Having read bad reviews of every delivery compant I was a bit nervous but shouldnt have been no problems at all & parcel Monkey tracker is great so easy to use - thanks.

The DX Freight people did not turn up on the day that they said they would to collect the parcel and I waited in the house all day. There was no way to make contact with Monkey Parcel other than to book a delivery the next day. Unacceptable

Parcel was booked for next day pickup..Got a text next morning with pickup time slot ,only for driver not to show up after waiting home all day.No contact number to call ,no call from them,no update .so i sent an email asking for an update. No contact back from Parcel Monkey only for another text to come tgrough the next morning and parcel was eventually picked.This happens everytime that Ive used them.

Please be aware of the following terms you will sign up to when using parcel monkey . You may pay for your parcel to be collected on a set day and delivered the next day but clearly they have different ideas:- 2.6. Compliance with the estimated time of collection or delivery is not guaranteed and the company shall not be liable for late deliveries unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date the goods were scheduled to be delivered on. 2.7. You will be responsible to ensure that the correct Goods are available to be collected by the Carrier from the collection address on the scheduled collection date. You should ensure that you or a trusted representative are physically present at the time of collection. The company shall not be liable for late collections, including those from Post Offices, courier depots or store locations unless there is valid evidence of a period of 5 working days from the date of goods were scheduled to be collected or dropped off on. 3.8 The company disclaims all liability for and consequential loss arising from, or in connection with, the services supplied by the Company and its agents. For the purpose of this Agreement, Consequential loss shall include, but not be limited to (i) Pure economic loss (ii) Loss of profits (iii) Losses incurred by any third party (iv) Loss of revenue (v) Loss of goodwill and reputation (vi) Loss of opportunity (vii) Loss of work. And their customer service is the worst, you will get no help from them. Absolutely awful company! Don’t use!

Quick, cheap and hassle-free!
I was pleasantly surprised to find it was cheaper compared to Royal Mail, DPD or DHL to send my parcel to Switzerland uisng Parcel monkeys self service labels. I was treated as a priority customer at the local post office dropoff point, so had to just go an hand my parcel in. Highly recommended. Good experience.

I have used parcel monkey a few times now and they are great only problem I had this time was when paying my 9parcels it wdnt allow me to put the value as every time I put it in then went to pay the value disappeared to read zero and now I have received my 9parcels and one arrived burst open so possibly things missing, it looks like the box has been ripped open?

Did a price comparison and Parcel Monkey came out on top. Make sure you use them when you need to increase the insurance on your parcel. They couldn’t be beat. Will definitely use next time.

Would recommend this service to anyone - have helped me get important items from one end of country to the other at great prices on many occasions. Easy to use site and excellent results.

I will never use this company ever again. There customer service is rubbish, No phones, no emails for contact just a call centre for problems and solve nothing. Complete utter rubbish experience. Treat people like rubbish.

dropped parcel off at DPD pickup point on 28th Nov pm. Parcel was only collected by DPD on 3rd Dec. It was supposed to be delivered within 3-4 days. Estimated delivery now 8th Dec, making it at least 8 working days. Unacceptable when I paid for 3-4 days.

I send 6 parcels and I only get 3, the less value parcels, DPD lost it and even with the receipt no one give a solution. The only solution was " you didnt buy any protection so.. sorry we cannot do anything" Unbelievable, dont trust them if you appreciate your items. Really horrible costumer service and a very bad experience in general. DONT TRUST THEM!

Excellent service and price. I was quoted £45 by post office and £15 by parcel monkey, and they came to pick it up. They game me a time they would collect next day, and they were on time. It was delivered to Amsterdam 2 days later. Brilliant. They even let me know what time it was delivered. Could not be a better service. Highly recommended.

I paid for 48 hr Parcelforce and my parcel didn’t get delivered for 4 days. I asked for help and the chat service didn’t provide any information to help me.

Parcel collected, in London, in the time scale quoted and delivered to Southern Spain in 6 days, inc a weekend.

I didnt deal with any person so I cant say they were rude at all or there was any friction as mentioned in the guidelines. But I sent an heavy (20kg) parcel in a strong cardboard box racked with bubble wrap. And marked it as Fragile and this way up. I paid for the 24 hour service and the recipient took a day off work to receive it but it didnt turn up until the following day and when it did arrive, it arrived in a damaged condition.

I have had the most Kafkaesque run around with Parcel Monkey. They send me a defaced label (it had type over the top of it). To date they have send me the same label 4 times. Eventually they send me a different label - for a consignment three months ago. They refuse to refund me and they are incapable of giving me a service. Do yourself a favour - Avoid!

I used Parcel Monkey for two separate parcels, one 24 hour delivery, one 48 hour delivery. Neither parcels got there on time - in fact they were both approximately three days late.
