to deliver as the offices had closed by the time they got there. I wasnt able to deal with the courier company directly to reschedule a delivery as it was arranged through Parcel Monkey. Parcel Money ignored requests for 3 days to reschedule the delivery. Theres no way to call them and their live chat support is a joke and took half an hour to get a response. Will never use again.

I would of given 5 stars if the tracking system had worked... I was trying to track the parcel both the system/customer service said the parcel hadnt been picked up and yet I was there when the parcel was collected.. When I ran our customer about something else he mentioned he had received his parcel... To cut a long story short I would use again as I was happy that the parcel had been delivered on time and for a good price.

One of the most appalling courier experiences Ive ever had. I dont know where to start - the customer service and booking process was so ridiculous. Ive wasted 3 days whilst ive been trying to deal with them getting things wrong - i have a customer on the other end - now my company is going to look bad because of Parcel Monkeys awful processes.

The service is fast, you can do everything online:pay and print label. Only issue: the post office where i was supposed to drop off my parcel refused to collect it, as it was too big. So i had to find another one, but obviously was scared how accurate the info on the website after that experience. Not soo fun walking around with a 15 kg parcel...
