Have to admit at first i was a little dubious about using Parcel Monkey..but pleased to say my concerns have been unfounded......collected and delivered quickly....and at a great price!!....very pleased and will now use every time without hesitation....thanks Parcel Monkey!!

I paid for next day delivery via parcelforce 24. I urgently needed the package to arrive asap. It took 5 days for my package to arrive (including weekend). This was extremely disappointing. Wouldnt use again.

the DPD driver didnt go to the wright house on the schedule day so it was a day late. When the parcel got delivered the next day i got a email from the recipient showing me photos of the goods all damaged. I have had to give him a refund of £40 to cover the cost of replacing the damaged bits.I look forward to your reply on this matter. Regards Russell Hunt.

48 hour delivery (by Parcel Force) was ordered and paid for, but delivery took 72 hours.

Top class! I booked 48 hour delivery but it was delivered the next day! The parcel was fragile and arrived without any damage.

Pleased 1st time. Today missed collection by 3 minutes-my mums disabled so got to door too late. Tries to live chat Parcelmonkey as advertised by them-NOT POSSIBLE. Tried to re arrange collection no problem says their website. Cannot do that either. Have to contact their dedicated help team. Impossible to contact so have written them a letter!!!!!!!!!! How hi tech is that????? Paid £13.10 with another courier for DPD next day delivery-they have NO customer service at Parcelmonkey.......despite saying they do.

Parcel Monkey are fine, but dont use UK Mail - they didnt collect on our specified pick up on a Thursday and then wouldnt collect again until after the weekend. Very unhappy customers, both us and the recipient. Ditch UK Mail and Ill up the rating to 5 stars!

Nearly perfect, the only slight issue is I would have liked to see an arrival time for my parcel in france, but this was a very minor point or I may have missed it somewhere, either way very good.

Posted a parcel to Shanghai, China on Thursday having followed the advice given online re packaging etc. Parcel arrived safely on Wednesday, less than a week later. Couldnt ask for better service.

This is the first time I used Parcel Monkey and I was a little apprehensive at first but my parcel was delivered in good time. I was under the impression that my parcel would have been collected by midday the next day but it wasnt collected until 6:30 pm. This may have been down to Parcel Force running late. However my parcel arrived at its destination before 10:30 the next morning and although I was not able to track my parcel through Parcel Monkey I was able to on Parcel Force site. Overall Parcel Monkey is good value and I would use them again.

Sent package to the US for my client, it fell out of a UPS truck and luckily a passer by spotted it and delivered it by hand to my client. Parcel Monkey have quibbled for about 3 weeks with no proof of delivery from their side but refusing to refund any monies. I will not be using them again.

Had to send mobile phone with battery to France (Calais) so opted for DHL road freight as per site recommendation. Arrived in the 3 days quoted but the tracking was misleading, booked at 09.30 it only appeared DHL were notified 09.00 the next day, looked like a day was lost (DHL actually collected 18.30 that day). Interestingly package went from Heathrow to Brussels with tracking notifications 11 hours apart.

I had never used a 3rd party for postage before. I was a bit nervous as the same service was £10 cheaper than going direct with Parcelforce through the post office! It all went very smoothly though. So next time I have a parcel for an EU country ill definitely check out the price on Parcel Monkey xx

Truly impressed with the service! I have used parcel monkey twice now. First in the UK and the other to send a package to Malta. I was shocked that the delivery to Malta only took less than 5 days. I would recommend this company to anyone.

After gone to my local post office for to send a 12.5kg parcel to another EU country and being told it would cost me £24,50 a went home to find a currer on the net Parcel Monkey came up with a price of £16.50 for to to use Parcel Force. I just had to print out the labels myself and pay it streight away and again take it up to the same local post office.
- so I did and saved a lot of money!! :-)
