Send two packages on Tuesday and my son got them on Friday morning fast delivery from Kirkintilloch Scotland to Brisbane in Australia 110 % :-) happy will use again PS and vary good price

I paid for a parcel that didn’t even leave the country
My parcel was returned due to customs and no explanations
Called parcel monkey washed there hands saying they don’t know nothing

I waited in all day 8am to 6pm and no one showed and they couldnt contact the driver so that was one day off work which I was furious as if I dont work I dont get paid so I asked if I could possibly be the first collection and again was told 8am to 6pm and the courier arrived at about 2pm so I wasted more or less 2 days work it wouldnt take much for the driver to text a rough time of collection Very poor experience

The things you want from a parcel delivery service are communication and certainty. Neither of which you get with Parcel Monkey. No confirmation that the carrier will actually pick it up. You are left to guess and cross your fingers. Tracking parcel didn’t work.

Our UK to France parcel arrived in 48hrs, and the driver was efficient, callONG to check our delivery details, as we live up in the mountains so its not the easiest place to find.

I paid for delivery to Thailand. At the border the subcontractors Courier asked for another 60% of the fee already paid. Parcel Monkey ignored me after claiming not their problem. Trading standards in progress.

Parcel Monkey are a complete joke! Ive been waiting 3 weeks now for them to deliver a parcel, they told me 3 times that they have arranged a redelivery with DPD after the first attempt failed. Needless to say I contacted DPD directly as I was getting nowhere with PM, they said PM have done nothing in way of getting this issue resolved! And now to top it all off, the parcel is being sent to me!
