My order went through fine, I booked next day tracked delivery. Received all details, printed my label and had my parcel collected earlier than the allotted time slot, luckily I was in. This is when the issues started. The parcel was tracked to the facility for dispatch. It was out for delivery at 9.25am and was supposed to be delivered between 8am and 6pm. The attempted delivery was at 20:18pm. The parcel was to a business which was closed at this time so did not arrive next day. The parcel went out for delivery again the following day and was supposed to be delivered between 11.24 - 12.24. I got a motivation that it had a failed delivery at 14.50, I received this notifation at 14:08, before the failed time. I contacted parcel monkey support to be told it had been signed for at 13.08. The whole tracking system is a mess and UK mail we’re not reliable. I would not use again for urgent next day delivery.

PARCEL LOST - PARCELMONKEY RIDICULOUS THEFT POLICY ORDER: PM6149269 Easily the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. Please read this review and THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE purchasing your label through Parcel Monkey, particularly if youre sending something expensive. I purchased an international label through DPD for quite an expensive item, purchased additional insurance to cover the cost. Dropped the item off at the local DPD drop-off point and received a card from doing so, though the shop assistant could barely speak English so I cant be sure he did it right. As far as I was concerned, once my Parcel was in their care and I had a receipt showing I had dropped it off, I should be covered by any losses. WRONG. The parcel vanished, and the tracking information somehow showed that it has never even been picked up. It seems the DPD drop-off guy had completely bungled it and something went wrong. So of course I claim for compensation with ParcelMonkey, provide them the receipt I was given as evidence that I dropped it off, and ParcelMonkey refused to pay out, because the item hadnt been tracked into the system. They have refused to check the CCTV footage clearly showing me dropping off the parcel, so now Im out hundreds of pounds because both DPD staff and Parcelmonkey will allow your parcel to be stolen and do absolutely nothing about it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. DO NOT ASSUME THAT JUST BECAUSE YOU GOT A RECEIPT THAT YOU ARE COVERED. YOU BETTER VIDEO RECORD YOUR ENTIRE TRIP THE PARCEL DROP OFF ON YOUR PHONE, MAKING SURE TO DOCUMENT EXACTLY WHO, WHAT AND WHERE YOUR PARCEL WAS. PARCELMONKEY IS A JOKE. THEY MIGHT BE CHEAPER THAN OTHER POSTAGE BROKERS, BUT TAKE A LOOK THROUGH THEIR EXCLUSIONS, YOULL FIND THAT ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU SEND IS NOT COVERED BY INSURANCE (EVEN IF YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IT)!

Half of the items in the parcel arrived smashed in pieces. All the items were wrapped in bubblewrap and styrofoam. The parcel was clearly labelled fragile all around. Ridiculous.

Our parcel came home earlier than us!! Thank you so much! The system clearly worked well, we got all the information we needed through the emails. We had a question about collection, the customer centre replied very fast. Overall, its our first Parcel Monkey experience and it certainly wouldnt be the last time.

Stop working with this company Tuffnells.Its been more than week since they took my parcel and I am still havent heard from them.And now I have to call them to beg for information.their tracking system (as well as yours) doesnt work at all.extremely poor service.stop being complacent.

I have used Parcel Monkey 3 separate times to send parcels to Australia, and can honestly say that my experience has been very positive. Two parcels were delivered on the seventh day of collection from the drop off shop, and the third took nine days, all fully tracked door to door, all with significant savings compared to our nation carrier, and a lot quicker. Having said that, it should be remembered that Parcel Monkey act like a booking agent to offer you a decent deal with a selection of couriers, and your choice of courier could influence the service you get. I used DPD and am very happy with them.
So as far as PM are concerned, they did their part very well, with a quick easy to use service that saved me money. The only reason they are not getting five stars from me is because there is usually considerable delay with the tracking information collected from the courier, and I found it easier to use their tracking service rather than Parcel Monkeys.
Would I recommend Parcel Monkey? Yes I would, but choose your courier wisely. I will certainly be using them again.

Great value service. Would have liked to see clearer online tracking info via the Parcel monkey tracking link I was sent. It didnt update with events so I had to go directly onto the parcelforce website and enter the details manually.

No rudeness, but systems problems and multiple layers of incompetence. We are a business that users couriers daily. On this occasion, whilst we typed all of our address in the form, the depot never got the building name. It took four days and dozens of phone calls to get them to finally pick our parcel up. The delay cost us 20 times the cost of postage.

I had never previously heard of or used Parcel Monkey but it was one of the Amazon customer returns contacts. Form filling was easy and the service was very cost effective. I must look to using them again even on smaller items. I usually complain about the price of most things but P/M were excellent and worth every penny. Despite Amazon recommending I take the package to the local post office the collection courier said that the parcel was too large/heavy and would have been rejected. So no carrying heavy boxes - just a wait indoors whilst doing other things.
I dont remember them providing a time of pickup so I had to wait in until someone arrived - which they did around mid-day so not too much of a problem. Excellent.

Booked a collection for Monday 23rd July, parcel still not collected on Thursday 26th July. Contacted parcel monkey via online chat after trying various other ways. Arranged for parcel to be collected today. Nearly midday and still not collected !

Always a brilliant service UK side, after that it can go a bit wrong. My parcel was to Estonia and due to get there Wednesday which it did but not to the recipient. Various attempted deliveries etc were not communicated very well, once at the advised address and then one to a pick up point but the parcel was too big to be left there and now my Son (recipient) has had to arrange a delivery to his place of work instead on Friday - i hope he receives it tomorrow.
