many multiples cheaper than going to the post-office, yet thats the convenient location of the drop-off point & the beauty of parcelmonkey is that theres so many other services to choose from & compare

Getting better but still quite a few things get broke on the way as its getting thrown about a lot would need better customer service as its hard to contact them no phone number and on line your talking to different people all the time but its improving

Terrible customer service, international parcels do not arrive in time frame suggested. One parcel sent in April did not get delivered until July. In fact the only time they showed any interest in my delivery was when I applied for compensation. The maybe cheaper but only because they have no interest in completing the service offered. Avoid these cowboys (and girls)

My parcel is lost. No one gives a hoot I was given numbers I had to phone cos its a call centre cant call out several overseas call still no luck and no sign of after sales service I am appalled

This is the worst customer support ever, they are doing **** continuously, I have sent one parcel it was included battery okay fine they needed to return it to me right? two months have been passed I am begging and they made me to pay £60 but still pain in my head no return of my parcel they keep killing me, crew dont know whats going on with my parcel, someone saying sorry event not updated, someone saying return team have to deal with it, is rubbish very very bad company, I strongly warn everybody to stay away from them, once you get stranded you will beg you to get away from pain and headache. very very bad shame shame shame.. Made booking Thursday UKMail never arrived to collect parcel at the time they stated on 4 occasions. In the end I delivered parcel to depot on Tuesday.

Total waste of time and money. If anything goes wrong expect nothing apart from the answer "its the couriers fault" and " we cant help you"

Total lack of any responsibility for anything to do with the delivery. You book a collection with them via a courier with explicit instructions not to contact the couriers directly as your contract is with them. When the parcel isnt collected, well thats your problem that Parcel Monkey havent put it in the system. Avoid at all costs if you actually have a deadline.

Scammers I have to admit I’m pretty disappointed to be writing a bad review for parcel monkey, but they have turned out to be one of those desperate companys who will charge you for extra costs. For no reason. They took money from my card ***without my permission*** because apparently a parcel that I weighed correctly myself was over weight?? then asked me to try proving the weight even though the parcel was sent?? Erm ok then?? I won’t be using them again! Bye!

Terrible, delayed/lost package, instant chat friendly but couldnt help and no one even responded to my query to the email address provided. The client never recieevd the package, I had to use another firm. NO CONTACT NUMBER available Will never use again

.Parcelmonkey do not make it clear they have zero control over the delivery of your parcel,therefore if theres a problem.its never them.On the site it clearly gives the option of "Collection tomorrow"..if you pay for this and expect it to happen,and it does not,theres no refund,they simply rebook it with a "Sorry"..I booked a next day visit on a Thursday, UKmail failed to pick it up on the Friday,Parcel monkey rebooked it for Monday,the client got it on Tuesday...Yep I paid for next day pick up and the customer ended up with it 5 DAYS later.... You have to ask yourself exactly what Parcel Monkey actually do for the money,I know one thing they wont refund you if it all goes wrong.

Placed the order, package got shipped on thursday from the UK and arrived on monday in the Netherlands. It was an amazing service, the customer service team helped me figure everything out and answered all my questions. And its extremely cheap! Will be using Parcel Monkey in the future.

Their service really relies on the reliability of the couriers they make available on their website. When things work, they are great. When theres an issue, their customer service are a pain to work with. Its as though youre talking to robots who dont understand what the issue is and they wont even try to find an appropriate solution for the problem. Courier (DX Freight) did not show up at all so they missed collection for a NEXT DAY delivery service. Parcel Monkey wants to reschedule collection two days later, even though Ive repeatedly insisted the package collection be rescheduled for the day after the missed collection. It is absurd that they are refusing to reschedule collection the day after the missed collection on a next day delivery service. They want the collection to be scheduled a day after the originally scheduled delivery date. They also refuse to compensate for late delivery. According to Parcel Monkeys agent, they do not compensate for missed collection because "its not a guaranteed service until collected". However, any reasonable person would know that collection is an integral part of the service and the couriers failure to collect the package means that the package is now late. Late delivery should mean compensation. In my case, the delivery would be at least 2 days late plus the weekend. So plainly, they refuse to arrange a prompt collection of the package, and they wont compensate for the lateness that they are not causing.

I sent a small package to Turkey which it contained 3x small sizes of teddy bears for a birthday present I weighted and 1.1.KG and paid £22.00 for it, however, a few days later received an email indicating my measurements are was wrong these teddy bears weighted 2.5 KG and they asking £3.29 and same time they suspend my account, I was shocked by that, payment was done asked to the close my account, these monkey no good for me very dodgy monkey these are I will never use them and or recommend them there is no phone number just messaging system :-(

Total joke of a delivery service, 10 hours for a delivery costing £345.00 which should have taken a maximum of 5 hours, would never consider using these people again.
