Great and competitive pricing. A contact centre would be much better but out of the courier services provided, ParcelMonkey are the best.

I used Parcel Monkey to courier a package to my mum in South Africa and was pleasantly surprised to see that she received the parcel quicker than the expected date. Not only was ParcelMonkey the cheapest, but their whole process of sending and tracking was very easy. I liked how they emailed everything together including the tracking email; usually, when I send parcels the tracking info email arrives a day or 2 later amid the myriad of other emails arriving in my inbox. For me, having all the emails arrive together works better for managing my email inbox!
Great service overall - Ill use them again.

IF I could have given this absolutely joke of a company a zero rating I would have. If you hav a problem with a delivery going missing it being late then you will get no help off them what so ever. They make myhermes look competent! You cant actually speak to anyone to find your parcel so have to take matters in your own hands. One parcel I managed to track down after a day of serching and got it delivered with NO help from them as they wouldn’t supply me with a contact number to phone the courier. I asked for a refund as the parcel wasn’t delivered in time (I’d paid extra for a 48 hour delivery service) and was refused because it was delivered within 5 days. The ONLY reason it was delivered at all was because I chased it it. I shall leave another review for the farce that is currently ongoing regarding another parcel!

Used parcel monkey to ship a number of large parcels and they identified providers & costings. Labels came through shortly after and prices were significantly less than going direct. All in all great service and easy to use website - all integrated with delivery partners etc. I will definitely use again. Thanks

Paket wurde abgeholt und es ist nie in der Schweiz angekommen. Niemand weiss was passiert ist oder wo es ist.... Der Inhalt, Schulmaterial welches fürs weitere Studium gebraucht wurde, ist auf nimmer Wiedersehen weg. Nie wieder!

This is the second time I have used Parcel Monkey. The first time it all went very badly so I was more than a little hesitant. This time all ok and I was pleased with the outcome. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for the first experience.
