I shipped 4 boxes at the beginning of August. 3 arrived and one is still missing. From what I understand the box was returned. I have raised a support ticket, the responses are quite rapid but pretty useless as they tell me about the boxes that have arrived and not the one that was returned. All I ask is for the location of the returned box and this has been going on for weeks. Final result, I am missing one box and wasting time with a bad customer service.

For the pick off, the address was a student residence. I think that is better to call the customer first instead of go directly to accommodation office. One person was waiting for the delivery man all day because of this.

Was offered and selected DPD as the carrier. Good price and ease of drop-off were key. Good comms with DPD all through including photos of parcel delivered and left in porch as instructed. So far so good. Unfortunately the parcel had clearly been subjected to some rough handling as the recipient reported a broken component and dislodged glass lid. This despite very careful packing (as agreed by the recipient) and Fragile Tape affixed to the parcel.

where do I start? An account was set up for me but did not allow me to set a password. When I tried to log back in I had to click "forgot password" to be told a reset link was on its way (twice), never received. 3 days later my parcel was still sat waiting for collection and my money had by now left my bank account. I managed to find a contact email via their facebook page so I sent a polite message outlining the problem and as yet still no response nearly a week later. In the end I had to pursue payment back through my bank. Would I ever use them again? Never.

Great. I saved 80 euros to send my parcel, compared to what the post office was asking and the parcel arrived earlier than expected.

Very good automatic system, terrible when it comes to speaking to a person, no way of communicating over the phone or chat with a real person, and add or ask information!

I ordered and paid for a collection of a letter. The letter was meant to be collected the following day. I was warned that if I was not there for the collection that I would be billed an additional £9 (roughly). The next day at 19:00 there had still been no collection. I had been online a few times to check on the status and it just showed collection pending. When I finally got bored I went on to the online help tool. Ian told me that it was after collection course did I want to cancel or rebook? I asked him why I had been missed....No answer he just told me to choose to either cancel or rebook. I asked him if I was now due the £9 fine to be paid by them as it seemed fair that if I had to pay them for messing their time that it would be fair the other way round. No answer he told me to choose rebook or cancel. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. Just rebook or cancel. I asked to cancel and am still waiting for the money. DO NOT use these people. I think they chose an apt name parcel MONKEY. Rather pay an extra few pounds and just get it done right the first time.

Advised I would be told a pick up time slot of a hour on the morning of collection. This did not happen and had to wait in all day. After looking for contact details realised there was no customer service phone line for parcelmonkey or dpd. Delivery was estimated to take 4-5 days and was never delivered. Had to be collected from a depot in Australia 2 weeks later. On the tracker it was saying it was at the destination but was not and after calling they advised it could not be delivered to the address.

Booked with parcel monkey for a pick up parcel with Parcelforce on monday PAID FOR A 24 hour SERVICE And came to collect only on friday !!! NOT RECOMMENDED !!! AVOID PARCEL MONKEY HAVEN GOT BACK MY MONEY. AND THERE IS NO PHONE LINE TO CONTACT THEM!!! PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID PARCEL MONKEY!!!

Absolute useless and dishonest, didnt pick the parcel as scheduled, sent an email to the recipient that it had been collected, rescheduled for the next day and they didnt turn up either, shame I do not know any alternatives.

VERIFIED REVIEWER BEWARE OF THIS SCAM A COMPANY OF CROOKS AND FRAUDS Hi This is to bring to ur notice that I sent a parcel-packed separately in 2 packs-PARCEL1 & PARCEL 2 (Parcel No. ********* & Inv No. *******) on 15th Aug17.When i first sent this parcel we were informed that it shall be delivered in 4 days.We were contantly in touch with DPD & Parcel Monkey in order to track my parcels but each time we were given different reasons for delay/failure in delivery.Based on their last correspondence we were informed that the address given was inaccurate/wrong.After that i received a message from their side that if i wanted I could get my parcels for which I had to pay £18.90 as its delivery fee as well. But I have sent parcel already in the past on the same address that was delivered by DPD (Consignment No.then **************C and Inv No. then *******) so how was the address inaccurate this time??? Today after 15 days I have just received PARCEL 1 (1 pack out of the 2 ) that i sent on 15th Aug17 while PARCEL 2 is still missing! *ITS A SCAM NOBODY IS BOTHER TO REPLY OR GIVE YOU EXACT UPDATE THIS ALSO THE REASON THEY HAVE NO CONTACT NO ALMOST HALF A MONTH AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL TO BE DELIVERED BACK TO ME. Parcel was delivered to my neighbour without my consent and was left outside in the garden where box get damaged due rain and content get bit wet too. I have paid for Plus service and cannot see this as special. Disappointed for £26 cost.

Sending a fragile 10 kilogram parcel from the UK to Australia turned out to be quite easy and delivery was carried out within the week with no damage incurred. And from the local Post Office.
