The worst company. They claim my postal address given is not valid, even though it is a perfect address. They dont respond properly to complaints and are totally useless. Do not use this company- go direct with a reputable courier. I have tried 4 times to give the address and each time they cannot deliver. Forget them.

Some confusion over labelling when the courier came to collect the parcel . Website said that one wasnt needed but the courier said he needed a bar code to scan. Maybe he was confused about what was needed. Anyway, I printed off the destination info and checked the next day to see if the parcel had arrived but it hadnt. It arrived the following day (I paid for a 24 hr service) and I could see online the signature of the person who received the parcel. It was a fragile item so I paid extra for insurance to cover the cost but thankfully it arrived intact. The price was very reasonable compared to going directly to the courier whose price was cheaper but the insurance to cover the item was much more expensive so I was happy to save some money. This is the second time Ive used Parcel Monkey and will definitely be using them again if needed.

I have used Parcel Monkey for over a year now and the website is great and easy to order a parcel delivery and that is the only reason Parcel Monkey gets 2 stars if it was purely based on Customer Service/Help and Support/Live Chat, the rating would be ‘0’. I have used Live Chat on a couple of occasions now and the level of service is appalling. On both occasions it took over 2 hours and even found myself logging on to a live chat on another device to see if I could speed things up. It would appear that they are dealing with lots of queries all at the same time but can’t prove this but I waited for 15 mins or more between responses. I asked to ‘live chat’ with a manager and they asked me to wait and then after over half an hour they said the Manager wasn’t available and if I had a complaint they had a procedure to follow and gave me a link. Utterly appalled by the service.

I have booked with Parcel Monkey before but it always has been with DPD. THis time I tried ParcelForce and I must admit the service was excellent. The driver was patient and even dropped off my parcel at my door in the apartment building. In the case of DPD the driver was always impatient.

My Parcel was not collected when arranged and I had to get in touch with them to rearrange it. This in itsself is not easy as there does not seem to be a way to speak to anyone there other than email or live chat if available.

Another good service from a good company who have a good website and easy to use. Collection on time delivered within timescales. Would be nice to know which parcel we were reviewing as send so many.

Absolutely no communication, parcel was scheduled for pickup on a Monday. We had it all ready for collection and waited as it was important we had it delivered next day. The whole day went by and nothing. I emailed customer services who failed to even respond. It was picked up the next day but it was lucky some one was there to hand it over as there was no notice to tell us someone was coming on the Tuesday. Not good at all.

They somehow managed to take 2 payments from my bank for the same transaction and then I had to prove this to them by sending my personal bank statements that this had happened as apparently its far too hard for them to check there own accounts. Then to top that off the courier never appeared...... Still awaiting any sign of a refund on both Payments so obviously going to have to go down the chargeback route with my bank.... Personally I would rather tea bag a live bear trap than ever use Parcel Monkey again.......

Rubbish...paid for insurance, however, it didn’t cover the item when it got damaged in transit. When you look at the list of things not covered by the insurance you wonder why they bother having it....it would have been better listing what the do cover as the list is so long. I am now £30.00 pounds out of pocket and have a broken computer that is now worthless. Won’t be using you again.

This is my first experience of Parcel Monkey and it has been terrible. My parcel was collected the day after it was supposed to be and has now been lost. The carrier (Tuffnells) dont know where it is and Parcel Monkey have not assisted other than pass on our query to Tuffnells. I have requested Parcel Monkey to initiate the insurance claim but nothing is forthcoming yet. They have not replied promptly. I feel like im spending hours contacting the supplier, Tuffnells and Parcel Monkey but no one is bothered. I will never use this service again.

I have being using parcel monkey for over 6 months. I have found that they are much cheaper than other comparison websites.
They customer service is second to none. I had a problem with a particular courier which the parcel monkey customer service team dealt with the same day.

Absolutely shocking. No customer service whatsoever. Waiting two days and no collection. Now told it will be in two days time. What a disgrace. How do they get to remain in business when they are so shocking. Never ever use them. They are horrific.

Collection of parcel was supposed to be Monday 4th June, no one came to collect so had to reaarange collection for Thursday 7th June, which caused a delay in customer receiving samples.

I sent a parcel through with parcel monkey for the first time and it was a a lovely experience. Parcel was received on Friday and y family back home(Nigeria) received it on Thursday. Swift delivery.
