Rubbish service. It was ok the first a few times, then went downhill after I chose another delivery company from this website. After 2 months, the parcel still has not arrived, then I was told I have to pay extra to get it back totally outrages, will never recommend to anyone!

The parcel was same day pick up.two dlukeays past and two phone calls only to be told that my parcel wasnt on the system but payment was taken two days earlier. I ended up taking the parcel to DPD myself. NOT IMPRESSED!

I cannot believe the service from Parcel Monkey with Parcel Force. My 20kg box was collected last Wednesday afternoon and arrived at its destination in France on Friday morning!!! Amazing! I would certainly recommend this service to everyone and I shall be using Parcel Monkey again, and again.

Parcel not collected from pickup point for 2 days and tracking information was incorrect, misleading the recipient due to the way that Parcel Monkey books their orders with DPD.

Parcel Monkey is my first stop for sending international parcels.
Postage is one of my biggest expenses and going through Parcel monkey helps keep that down but at the same time still providing both myself and my customer the same level of service I would get by going direct.

Parcel was posted on 7th November and has been sitting in customs in Hong Kong since 11th November with insufficient paperwork provided by Parcel Monkey and NO contact from them to indicate the reason for the delay. Not impressed. Supposed to be delivered in 4-7 days...Express Service. Having to chase it up myself with DPD, Linex and since been told it is Parcel Monkey who is at fault

Our gas fire - a heavy box, was delivered by Pacel Monkey/Parcel Force to a neighbour whilst we were on holiday. The neighbour is in his 80s - but the driver refused to carry the gas fire in for him. He made the elderly neighbour go out to the van and carry the box in his self. Totally disgusted. Your ref is PM_4787660_5884944
