For Parcel Monkey is all the input is done by the customer anyway.
The computer does the rest !
And once Parcel Monkey has taken the money things begin to happen.
Parcel Force (or which ever courier is selected) has to do the REAL thing & get the parcels safely to the destination + on time.
Which P/Force did very well -
+ a very important point, create a Satisfied Customer!

Is already two weeks that I m waiting for my money back! They take money from my account, they didn’t got a number for customers service there is just this chat but not one care about you!! disgusting!!! I never see a company like that! Never again!!!!!

I searched to same day collection and delivery and was given the wrong information, Parcel force do not offer this, no tracking details were given on platform, i had to call round for an hour to try and track where the parcel was to be told they couldnt find it. I then finally found the parcel to be told it wont be delivered until lunch time, i know have an event which started at 8am with no equipment. - and no one actually cares!

The parcel was not picked on the date scheduled with no contact from the carrier. I had to rebook myself. Sorry I do not consider this good service.

I booked a courier through parcel monkey and was advised on their FAQ that they would arrive between 8am and 6pm to pick up my parcel, that was me staying in all day Thursday 5th July I contacted parcel monkey several times and they told me my parcel would be picked up, come 6pm on a beautiful hot day no one turned up and parcelmonkey told me through my many email and chats with them that it would definitely be picked up Friday, so I stayed in all day Friday and had several comms with parcelmonkey until around 4 pm after badgering them they told me it would be picked up Monday, To say I was furious is an understatement, I asked for guarantees it would be picked up but they always responded in a non comital way they should be in politics. They also avoided giving me any reason why the package was not picked up. So Monday 9th comes and I’m on email and chat With them VERY regularly, then about 4ish as I’m getting very agitated they tell me the courier wants to speak to me and they want my phone number which I’m sure parcelmonkey had already !! Anyway I gave them my number and courier called me, what I found out was that my parcel was never going to be picked up Thursday or Friday or Monday !!!! So now I’m seething turns out the courier, who came across very professional, unlike parcelmonkey who hide behind chat and email, explained that they won’t make a pickup without calling first which seems reasonable but parcelmonkey only gave them my number at 4pm on Monday, I’m working with the carrier to get the parcel picked up, so I wasted 3 days hanging around for nothing, also the window of 8am to 6pm is crazy they clearly have no technology to back up their business, I will never use them again and I will send a formal complaint to them directly. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN - I have no idea how they have such a high score on trust pilot

It would have been helpful if we understood all the details before sending for example gifts to Singapore are tax free up to SGD$ 400 after that you pay tax and Permit fee. Permit Fees is for Universal Courier Express’s Licensed Permit Agent to declare the import permit and present the consignment to Singapore Customs. I was on the understanding this was included, door to door delivery so ended up disappointed

After a very problematic experience with a different company, I turned to Parcel Monkey and their service was just what I was hoping to find. They kept me and the recipient informed about the parcels situation at all times, the partner companies shipping the parcels worked well, and the delivery was punctual.

What a nightmare. Do not use this company. If you want a parcel picking up and delivered,book through the actual parcel company web site. If you want to use for example Parcel Force, then use Parcel Forces web site. Do not use Parcel Monkey.

Original collection was not done and neither was the second one. On both occasions I had someone at home waiting downstairs and though parcelforce said there was no one in, that was incorrect. No card was left to say they had come to collect. The fact that you cannot give a shorter time slot (8am-6pm is too long) and cannot contact the driver, means that I will not be using you again.

Fabulous service with continued updates.. was pleased that my parcel was delivered to the correct place in the Netherlands after being really disappointed with ParcelForce, where I paid a third more and the parcel was returned to me saying the people ‘were on vacation’ ..a factory? Really? .. keep up the good service!
