I booked a collection which when delivered was badly damaged. I opened a claim and more than 2 months later it is unresolved. I get fobbed off with "its been forwarded to our department" etc etc. I went to the courier direct and they say no claim was opened and the time has passed for it to happen! They suggested taking legal advise against ParcelMonkey. Likely will end up in court now. Stay clear of this, deal direct with the couriers, its not worth the 1 or 2% saving not too. Lesson learnt.

The parcel was collected on time (I got notification of when to expect the driver) and it arrived safely at its destination (again, I got notification of when it was going to arrive).

do not use this company they not serious at all !!! twice the parcel was not picked up ..... twice I got an email the driver missed me ... but I was at home ... It is not worth the hassle .... That is no customer service at all ! NEVER AGAIN ....

I got an email from Parcel Monkey on 13th November stating that Parcelforce had been in contact with them saying that I hadnt weighed my package properly, that it didnt weigh 3kg as I had put on the order, but 11.5kg, and asking for an additional £9.77 charge to be taken to the credit card Id used, at first I thought it was an email scam posing as Parcel Monkey. As an eBay seller who has used companies such as Parcel-2-Go to arrange cheaper deliveries, Im used to double-checking parcel weight before shipping, ordering shipping for a higher weight than the package itself just in case, so I was very displeased to hear this. Currently waiting for them to take the payment, whilst Im over having to pay this, I should warn anyone to throughly weigh their package with digital scales or visit their local post office and ask for an accurate weighing, then write the weight on the package.

Tracking information is so out of date, you dont know where you are with your collections/deliveries. You lost my first parcel and seriously delayed my second and I have only used your service twice.

Compensation/insurance cover is unclear on what category of computer systems are fully covered. It would be useful to be able to specify when collection should occur e.g. I had to delay collection by 24 hours because I knew I would be out for the morning. In the event the parcel was only picked up at 4pm on the booked day. I thus wasted 24 hours

Always seem to be hit with an additional charge once parcel is in their system. We send cardboard boxes that are 48cm x 35cm x 35 cm, and are given a price for this size, Now it is obvious once they are in the system with other boxes and items on top they will squash so for example will be 37cm wide and 49 com long but no longer 35 in height ,, but because of this you then get charged more , We are now using a company called postage supermarket , half the price and someone on the end of the phone if you need help

Do not Book! On Friday I booked and paid for collection on Monday and paid for next day delivery. Even though I chased up the collection on Monday at 5pm I was advised that they can collect until 6pm and assured me they would do so. They didnt. Numerous chases occurred by me on Tuesday to finally get a response but each response was from a script with nothing positive and nobody to actually talk to. Finally Tuffnells contacted me themselves advising that they had only just received the booking. Parcel Monkey still had no idea what was going on and had failed to provide any unscripted response. Delivery driver finally collected 24 hours late but couldnt guarantee the parcel would be delivered the day after. Do not use if you run a professional business.

Excellent service, reasonably priced if you compare the cost to other providers. Only downside is not being given an approx time for collection of the parcel, we waited in all day. But the parcel safely travelled from uk to New Zealand in three days!!

Do not order from DPD Classic or DX Mailing as both couriers never collected! You are better off not using Parcel Monkey altogether and going direct with Parcel Force. Customer Services is terrible, told them I wanted to make a complaint and they basically told me they could not do this. Absurd!

I wish I could award 0 stars. Do not use this company or DX Delivery. My collection was arranged for Friday 10th November between 8am-6pm and no-one turned up. I rescheduled it for Monday 13th November between 8am-6pm and AGAIN NO-ONE turned up! Throughout both days I contacted Parcel Monkey and got nowhere. Parcel Monkeys Customer Service is horrific and most unhelpful as they are unable to give you any further information whatsoever. I contacted DX Delivery Customer Service directly who were more helpful and they said I was entitled to a refund and a fulfilled collection and delivery, however Parcel Monkeys terms and conditions are worded as such so they dont give refunds for their awful service despite me paying a premium for next day collection and delivery. DX Delivery told me they would send someone to pick up my parcel straight away, however this didnt happen. I will never use either company again and advise you not to either if you actually want your parcel collecting and delivering. BE WARNED!

Parcel was sent back to depot as it didnt pass some terms and conditions, we were not informed of this - the recipient told us that it hadnt arrived. I spoke to 2 different people on online chat about this. No one can tell me when I will be able to retireve the parcel, or where it will be when its returned. No one can tell me what terms and conditions it didnt meet. We are basically held hostage until we hear from Parcel Monkey, and we desperately need to send the parcel out again using a different courier as its an URGENT and IRREPLACABLE package.
