I love their prices and online website. But if something goes wrong I feel that their is no one to talk to and there is a lack of real customer service.

I wish I had sent my international documents parcel by Royal Mail than using DPD.. horrible service by DPD. Parcel was missing so tried to contact DPD and they said they can’t help me because I booked by third party?? I explained them it’s urgent due to medical visa documents but the lady on phone seems no human inside.. I was so frustrated.. never again DPD.

Had a great experience with Parcel Monkey. Very competitive quote. Booked in online and then item got collected the next day. Item was tracked so I new it had reached its destination. All very straightforward and easy. Would recommend as a great alternative to the traditional postal methods.

Parcel monkey wont take responsibility when there couriers fail.they say fault lies with couriers not parcel monkey.i am parcel monkeys customer not the couriers.pay for next day deliviery that takes 48 hrs to deliver parcel monkey will not refund.late deliviers.damaged contents.late collections.parcel monkey will not take responsibilty for this they blame courier.but they still charge.as i said im parcel monkey customer not the courier direct.ive spoken direct to one of there courier customer service team who tell me parcel monkey book the collection times etc.yet parcel monkey customer service say otherwise.step up when your at fault parcel monkey your service is poor.

Most certainly will not be using Parcel Monkey again! Last Thursday we booked a collection for Friday, that was due to be delivered to the customer yesterday (Monday.) So a next day delivery service, costing just short of £40.00. The parcel wasnt collected on Friday and when I contacted them, yesterday morning at 08.30, the best option they could offer was for collection today (Tues) with delivery tomorrow (Weds) Due to the delay and the frustration of both our customer and ourselves, I asked on their live chat (anything but live!!!) if it was possible for us to pay more money to upgrade the service to an AM delivery tomorrow. Apparently that isnt possible. Thought they would be only too happy to take even more money off us as in answer to the question of what compensation we might be due for not receiving the service we paid for - the response was "we do not offer compensation for late or missed deliveries". So beware, you basically pay for a service, dont receive the service, then waste hours of your life that you wont get back trying to sort it out on their (not very) live chat, only to be informed that despite them not providing the service paid for, you will not receive any compensation.

They charge me 20 £ extra saying that my box was 43kg instead of 20.4kg, they took the money from my account without my permission!!!! Poor company, poor service and poor costumers service!! Never again !!!

Parcel lost (?). As many times contacted the PacelMonkey, as many templates recieved. No human being at the company working. Monkeys sending templates: "Apologies for the inconvenience have caused you. Please be advise that I have re-chased the courier regarding on this matter, once there is an update we will let you know. Should you have further more inquiries, please let us know." And no any other answer. No any contact numer. Only the useless mailing system. The delivery seviece is suposed to take five days. Already over five weeks passed away and no even smallest progress other any informaion, what has hapened. Lost of the sent content and £164 service charge. I am forced to pass the case to an Ombudsman.

Send documents overseas with DPD air express 3-5 days, did not reach in 7 working days either, once reached it was of no use as the appointment has to be passed without the documents.No Contact number for the local courier on the other end, so receptionist can contact the local courier. No point to spend so much if can not be delivered within time promised, it is better to send it with royal mail if it takes 2 weeks. When asked about the time slot within which it must be delivered, the answer was "Unfortunately the time slot stated on our website is not the guaranteed delivery time. " After chasing for more than a week 50% refunded but it was of no use as documents was useless when received days after appointment date.

First time I’ve used Parcel Monkey and am really pleased I did. I searched online for posting a parcel to France and Parcel Monkey was one of the options that came up so I got a quote which was very reasonable and cheaper than other pricing I’d seen. The process for booking, paying and printing labels was easy. Communication regarding delivery was also excellent, even giving me the option to change address or provide instructions where to leave the parcel until midnight the day before delivery. Best of all the parcel was delivered in 2 days.
My only negative comment is that after paying I got a message saying the postage labels would be emailed to me within an hour and I would have preferred an option to access them and print straight away. However the labels arrived very quickly so there was no delay after all.
All in all a great experience.

Had a few issues , was sending a parcel abroad and the site has a customs form to fill in ,, it’s asks what in your parcel and
1) how many
2) what is it
3) value
It’s then goes to the next item and add more on the same page
I had one line saying
1) 10 2) Chocolate 3) £10
I presumed it wanted the total value but it was individual value
So my 10 £1 chocolates on the Proforma document were listed as £100
I did not notice this and even though it got half way around the world with excellent transport it was held at customs because the parcel contents although only with £68 came in at £158 which was over the customs limit for tax free
This resulted in a tax duty of £71
After sending a new document and many useless customer service representatives who could only copy and paste rather than try solve the issue finally someone called May M was in Work and sorted out my problem
The parcel which included a Fisher Price Jumperoo for a little baby arrived with no tax duty
May M should have a promotion for great customer service and the rest should get sacked
I would use Parcel Monkey as delivery was quick and I will take more notice next time or hopefully they will change the page referred to in order that you can see the final value or correct your mistake without having to start all over again after listing all your items

I paid £15 for this service and what a load of nonsense it has been start to finish. PM allowed me to select a time for collection last Friday so I chose for the parcel to be collected between 0830-0930. By 10 o’clock nobody had arrived and I had to go to work. Returned home later that afternoon to a card stating that collection had been and missed us - at 16:40. Helpful. After 2 conversations with parcel force directly and mixed messages with both of them, no contact number for parcel monkey or ways of communicating the problem, I’m left £15 down and on my way to return the chandelier myself at the post office. There’s an old saying - if you want something doing properly, do it yourself. It exists for a reason. Will not be using nor recommending again and would hope that somebody somewhere reads this and offer some me a refund!
