Haveing several packages collected & delivered over the last 18 months I’ve found Parcel Monkey was/is the easiest & best company I have used. I will most definitely use them again & reccomend them to others

Very good service. Only comment that initial process of logging parcel at Sainsburys pick up point does not give good customer feedback. It would have been helpful to know when the expected pick-up by the courier would be.

I used you to send a xmas parcel to BC in Canada for my son. I used DPD who it yurns out where very efficient getting the parcel to Canada. However my son whose details I gave as the recipient has been getting emails from a company called asking him to pay 48 cms to release thw parcel. I have emailed you and DPD for an explanation and received no reply. When you Google Aramex there is a lot of info about it being a scam.

Excellent service even up to sending the recipient an email beforehand saying when the parcel would be delivered. You said it would take 4 to 6 days and they got it in 3 to the outskirts of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. Well done!

I booked for a delivery with DPD that should take beween 3-6 days - it is now day 7 and neither of the two parcels have been delivered. The expected date of delivery is now 9 days. I could have posted it and paid less

Very easy way to loose mony ... Tacking number shows somthing wrong in adress i trayed to connect 100 times but nothing ..item will return back and waste me more than 50£

if possible, I would have given ZERO stars: incredible unprofessional service - meaning no service at all, not able to pick up a parcel within 14 days!!!, no answering at all, endless phone calls without reuslt, and, last but not least: NO REFUND!!!!!! This is absolutely a NO-GO !!!!!! never again...

I paid for a large 13kg parcel to be collected from ParcelForce 24 via ParcelMonkey. No delivery time do you have to wait from 9 to 6pm. No collection and when I notified PM they said it would be collected in 2 days time, even though I had paid for the next day collection. Same problem, waited all day and no collection. I called ParcelForce and was told they didn’t have the flat number but would collect soon. Waited no collection. Called again and ParcelForce said that collection of items was not a priority and best thing was to take it myself to their collection depot. Why I wouldn’t use Parcelmonkey: 1. They are a third party don’t do anything if you have a problem 2. They take a minimum of 3 hours to respond to you. 3. If you book directly with Parcelforce I believe they will give you an estimate time, andif you deal directly with them you are more likely to resolve the problem with much less frustration.

Parcel not yet delivered from UK to SA after 7 days but it took 3 days befoe it was even collected from the local PickUp Shop which was rather disappointing. Will see how rest of journey goes.

Arrived within specified timeline but tracking info wasnt kept up-to-date. In country info updated after the parcel had been delivered. Still loads cheaper than Royal Mail though!

Dropped off at a pickup point, I was given a card with a number on it, so I could check it’s travel and it arrived in France a couple of days later. I would recommend this company and I will use it again.
