My parcel is delayed. it was supposed to arrive in 2 days. its been 6 days and it hasnt reached yet. Very disappointed !

A brilliant service, very fast and economical, they took a large box of dolls furniture (about 40 cm. cube) from England to Western Canada in just 4 days. Delighting me and my grand daughters. I would definitely recommend them.

Lots better than taking a suitcase! Much cheaper than checking in one suitcase (my parcel was actually max 30kg which is more than most low cost airlines allow). They picked it up the day after and even sent me a text with an hour slot in the morning. Arrived in the given time period and the post man was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Decided to take payment out my bank 2 weeks later saying 4 items totalled 27kg when they in fact total weight was 23kg so have had to charge me for this and had no option ... Very poor and feel let down so I will not use and advise others to use this provider.

Booked collection via Parcel Monkey but was not collected on said date and had to rearrange. Collected day after but was not delivered next day as confirmed. Had to contact them number of times regarding parcel delivery as there was no way to track the parcel and every time I contact parcel monkey they say "We will get in touch with update" but as It was me who was in trouble, I had to contact again and again they never came back with any update! Parcel Monkey? ...Never Again!

Order was never collected, want to talk to customer services but you cant get a phone number. Parcel Monkey are rubbish on the live chat ad just rob you off. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Small knee rug i hand crocheted and sent to my sister in SA. Didn’t place value on it - stared ‘no Value’ when I filled in the forms , as it took 7 balls of Poundland wool. Got an invoice from their SA clearing office saying it is worth R1358, I must pay R405 import duty, R283 import VAT, admin fees of R180 and documentation of R180. How they valued it I have NO idea - a random figure that they then taxed, and charged duty! Emailed them. They wanted a ‘word document’ explaining what it is, plus the till slip from when I bought the wool. Wool was old, no slip. They couldn’t open the word document. Resaved and sent in 3 different formats, they then emailed back and said they want an amended invoice. What invoice? If I’ve never sent them an invoice, how can I amend one? It’s too crazy. I’ve been sending small-value gifts to family for 18 years and have never had to pay all this extra. I deliberately keep it small value gifts. Never again through Parcel monkey.

Very pleased!
I was very happy with the service of DPD (through Parcel Monkey UK). My package was picked up in the indicated time window and it was delivered to the Netherlands within four days (including the weekend). Great value for money and everything is trackable.
