Parcel arrived in Germany, with NO grief. Cost was 60% cheaper than Parcelforce quoted. Had to be taken to local PO, but I can live with that. Guess who actually handled the item in the UK? Parcelforce. I think there is something wrong with the Post Office strategy/pricing. How much business are they losing?

Courier was throwing the parcel out and damaged, I have lots of money , and monkey parcel , won`t help, they are making funny stories and don`t want to refund my money. It was last time i have used your company, and I will make all my friends aware so none of them will use your service either.

Good website easy to use and quick to arrange parcel booking. Good tracking better than most. Would be nice to know which parcel the reviews are about as I send so many.

Make sure you dont have your credit card or debt card detail log on parcel monkey web site as they have just taken £52.60 from my card This is outrageous you have charged me over 5 x the price of the parcel taken this money from my card with out my say so Any additional charges come from the courier who lasers measure the dimensions and weight of all the parcels. If the dimensions are out or the weight is stated incorrectly at the time of booking, this can give an incorrect volumetric weight. So Beware

Good website and very competitive rates. Unclear in relation to reference and bar code given on shipping label to upload for tracking purposes. The courier has its own code, yet PM has a different code and reference

Easy to complete ones request - easy to see available options - prices, pick up dates, printer needed, easy to book and pay - collection email gave one hour window, pick up van came 5 minutes into that slot . Brilliant.

For 2 days of the parcels journey, there was not update. I contacted the courier as per their website and it too them 5 days to respond by which time the parcel had been delivered.

It is so easy to book a collection from parcel monkey.
The address labels are so easy to print off this is the 4th time of using them.
I would certainly advise people to use them

Parcel took a week to get here after not being picked up at the address, the kind gent took it to the depot himself then it got picked up by yourselves and still went to the wrong depot, I gave addresses and phone numbers but was told on the phone that the van drivers dont have the use of phones, so cant ring and tell you approx times if pick up / arrival ! Great! I doubt Ill be using you again

Parcel monkey offers good value for money and a prompt and efficient service. Better than going to the post office for ease of use. No queues, no closing times. It is a no brainer!

I was really disappointed with the be service. Our pick up was organised for Tuesday and having contacted parcelmonkey on Tuesday to say it hadn’t been picked up, they said wait till 6pm. I got an email from parcel force saying they couldn’t pick up. I then contacted parcelmonkey again who didn’t respond. I contacted parcelforce on Wednesday who said they couldn’t find my address and didn’t have my number to pick up. I provided all of these details to parcelmonkey and again to parcel force on the phone on Wednesday. Finally on Thursday they picked up - two days later than organised. I would like a full refund as the service was not what I paid for.

yodel absolute joke ....reschedule collection twice did not show up eventually cancelled both yodel and parcel kept promising it would be picked up and made me wait until 6pm both days. Service very poor

I am really pleased with parcelmonkey. Easy to get a quote and book, with a early morning email staying an hour slot when the driver would be picking up the parcel.
Driver arrived on time and it was delivered next day.
Not the cheapest option but well worth the extra quid for the convienience and service.
Have already used again.

problems with pick up time. Eventually had to take parcel myself to Parcelforce 25 miles away. also had payment taken from my account 3 times. very very poor service. would give no stars if the option was available.
