Fantastic service and easy to use.

I paid for a next day 24 hr service to collect a parcel from me to deliver elsewhere. The parcel was collected, however... - Parcel was delivered 5 days later. - no tracking data at all on Parcel Monkey website - Contacted Parcel Monkey who didnt seem bothered and replied with copy and paste answers. - Parcel Monkey did not even attempt to contact the courier, so no info why it was late or no tracking info. - Refused to refund as there has to be 5 working days passed before they do this. Mine was over the weekend so it didnt qualify. How a company can justify 5 working days as acceptable when a customer has paid for a next day 24hr service is unacceptable. This is not the service that was paid for. But this is how these impersonal companies get away with it.....its in their T & Cs. You are better off using courier companies direct, not a third party cowboy company like Parcel Money who use the same companies anyway but just get in the way. Avoid.

best prices around and the web site is easy to understand with loads of options like drop off and post office or collection from your door. Also they take parcels up to 30kg. I am not steven forster where has that name come from????????????

Parcel Monkey offered a very reasonable quotation which was cheaper than the quotation from the courier service directly, easy registration process and managed to book a drop off to a location 5-mins away from my home. Parcel tracking was accurate and the delivery completed a day before the estimated date! Fabulous service altoghether, will definitely be using Parcel Monkey again.

Parcel monkey is a broker and for them Im very happy 5 out of 5. i used DPD and for them Im not too happy. Yes It was delivered next day no problem, but on the label i specifically put "do not leave unsecured". So what did they do, the driver left it on the front door step in plain sight of everyone walking down the road. I will not be using DPD again as they can not follow a very simple instruction.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Parcel was collected 12 days ago, with a 3-5 days service. Not only was it not delivered, but also we lost tracking half way, and Parcelmonkeys answer has been "we are waiting to hear back from the courier" for a week!!! I called the courier myself, who said they have never been in touch, and provided an email and phone for them to get in touch. I sent this to Parcelmonkey, and their response is "we need to wait for the response of the courier"... WHAT A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Disappointed. My son was not at home when the parcel arrived. A card was not put through the door so he did not know where he should collect it from, I spent 15 minutes on the phone today trying to locate a collection point. I was told that my son should look online for GLS (local carrier). He has now collected the parcel & said everything was in good condition. I have taken another parcel to the Post Office today, to send to my son, via Parcel Post. I should appreciate it if a card was posted through the door should he not be available.

The expected time was 3-5 days, it is currently 7th day and my parcel has yet to arrive to its destination. The exact reason I chose your service was due to the delivery time. Delivery time has not been achieved and has caused disrupation for myself. My personal experience of this service is appalling and I will not be using this service again, and I will also not suggest it to anyone.

Great service, amazing prices, just shows how much we get ripped off by the couriers going to them direct, even on one occasion the Parcelforce 24hr price was considerably cheaper than the 48hr price.
Only area of complaint would be I dont get any email updates of when a parcel is in the system and is due for delivery and none to say my parcel has been delivered to the customer.
I would recommend the website to anyone and glad I stumbled onto it via Amazon recommendation (due to Amazon reducing their service for collecting and returning faulty goods and having to arrange my own return) and Ive used it a few times now for my parcels.

The guy I sent the parcel to is a friend and although he didnt hear the delivery man knocking (said he was watching TV!) the parcel was left with a neighbour and he said he got it that evening in perfect condition with no damage and thanked me for the items I had sent.
Not the cheapest delivery service but based on me using Hermes (thrown around and damaged) and worst of all UPS who were terrible, UKMail (soon to be DHL were great.

Usually Parcel Monkey are great. Easy to use, great website etc. But this time have had a message via tracking saying that they have contacted the addressee to collect parcel but my son has not heard anything. Am hoping that parcel will be delivered tomorrow.

Great value, less than half the price of going to Parcel Force direct and they picked up from my house and didnt need a printer for the label, they had everything they needed with them.

Like a lot of companies today, great until there is a problem! Parcel not delivered and seemingly no way to find out! Live Chat (Or dead chat!) says online but after 10 minutes, nobody bothers to reply. May have only been a £8 charge but will report to credit card company out of principle as I paid for a delivery and havent got one.

Parcel was dropped off on 23 August 2018, it was not collected until 6 days later and by 30 August 2018 it is still in the UK. All of this information is obtained from the tracking service. This is not acceptable as the parcel should have been delivered by that date, I am not happy at all with this. Being a regular customer of this service; sending parcels to Australia I am now having to rethink my options as I feel let down big time on this one.
