Booked Courier for collection via Parcel Monkey. Courier didnt show up and tried to contact the Parcel Monkey on their live chat, just offered me either a refund or reschedule. And you know what, they were asking me to reschedule or not and the next second went offline straight away. What an amazing experience with Parcel Monkey.

My package still not arrived at destination I asked for ! I made several complains and they still dont know nothing about it ! The customer service is none and they answer my trustpilots reviews promising they are doing some about it but its all lies! I ask for a refund or compensation but they refuse... be aware I send my package from Bristol (England) to Portugal and after 1 month still didnt arrived and they dont know nothing about it ! The is the worst service I ever had ! Its really cheap but the customer service its the worst I see in my life ! Stay awaw of this company ! If you dont believe check the facebook page and you will see the bad coment they got ! SCAM

I booked a collection from my mum’s house in England to my workplace in the south of France. It was collected on the correct day but from then on, the service went from bad to worse. The tracking system displayed the wrong parcel, saying that my parcel had been delivered and signed for by someone in Reading. I emailed ParcelMonkey - no response. A couple of days later the tracker was changed to a company called Norse - again, this wasn’t my parcel. Eventually, Courier sent me an email saying that they were delivering my parcel. By this time, it was going to be delivered during the Christmas holidays so my workplace was closed. I changed the delivery address on their website to a Courier pick up point in our local supermarket. The day of the delivery finally arrived, only for the delivery man to call to say that he was at my workplace, but it was closed so he couldn’t deliver! I’ve now changed the delivery to my house but they can’t deliver until the 28th December. I’ve had to explain to my children what a ****-up Father Christmas has made! Honestly, the whole experience has been a shambles with zero communication from ParcelMonkey. Never again!

its the 3 working day n my parcel is still.in UK no gifts on Christmas.Felt so embrassed and ashamed. Providing wrong information and do not take complains for it it wonot came now until monday n i booked Priority int for 2 working days

I needed to send some low value items to a friend, Royal Mail was ridiculous in price, so Parcel Monkey was a brilliant cheaper alternative. Easy to drop off at a a location convenient for you and arrived 2 days later with no issues.

Terrible service, even worse aftercare - they tried to get out of insurance payout. Had to take them to small claims. Thank goodness the procedure for small claims is straightforward.

UNBELIEVABLE delivery service! Brilliant as usual, but this has been the best yet! Christmas parcel to our daughter in Tignes, French Alps, weighing 17Kg picked up from our home in Northants on Monday 17 December AND WAS DELIVERED: Wednesday 19 December 12 noon!! Thank you - just superb service

Sending Christmas presents abroad to the Grand Children have always been a nightmare due to the expense ,up until now only been able to send small items of around a kilo and even the cost of that was astounding. This Year I was able to send Santa in the guise of Parcel Monkey to my grandchildren with a few boxes full of Christmas presents. 5 corrugated Cardboard removal boxes(H x W x D) 32 x 26 x 47 cm full of presents only cost me £60 I couldnt believe that it was so cheap at Parcel Monkey and neither could anyone else ,

Nobody collected parcel. Live chat asked to wait until end of day. Nobody arrived Customer support very poor No acceptable alternative offered. Offered an alternative pick up slot 8 days after I paid for the service. Otherwise told to cancel the order and pay an additional fee for a drop off service. This is really poor service given error nothing to do either me. Told that someone will contact me directly when asked to speak to a manager. I have not heard anything yet I do not know when the parcel will be collected still and I have paid for a service I am yet to receive. I feel completely sidelined as a customer and unvalued

i paid and booked for next day delivery on the 18th dec and my parcel still has not been delivered. I have emailed on numerous occasions and spoke to others at uk mail and Courier. they tell me you have not even scanned my parcel since collecting it from me and they dont know where it is. your service is totally disgusting as someone is now without their xmas gift thanks to lack of attention at your side.you took my payment quick enough and decided my parcel was not important enough to deliver absolute joke of a service. I still dont know where my parcel is so i would appreciate it if someone could get off their extra long tea break and get this sorted out now. I EXPECT AN ANSWER FROM YOU ASAP AS NOT ONLY HAVE YOU LET ME DOWN YOU HAVE ALSO LET MY CUSTOMER DOWN AND I CAN NOT SAY ANY POSITIVE ABOUT YOUR COMPANY OR YOUR SERVICE AT THIS POINT.YOUR LIVE CHAT IS A JOKE ASWELL. Quite the best parcel delivery service Ive ever used. The whole process was easy to initiate, the parcel delivery (overseas) took less than 2 working days and it was an excellent price.
Id definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a quick, easy delivery service thats great value for the money.

Parcel Monkey site was easy to use and gave a good appraisal of options. Was let down by the utterly appalling Parcelforce or should I say Parcelfarce who took 5 days to deliver on a 24hr service. No communication, no customer service. Atrocious -100/10

Didn’t pick up my item, when I checked to see if the driver was coming it stated that they’d called and there was no reply. This wasn’t the case, I’d been home all day, three cars parked on the drive and the time they gave was the exact time that my boys had come home! Christmas gift wasn’t deliver and although I’d emailed and tried to join the chat room there was no reply! Useless, wasted money and will no longer use .
