Better and faster than Ive expected. A week from UK to Malaysia at the lowest rate available is impressive. First time I try htem and they did well. (Used the DPD courier option).

The contents of my parcel were severely damaged (by the delivery firm Parcel Force) Parcel Monkeys were initially regretful and invited me to fill in a claim form, but have since decided the small cabinet was a prohibited item. I dont know why this wasnt highlighted before I submitted the lengthly claim including photographs and descriptions. No compensation was offered.

The Most awful customer service, no call centre to help rectify any problems... We had three separate problems all in quick succession of each other for different parcels. If you are a business do not use these guys, save yourself the time and money and go directly to the courier who can actually help with any possible problems that may occur.

Used for the first time for a parcel to go to Sweden. Used DPD option of 2/3 days dropped at a DPD location Wednesday 3pm, the parcel arrived in Sweden Monday 10am. Really pleased with the service would use again.

I sent a parcel for next day delivery. It was not picked up until the following day breaking the deal which offered 24 hour delivery. I contacted ParcelForce twice who assured me they would pick up on the day, but failed to do so. I complained again and finally someone came to pick up the parcel. Not happy.

You have charged me and taken extra money for a 14kg parcel but my parcel was what was stated and paid for at 2kg. Im not happy you took the money before asking me to confirm this and Im not happy I have to prove it. I wont use this company again!

I have been using Parcel Monkey for some time and never had any issues until one of the couriers lost my parcel i sent. I spoke directly to the courier and they confirmed it was lost within 6 hours and advised me to go "parcel monkey" to claim. I would like to add i have paid the addtional for extra cover on the item. Anyway, I reported to Parcel Monkey and to be fair they were quick on first responce but now it seems they are not taking my claim seriously. On 3 occasions now they have asked me for the same detail on the parcel and the consierge number which is poor considering this is over their only chat suport portal. They are great on taking your money but as soon you try and claim on a parcel which the courier confirmed its been lost for some time now it seems near enough impossible. Its a shame that this is happening considering i have been using them for some time but it would of been easier for me to go directly to the courier as would of had this claim dealt with sooner. Would i use them again.... NOPE Would i recommend them again... OH HELLL NO

Literally the worst courier company out there, cheap but absolutely no customer service in case of any issues, and there will be issues, any online chat is simply a series of repeated computer says nooooo replies to whatever youre asking. Certainly dont use if you are a business with customers expecting a delivery service, they will make you look like clowns. They cannot provide your tel number to the courier, they cannot help with anything other than the automated online options - which are not sufficient to cover all issues. I kept getting collection attempted but nobody home, when i was and they were going wrong address, and all i could do was rebook for next day, i can only do this the day after original collection day so in the end i have to have a 3 day late collection attempted by a courier that has shown he cannot find my address and will simply choose another address nearby and say hes attempted. Asked to cancel and refund and told takes between 3 and 5 days on that too. In this modern world of instant online payments on the go these monkeys cant give back what they owe inside 24 hours . Shoddy in every way. As requested I will put my shipment ref in so they can reply to my feedback, i welcome it, they had no such replies to any of my issues when it mattered so lets see.

My parcel was not collected as it was not in a box (it was a chair) and it was not clear that it needed to be boxed on the website. It was wrapped and I had agreed that it would not be insured as it was furniture. Disappointed to be let down at the last minute.

I’ve had so many good delivers but this one I booked a 3-4 day service and it took 6. I really needed it there in 4 too so was a nightmare and cost me a lot of money

Useless, chat assistant could not find my parcel or anything to do with it (blamed the driver). Tracking system does not update, paid for a next day service for it to be delivered 6 days later. Would not recommend or indeed use again.

Terrible! They dont collect your parcels so perhaps they are in the wrong line of business... Oh, and they dont let you know that, you have to chase them up and then they rearrange and fail to collect AGAIN. Will never use again.
