The good experience was ruined by a delivery guy who closed the delivery ten seconds after pressing the doorbell! But then he said oh im taking the parcel because it might get sent because it has a label.... my God! is this service?? i waited in the room which from the window i could see the delivery....so theres no excuse for this delivery guy saying he waited long for me; an absolute rubbish... I have a parcel with 1000 GBP worth of computer that i needed to get to Germany....and i have to deal with the unprofessionalism of this driver! I hope this parcel is delivered and in one piece! i have no good experience, i have sent a parcel to France 15/6/018, item has still not arrived, i have contacted parcel monkey, they asked me to submit receipts which i did, told me will hear from them after 48 hours, but not getting any reply, poor communication,

Very good. you dont need to sign up for each companys website and Parcel monkey compares and sorts out prices for your package, and its a lot cheaper than going through the original sites!!!

Booked late of Sunday for Monday collection, picked Parcelforce 24 hour (£12.90) service as this was urgent and there was 11hrs left to book for collection on Monday. Checked on Monday morning and collection scheduled for Tuesday. Did a live chat and all they said was "sorry cant Help, too late to do anything now" . Which is a lie as I went onto the parcelforce website and booked a same day collection..!! BEWARE

I found the booking process really easy and would definitely use them again. The driver who collected the parcel however was a facetious knob. (I know this isnt the fault of parcel monkey).

Great experience had to send heavy book to Germany, Parcel force wanted £30.00. Checked on Parcel Monkey found I could send Parcel force priority international for only £19.00 and they even collected. Picked up Monday and deliverd Wednesday.

First time I have used Parcel Monkey UK and it was recommended by someone in our local post office! I needed to get a parcel to Australia as soon as possible at a reasonable rate. The website gives clear instructions, supplied the customs form and helped me find a local drop off point. Parcel was received in Australia on time and I was able to check that the correct named person had signed for it.
Will use again.

This is the first time that I have used Parcelmonkey, the process took a little longer to book the parcel.
I think it was worth the extra time as the service supplied was first rate , I will be using them again no problem.

Total waste of money. Worst service ever. Wasted 2 days waiting for parcel collection. Ended up cancelling. Spoilt a birthday gift surprise. Thanks a lot. Now I cannot get the gift to my mother in time for her birthday. Now waiting for refund of my money which they were very quick to take.

Paid for next day,UK Mail didnt turn up..but heres the thing to remember with Parcel Monkey,and I will say it loud..despite paying for next day,and despite it clearly saying so on their website I was told THEY DO NOT GUARANTEE TO GIVE YOU WHAT YOU PAY FOR..so if you really want it to arrive on time,dont be fooled by that Website that says pick up next day,because if it does not happen,Parcel Monkey will take your money,guarantee nothing,and wont compensate you if nobody turns up,expect them to keep your money and give you nothing but an apology in return....They are cheap for a reason
