This company should be avoided at all costs. My parcel was collected last Wednesday 12th December for next day delivery. It never arrived and parcel monkey have been truly appalling to deal with. I have no idea where my parcel is and neither do parcel monkey and they couldnt care less. I have sent email after email trying to find out whats happening and the only generic response is that enquiries are being made and they are happy to help with anything else. i dont need help with anything else just the location of my parcel!!!. Please avoid.

Sent a parcel to Portugal just before Christmas. It arrived within 5 days and was a reasonable price. Very happy.

Wouldnt use again and advise you you to do the same. If I could leave no stars I would. Have used parcel monkey quite a few times and had no problems, until a parcel went missing. Very unresponsive and unhelpful when they do respond. I paid for insurance and it seems impossible to get them to start the process. Being passed from pillar to post. Parcel been missing over a month and of considerable value which needs to be replaced. This things happen bit the customer service is awful!

Awful service. Sent parcel to Romania. 1st attempted delivery was on 13th November, way over the suggested arrival date. Since then no sign of the parcel being redelivered. Hopelessly trying to get compensation. Was most recently asked to click on order and download customs order yet there is no option for this when clicking on order. Why I have to now send an online invoice when Parcel Monkey have all the details already (size of box, contents, value etc) I have no idea and suspect it is just delaying tactics from Parcel Monkey or DPD. The box contained about 25 hand made, waterproof, warm, winter coats for ex-street dogs in a private shelter. Hours of work , lots of expense and knowing they are missing is so disheartening.

It is now 8 days since I delivered the parcel to a pick up point. The website says delivery to Australia is 4-7 days. When I queried the delay I was told the package (just photo albums) was in UK Customs still, that this was normal and delivery should be about 21st Dec in Australia. This is not what it says on the website. If its normal for packages to be held by UK customs then this should be factored in to the timetable. Also the tracking is 5 days out of date. The latest tracking was 13th Dec. You should show tracking daily. I didnt know where the parcel was until I sent an email enquiry (which was answered very promptly)

I sent a parcel to Goa India on 20/11/18. It was due to reach Goa on29/11/18. It has not reach there it has not been returned to me and now they can’t find it Unacceptable very bad service. How can I complain

I send a lot of parcels and the incidence of issues with Parcelmonkey is notably higher than with other agents. Prompted to leave a review following a recent failed collection for a critical booking for transit with their branded service. I contacted them to explain the problems during the day (courier said it wouldnt fit in the van and that hed hopefully be back later) and the importance of it being collected. They resolutely declined the opportunity to intervene before 6pm when it became a failed collection. It became a failed collection and Im now in a bind with the customer. Live chat is great, but not much use if the people chatting are unable to really help. Ill using another agent in future.

It was with trepidation that We tried this service and in the low expectation being delivered on time and in one piece. However we were pleasantly surprised with how quick it got there and had a call from our daughter to confirm. Minimum stress maximum ease would definitely use you again.
