Dreadful, dreadful organisation. They take no interest or responsibility for any problems at all. I had organised a collection near Paris, and the courier failed to show. I had no choice but to rebook. The box has sat there for 5 days and still no collection. ParcelMonkey say that it’s necessary to rebook again and they’re “sorry for the inconvenience”. Their excuse is just that they’re a comparison website not the actual delivery company but the people they use are awful. Monkey couldn’t describe this outfit better. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Parcel Monkey provides an excellent, easy to use service my package was collected and delivered exactly as scheduled. I selected Parcelforce and the cost was less than if I used Parcelforce web site.

Parcel monkey deducted £30.94 from me regards courier to Italy.Baggage never got collected by fictitious driver.It delayed courier by few days as useless helpdesk advisors continued to misled me assuring they are re-arranging my collection.despite contacting 5 times with bonkers customer service still waiting for money to be returned. Very disappointing service,beggars belief they operate in London.Beware you get what you pay for.complete fraud

Monkeys at Best!!! :(( Not a happy customer, waited in all day for collection company DX, driver did not turn up! Whats worse didnt receive any communication or phone call to let me know they werent going to make it but I had a feeling they were going to do this anyhow! Contacted live chat and customer service pretty bad and slow responding, now asking me to reschedule and take more time off to wait in, but still waiting for response on refund must have gone home??!!! - wish I used different company

I am very disappointed of the service by Parcel Monkey. I dropped my parcel on 28th Nov and it is supposed to go within 2-3 days. Still now its in the same place where I dropped. I contact parcel monkey several times and they give the same response each time. They are very irresponsible. I Definitely would not use this company again.

Very good service apart from the fact although given a day for collection and giving my contact details etc no contact was made regarding time slot for collection. They only just arrived in time as I was leaving for work within minutes! Tracking process was simple & worked well. Overall good value and much cheaper. Would use again.

Appalling service - didn’t collect on day 1 - lied and said turned up and left a card. Didn’t collect on day 2 lies and said was there at 13.08 Constant messages ignored and told driver way on route Refund in 3-5 days !!!! And didn’t acknowledge any compensation So late with parcel now

Did what it promised!
Courier picked up and dropped off as expected - all tracked online. What was particularly good was that insurance was reasonable price for a more valuable parcel which needed insuring!

Posted 25kg package to Netherlands from UK on a Friday and arrived on the Monday. Parcelforce quoted £65 directly from their website and Parcel Monkey quoted £21 inc tax. Ironically it was Parcelforce that fulfilled the contract so an identical service for a third of the price.

Dpd who are the company transporting my parcel to Spain are a waste of space. App a waste of time. Sent a week past Friday, and now the following Friday, and still not got it. Supposed to be here 3/4 working days. Tel wednesday, told coming Thursday. Told Thursday coming Friday, but tracking says not even on van at 1pm. Cant get thru on phone, says there too busy. Automated messages getting on my nerves. Same **** over and over again. Another wasted day waiting in,probably for it not to arrive.

NO CUSTOMER CARE - Very easy to place an order on the website and arrange a delivery but BEWARE if there are any problems. The item I sent was seriously damaged in transit and when reported to Parcel Monkey they instantly started quoting terms and conditions at me and offered no assistance at all. They are clearly working on the model that if they take enough orders then enough people will be happy and they neednt care about those who are let down by the service. Very dangerous way to treat you customers though ParcelMonkey as recent feedback shows you are damaging your reputation and I will certainly advise people and business associates to stay clear of your company.

Absolutely no assistance or support while faced with blatant corruption from the local handling agent. Site wasnt updated with accurate shipping information. Great if nothing goes wrong.

I tried to use Parcel Monkey to send a package from Paris to the UK. The contracted courier was Aramex. Courier never showed up for the pickup and there was no explanation given about why. In fact there was no proactive communication at all. I cancelled. If a company cant pick up a parcel without making a pigs ear of it, why trust them to deliver it correctly? Parcel Monkeys chat service was civil.

I wanted to send 19 kg from UK to Germany. Art the selection I paid for 19kg shipment. No confirmation of the order with weight was given. I received a label to ship 10 kg. I complained. The response was that I should have ordered for 19Kg. I checked again and the price was still the same for 19 kg. Did not receive any money back nor an appology. This is plain fraud and cheating customers. I Definitely would not use this company again.
