Absolutely awful service. I paid for a next day delivery service and it took a week for my parcel to be collected and then a further 3 weeks before it was delivered. When it did eventually arrive it looked like it had been used as a football it was in such a bad condition and much of the product was damaged which caused irreversible damage to my relationship with this particular clients. I had paid the extra fee to insure my goods to the value £200 so instantly put in a claim to get this money refunded however it turns out this whole situation was my fault as the parcel wasnt wrapped adequately! Little did I know adequate packaging needed to be a lead box. The service is awful and there isnt a phone number to ring. I would strongly advise against anybody using this company as it is an absolute joke.

Booking was simple. Instructions were good. Rates very competitive. However tracking was not good. Also the whole experience depends on other service provider , in my case DPD, which was not great so overall just OK. Overseas delivery was 2 days later than advertised.

Have used Parcel Monkey several times without any hitches. They are competitively priced. They have cheaper insurance add ons than a lot of others so you can up your cover quickly and this gives me peace of mind.

I paid for a 3-4 day delivery to South Africa and still 4 days after that my granddaughter of 8 weeks old still has not received her gift. Should have been delivered 13/7 it’s 17/7 and still doesn’t have it. DPD service abissmal. Don’t ever ever use them again.

almost perfect. I usually use another website to compare and order a courier; however, the dimension of my last parcel put me in a bit trouble. After quite a long attempt to find a lower price, I found parcel monkey offering a service from a famous courier that not appear on the other websites, then straightly put my order. the website also user-friendly, the dimension input is placed in the front page, so no surcharge surprise; love it. My parcel delivered under 24 hours as promised. Glitches still happened though: I order a collect service but I missed it as there was no information on the collection time in my confirmation email; still can manage it by delivering my parcel to the depot. Secondly, the label provided by parcel monkey still need to be relabelled by the courier...i felt the label given by the parcel monkey system was useless, waste of ink and labelling paper; have guessed it out since the first place, as the label from parcel monkey is unusual without a barcode. Third, the link for tracking given in the email redirecting to a page in parcel monkey website, but no information was shown there; still can manage it by using the courier website to track. In general, almost 5 stars! feels happy! good price and punctual delivery are all that matters. Just need improvement in some points to make it perfect

Fack booking timetable. Laying and not coming on the day scheduled Forced to arrange another day. First and last time, try to avoid. Not recommended. Moreover it is expensive.

Had to get a parcel to my sister in South Korea quickly not only did parcel monkey offer the best value but also a 2/3 day delivery est. They collected it on Tuesday afternoon and it was on her doorstep Friday morning and remember They are 9 hours ahead! So easy to set up and clear information will use again and recommended them to anyone thank you once again.

I posted a review and they came to justify it in my reply. To make it seem like they helped me! They have only addressed 1 part of the problem to try redeem themselves. I forgot to mention in my previous review that the contents of one of my boxes was put into a second hand box which was previously used for medical supplies as indicated on the box; this was done without my consent. Why my stuff was repackaged was not mentioned to me! And the repacked items arrived dirty which apparently I can’t claim for. Why I paid extra for insurance makes no sense to me, if nothing is covered.

Have used several times now and still can not believe how fast they deliver from UK (N. Ireland) to the Continent. Their cost for parcel delivery is unbeatable, everything sent so far has been (at least) half the price of most other couriers.
In addition, their on-line booking process was by far the most straightforward and easiest to use.
As long as this level of service is maintained, I wont be using ANYONE else.

If i could give 0 stars i would. Did not pick up a parcel until 7 days after it was booked - missed my customers VERY important function. When i dared to try and claim for a refund (that i was legally entitled too) they refused. Its taken me over a month to get it back and thats only after i had contacted trading standards. I tried to use the site for a domestic UK parcel (cant much go wrong with that!) and they have blocked me from using the site and 5 days later i am still waiting for a manager to explain to me why!!!!. Appalling site and appalling customer service. Will be using a much more reliable company in future.

Firstly poor service as my orders werent collected, secondly poor communication regarding my delayed collection (called over 12 times before any help was given), thirdly horrible attitude and work ethic from both drivers, fourthly DAMAGED GOOD, finally delayed responses regarding my compensation claim which was not granted. I payed for insurance for my items other than to insure that nothing gets spoilt almost all my items arrived damaged and they say I cant claim!! Parcel monkey needs to fix their services this is horrible customer service I am highly disappointed.
