I paid £40 to post an item worth £1000 next day delivery, the item turned up 2 weeks late and smashed to bits. I could not get a refund or any compensation when they had clearly damaged the item and failed to deliver on time!

Unfortunately my parcel didnt get collected on the Friday as I had booked so I had to request another collection for Monday which was a little frustrating but otherwise fine. Would use again.

Brilliant- a very important package to Sweden - quoted a fortune by usual postal service - this was such good value it was almost unbelievable. Collected exactly when it was supposed to and received in Sweden in pristine condition - excellent thank you.

Booked our parcel on a 3-4 day delivery. 24 days later, I found the parcel myself. PARCEL MONKEY REFUSE TO ASSIST CUSTOMERS WHEN THERE IS AN ERROR. Look elsewhere. They use bots to communicate. They do not try and find missing shipments.

Dreadful experience! I booked a courier through Parcelmonkey, one day delivery. Courier (UK Mail) didnt turn up. No way of re-arranging online. Waited in all day. Online chat could not resolve the issue. No apology. Will not be using again, and suggest you look elsewhere!

Started out good, collected promptly and shipped out quickly. Thats when it started to go wrong. It was held up in customs for 10 days for no apparent reason then once it was released it took delivery company 5 attempts to deliver, again with no valid reason. In total it took 22 days for a delivery that was estimated to take between 5 & 7 days. Not good.

This company does not deserve a single star as they are well, well below par. They use bots for communicating with customers and have managed to lose 6 parcels in that many days. No explanation, no refund, nothing. Astounded that they havent been sued out of their existence, really. Broad daylight thievery

Lost Parcel; Parcel collected by ParcelForce, via your company, on Fri 17.11.17, on a 48 hour delivery, but it has not been delivered by 23.11.16 - the parcel did not get to their hub, and it is having to be investigated

Prices are reasonable, and service generally reliable (if you use known carriers) in that parcels arrive, however they always take significantly longer than time quoted when you book. E.g. if they state 3-4 days, it really means 4-8. Do not use their in house carrier service it is atrocious. No updates, parcels arrive battered and take 2-3 times longer than the time stated

juat annoyed that i paid a few pounds extra for a 24 hour delivery and yet although it was at delivery depot early Saturday morning it neve went out till the Monday.

Chose DPD pick up for delivery to USA, delivery was stated to be 3 - 6 days, from drop off to delivery was 8 days so a little disappointing. Have used Parcel Monkey previously with no issues. Use of the website is very easy.

The collection of the parcel was fine but once it had left the country there was no way of checking any further. the parcel monkey site just said that the parcel had been collected. the parcel arrived but was damaged

I ship to Canada at least 5 or 6 times a year, get my package picked up from my place of work ( convenient for me) and I can track it all the way to the delivery address. Parcelmonkey make it very easy for you to fill in and print the relevant customs and address documents... and, keep your payment details secure making the whole business a very smooth process.

A little difficulty in setting up the account (it still says it is only 75% processed!) but have used it a few times now and everything works simply and smoothly, including remembering your details and order history without having to keep re submitting them.

Excellent. We have used Parcel Monkey for delivering parcels on our behalf on a number of occasions and found the whole process from booking which service to use from the choices given to being able to get tracking/delivery information and printable VAT invoices so very very simple and efficient. On the odd occasion where we have had issues (one created by our operator with size/weight error and the other where order was confirmed but no label link to be able to print) have been quickly and easily resolved via the query submissions avenue. All round excellent, cost effective service.

I guess the saying you get what you pay for is relevant here. Service said 4-5 days we are now on day 10 and the parcel has still not been delivered although it is supposed to be getting there by end of day. Support chat was in a word useless when I contacted them the other day. I shall be looking elsewhere in future.

Pretty smooth process from beginning to end. I wanted to send a parcel to France - using Parcel Force directly it would be more than twice the price, but with Parcel Monkey I got the same service for a lot less. My local post office was initially thrown by the pre printed Parcelforce labels but sorted it out quickly enough and the parcel arrived in about 4 days - the recipient very pleased!
