Great service fast collection and delivered on time. Easy website to use with many choices. When it works Parcel Monkey are great but their customer services are poor as only contactable by email. Would be nice if review requests had parcel number.

first time I have sent a parcel for years, so easy, quick and cheap. collected, delivered and tracked. brilliant , all for £13 will use again and again

Rubbish service . They love passing the buck , parcel sent consistently late now.The last 4 parcel sent via them have required searches to find out where they are. Told one thing but our trackers show something different. They where quite good a couple of years ago but now hopeless. Never refund. No More be warned.

I have used Parcel Monkey several times in the past. The price is right and they have always delivered as originally stated. UK to Slovakia in 4 working days. The last 20+kg box I sent was cube shaped and must have rolled on a conveyor or something as every corner of the box was destroyed. Luckly the goods inside the box on this occasion were fine. I would recommend Parcel Monkey for international deliveries.
