Absolutely dis gutted with parcelmonkeys service. Messed up a dear parcel and now trying to charge me £54 to get it back. Then wont gove me any anwers and no number to contact them.Absolutely 100% strongly recommend staying away from there excuse of a company

Good prompt service but the driver asked my wife to give him a lift with a heavy machine I thought that was out of order and show his annoyance by leaving it at the end of the drive

Paid for Next Day service and they took 4 days to deliver, very poor communicators.. when I called and asked Courier why they hadnt delivered they said their delivery driver had ran out of time and returned to base.. but didnt have courtesy to call and let me know this.. left mags with driver but he didnt return calls.. very poor service will never use Parcel Monkey or Tuffnella again!

My experience with the parcelmonkey website was fine. My low rate is only due to the external couriers they use. These have apparently 4* or 5* rate on parcelmoneky, but have on average 2/10 rate on other independent websites. I used parcel force and it was a total disaster. They told me that the collection was in the afternoon, but then they arrived in the morning, when I wasnt home. No calls, nothing. So I had to physically go to the depot, and no reimbursement for collection. Then they also changed the address on the package!! When the parcel arrived at destination country, they raised an error for wrong address! I told them that I wrote the correct address, and that that is it was printed right in the official parcel money/ parcel force stamp. They didnt care, because they cared only about what was written in their computer. So I had to physically go to the depot (40km away) to get my parcel, paying with my own money. Terrible, terrible service. What else can go wrong?

This is a scam! They charge approximately £1/volumetric Kilo to deliver. After delivery they said it was 20 volumetric Kilos more than stated (with no evidence) and charged an additional £100!!! Do not use this service, they take money straight from your bank account and clicking their terms and conditions leaves you with little recourse.

We post 2 packets and received only one, at the moment. We have to be in the house for all day waiting for the parcels. Now I need to be another day waiting for the other one. Will be nice if I have to wait for the delivery only one time. Thank you. Aurora

Ive used parcel monkey several times since as early as 2011, domestic and international parcels have arrived fine and with tracking where and Ive never had a problem, normally the problems are with the courier themselves anyway, I have no problem recommending them but as with anything in logistics, results may vary.

Extremley dissatisfied by the service provided by parcel Monkey. The parcel was initially booked on 18 July 2018, No one turned up for collection and no one even bothered to contact us. When contacted again they re booked it for 20 July but again no one contacted. It is the worst service I have ever seen by any parcel company. When asked they says their drivers have no mobile phones to contact...... It is the most unreliable service...

My items were not collected on the date chosen & I was sent an email & text to say I had requested a date change when I certainly had not. I got passed between 3 people on virtual chat. nobody had a clue why this had happened and the whole thing was a shambles. Never again.
