I have used Parcel Monkey several times to send packages to my daughter in the USA. No problems ever and literally half the price of going to the Post Office. Amazing. Very happy.

Ordered my packages to be collected. The driver never turned up. I tried to contact Parcel Monkey but they do not have a dedicated customer service number, the only way to reach them is by post, send a message, or use live chat. I contacted them via live chat before the 6pm collection deadline. They can not track their couriers or contact them in any way so I was never warned it wasnt coming. A half an hour after the deadline had past and after speaking to three different people on the live chat, as they kept signing out on me, they were still unable to do anything to help me and I requested a refund. I was told I have to wait 5 days before they could then issue me a link so I can then accept my refund. Awful customer service support, and very very slow. A poorly run business. And I was significantly inconvenienced by their lack of professionalism. I will never use this Parcel Monkey again.

My parcel was over due, and i was told its not their problem and it is now in the hands of the delivring agaent. I was told no refund or compensation. Breach of contract, i did not get what I paid for !!

Easy to print labels and genuine next day delivery with a notified pick up time by the courier I always choose - UK mail.
I recommend them for anything over 2kg.

The process was straight forward and the delivery was timely. However, the recipient paid local tax but the associated receipt was sent to the sender rather than the receiver.

Avoid!!!! Normally i dont do this, but now i have to! This is a 3. Time they cant managed the collection for my parcel. I payd extra for a next day collection. They cant pick it up again!!!! AVOID!

Well they asked by email for a review. Delivery service is not as advertised through RM parcel force. Went for the 48 hour service Europe but on all 3 occasions it took 5 - 6 days to get the parcel. I would understand if it is a remote area but from Belfast to Berlin cannot be considered remote areas since both are capital cities. Services says Delivery in 2 days but in all 3 cases it took 5 - 6 working days. Courier somehow manages to get it done in under 24 hours and cost only £2 more. Lesson learned.

Every deadline is important. But this one I had to get some equipment to another country, urgently and I also had to leave early that morning for a meeting elsewhere. I was able to post the parcel at a location 3.5 hours from my premises, at 9am. It took little hastle to register the parcel. The parcel got there before you said it would.... and at half the cost of parcelforce. Trust is the most crucial element in building working relationships, and you proved you would do what you said were going to do.

Fantastic service,this is the first time we used parcel monkey. Our son is in Canada and normally the parcels we send take up to a month or more to arrive. I dropped this one of at the collection point on the Thursday afternoon and he had it by the following Monday, we will definitely be using this service again.

3 weeks ago I posted 4 dresses to a customer in the US. I used the same grey mailing bag I have always used. I then received an email telling me that my 55cm mailing bag was measured at 88cm and it weighed twice as much as I quoted! I was then automatically charged an additional £10! When I wrote and complained about this and asked to see the evidence, nothing solid was supplied. I had used Parcel Monkey for many years but the total lack of customer support when they make a mistake is disgusting. Well done Parcel Monkey for losing a customer for life. Avoid this company at all cost. Everything is fine when they take your money. They do not want to know when something goes wrong. I wish I could rate them with zero stars.

SITE EASY TO USE, CHOSEN COURIER COLLECTED IN LESS THAN 3HRS AFTER PLACING ORDER.
ONLY COMMENT WOULD BE THAT YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHEN THAT COLLECTION WILL OCCUR. EVEN IF PICK UP HAD OCCURRED AT 5PM THAT WOULDNT HAVE MATTERED, BUT IF I HAD TO STAY HOME ALL THAT TIME - THAT WOULD HVE BEEN ANNOYING, KNOWING THAT AN APPROXIMATE COLLECTION TIME WOULD HAVE ALLOWED ME TO GO OUT & DO OTHER THINGS
