Couldnt have been better. The booking process was super easy, DPD gave an hour wide collection window which the chap came only 10 minutes into. Delivery to Singapore was 4 days later without a hiccup.

Posted from UK on Friday afternoon and arrived at delivery point in Spain on the following Monday. No problem with Spanish-side courier, Seur, using this service (Seur open all the packaging and all contents and dont deliver when they say they will)

Be very careful when using this company to courier a parcel. If insuring a parcel make sure you check their list of items they do not cover. I paid insurance to return an oven to Appliances Direct, it got smashed up in the back of the couriers van and then I was told they would not pay my claim because It was a ‘non compensation item’. It was not listed as an item they didn’t cover. They were rude and not at all interested in trying to help me with my claim. They told me they would not change their mind and I had chosen to purchase insurance knowing my item wasn’t covered. It’s taken a month and a letter the the CEO of the company to finally get our claim paid.

Promptish arrival (30minutes late) & no fuss collection of awkward bulky item (small freezer) & smooth (no hiccup) delivery (return to Amazon). For the price - for transporting a large heavy item - a great efficient service. Glad to be acquainted with it & would recommend.

Worst service. Booked a parcel from Milton Keyns 8 days back still not recieved it. I made the worst choice of selecting Parcel Monkey. Should have picked the parcel my self. Would have got it home in 2 hrs. Parcel Monkey. I will never recommend you for anybody... Im highly dissatisfied with this level of service. You should rename your brand to Parcel Sloth..

Im very impressed with Parcel Monkey UK--which I hadnt heard of before the customer service person at Wright Buy suggested I use it to return an item to them.
I followed the return instructions, paid the fee--on-line-- and that was it. The next day the package was picked up.
If I ever need to ship something in future, it will be by Parcel Monkey.
