We arranged a courier through Parcel Monkey with a company called DX Delivery for pick up on Friday. We waited in all day and as the last hour approached for the pick up we started to get a bit anxious as this item needed to be delivered by Monday Tuesday latest. As the time ticked past the last pick up time we contacted parcel monkey who told us that they could rearranged pick up for the next Tuesday. As we explained that would not do we had no choice but to cancel the courier order. Parcel monkey at this point then told us that the refund would take 5-7 working days and my wife, who knows exactly how refunds and companies work, informed parcel monkey that the refund should not take this long so the staff member of parcel monkey processed the refund. Now I, prior to booking, read a lot of the reviews on this site regarding parcel monkey and they are in general not bad, so we decided to use them and thought everything would be fine. However DX as Ive now discovered are considered by trust pilot reviewers to be a less that reputable company. So this being the case why are parcel monkey allowing this courier onto their website as a reputable courier company. We did contact DX direct and they were eager to take another payment to arrange another pick up but when we informed them that we booked the first pick up via parcel monkey DX couldnt help us. So in my opinion something stinks here and as one of your reviewers mentioned about DX "SCAM" perhaps they are in league with this company, which may be unfair but really parcel monkey vet your couriers this is unacceptable and this has caused us a major problem.

Parcel Monkey have had a item I sent using their service, returned to them as they were unable to deliver the item and are now saying I need to pay more delivery charges to get my original item back or they will dispose of the item. So I can essentially lose out on two postage prices and the price the client paid for the item or one postage price, the item and the price the client paid for it. Tried to speak to them via their live chat , opening a ticket and their facebook page but continually get the same automated response. On Monday I will be placing a complaint with Trading Standards and any other relevant organisations.

I took the parcel to a collection point - no problems. The parcel was delivered (in France) in exactly the time scale promised. All for a reasonable price.

Posting a gift from England to USA. Booked Friday for pick up Monday, Parcel was collected at 9:20am. It arrived safely with the recipient yesterday in New Orleans, Brilliant service! So easy to book and arrange. Have used before and will use again. Excellent service for a very reasonable price. Thanks Guys

The service was great but the rate can competitively come down a bit more!!!!
DHL delivered the parcel tomy nextdoor neighbour without leaving a note at my letterbox to advise me. I awaited all day and night for the parcel and called DHL the following day chasing for the parcel I was informed that the parcel was with my next door neighbour!!!!
If I had not knocked the door for it, my neighbour had forgotten that my parcel was there!!!!

Please avoid at every cost. Once your parcel is lost you will never get any compensation even if you had bought insurance on the shipping separately. They dont have any contact number and after few massages they will ignore you and will stop replying to your inquiries of your lost item. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Parcel went through parcelforce on before 10am next day, arrived 24 hours later. Customer services have poor understanding of English and did not fully answer my complaint. Go the parcel in the end but should have claimed for compensation for the late delivery.
