Booked a pick-up, never turned up so cancelled and booked through someone else. Was told I would be refunded but nothing happened after 5 days. Wrote to PM only to be asked if I wanted a refund! Was then told if you accept your refund it will take up to 15 days. Dreadful service. Wouldnt touch with a barge pole.

I’ve been waiting since last Friday for my parcel to be collected, they didn’t collect and failed to collect on 2 further scheduled dates. With temperatures reaching 30 degrees they also didn’t bother to let anyone know that collection would not take place. I’m now organising a courier service that offers a service ... it seems you pay monies and fingers cross they collect it. I can’t run a business like this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

These guys are always great - the couriers they use are reliable and you can get a better price using Parcel Monkey than on their own websites. The insurance they offer costs much less.

Will definitely use again! I needed to send a parcel to Australia, so I searched for the best deal. It took me through to Parcel Monkey, which then can up with a great price from DPD. A simple, easy to use service. My customer received their order quickly.

I used Parcel Monkey for the first time this year. I sent a package to Cape Town, South Africa. I was a bit apprehensive as things don’t generally make it to SA. It was picked up the Wednesday, the next day I received a message saying that I had filled the form out incorrectly, I sent a new one straight away and on Monday morning my package arrived at its destination...in one piece. I have since used them to send parcels to Italy and will be doing another SA one soon.

Don’t trust these monkey thiething lot.
Took 16 parcels all the same size, taken the payment twice and not repaid it. Then said parcel force charged them extra for over weight, 100s of pounds extra taken from the account with no eveidance what so ever. They were all the same product 16 of them. Emailed twice now still no resolve. Booked parcelforce service No printer required.
Driver arrived with no room on van.
Second attempt driver had no stickers for the jobs, so had to write addresses on each one.
One completely disappears and no one has any answers.
Whole thing has now cost over £650.00 in fees and missing goods for a simple £ 160.00 job. One word BEWARE !!!!

Ive used parcelmonkey at least 5 times now, for items small and large. Tried various courier options but by far the best has been Parcelforce 24/48 where they bring the label to you. Most expensive too, but then Im mostly selling stuff so can factor this in. Anyway, parcelmonkey works well for my needs and is my go-to.
