I have sent many parcels and the service is usually good if all goes well. If at any point something goes wrong, then Parcel Monkey are pretty much useless, all they can do is rebook or refund. I used DX and the parcel did not get collected 3 times in a row. Each time the only response was, we can rebook it for you. Alot does depends on the courier you choose. I have not yet been let down by UK Mail. But DX have been useless and there is a non existant complaints procedure with Parcel Monkey. Il stick with UK Mail for all by parcels from now on.

Had a parcel picked up in Ipswich at 2.30pm and in Aberdeen by midday next day. Very quick and very cheap. Excellent parcel service and shall use them more often!!

Great service. Booked with DPD, parcel collected on my selected day and I was given an hour slot the morning of. Parcel travelled from UK to Hungary in 4 days and I was given an hour delivery slot I could pass on to the recipient. Very smooth service I highly recommend.

Easy enough to use your service but my expectations were poorly managed. I paid for a speedy service to take 3-4 days. Over a week later and my item still hasn’t been delivered by the carrier. Not happy.

ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL These guys are clowns and after reading the reviews I totally agree that they are incompetent.I run an online business and reliable parcel delivery is important to retain credibility. I started using Parcel Monkey 2 months ago and within 3 weeks their service started falling apart. 3 parcels were not delivered and I was notified two weeks later that one did not have a customs invoice(this was not required at the printing stage) the others....courier could not locate address!!!. Sending a support ticket does nothing as you get a computer generated answer and your issues are left unresolved

A joke of a company booked my parcel to be collected 3 days on still not collected no email or nothing to say why it wasnt collected all you can do is live chat which is as much use as a chocolate teapot is re book parcel but why as its not collected then either. And to top it all have to wait 3/5 working days to get my money back after they can not provide the service i paid for Oh and best bit is they blamed parcel force its all there fault well NO parcel monker jokers i rang them and there were no records of any parcel being booked for collection from my address DO NOT USE IF YOU WANT YOUR PARCEL TO ARRIVE but if you want to wait in for 3 days and have your money stolen then be my guest

Shipped to Australia (again). Always takes longer than specified in sale details. Even though item was collected on a Saturday, I have to allow for weekends as non countable days. This time booked for 5 day delivery actually took 12. Apart fro the length of time service was very good. Easy to complete online.

The contents of my parcel were severely damaged (by the delivery firm Parcel Force) Parcel Monkeys were initially regretful and invited me to fill in a claim form, but have since decided the small cabinet was a prohibited item. I dont know why this wasnt highlighted before I submitted the lengthly claim including photographs and descriptions. No compensation was offered.

The Most awful customer service, no call centre to help rectify any problems... We had three separate problems all in quick succession of each other for different parcels. If you are a business do not use these guys, save yourself the time and money and go directly to the courier who can actually help with any possible problems that may occur.

Used for the first time for a parcel to go to Sweden. Used DPD option of 2/3 days dropped at a DPD location Wednesday 3pm, the parcel arrived in Sweden Monday 10am. Really pleased with the service would use again.
