Great service

the quick quote feature does not work very well - it offers a price that you can rarely achieve when you start putting in size details etc.
Also I sent two parcels of the same weight, similar sizes, but different shapes. One I could only book a collection for, the other I could also take to a Post Office. Why the difference, when the actual shape was not a factor?

Ive used Parcel Monkey many times before and never had a problem. This time they collected 2 parcels, both from the same address and they were both going to the same address but unfortunately only one got delivered. No idea where the other one is and dont hold out a lot of hope of tracking it down. Really disappointed and wont be using them again. BTW I realise its not actually Parcel Monkey that collect the parcels but its them you have to deal with when youre trying to find it!

I used ParcelMonkey for 3 years. Dont buy an insurance. I lost my parcels a few times and have NEVER had any refund. They claim that they cant contact a receiver, which is not true. AVOID!!!!!!!!

Not acceptable cheapest quote come out UK Mail they collect item I sold but not delivered item to the buyer saying saying saying no body been at home for a 3 days in a row . when ring them they said parcel in Northampton 500 miles away from me and if I want I can collect it my self plus asked to pay fine 5 £ or other option to pay for delivery again. total robbers and the worst courier service ever used before. Had to make buyer full Refund and lost my item as well .

I will not recommend your services to anyone. Been waiting since Wednesday for my sofa to be collected from Rochdale and deliver to Bognor Regis. Since then I have no contact with the drivers or anyone else. So disappointed with your services and still I haven’t got my sofa!!! ????
