Very easy to send a parcel especially to Australia

Excellent service from collection to delivery. First time I have used DPD and will definitely use again if I need to. Will also recommend. Very fast service to New Zealand and I could see where the parcel was all the way. Very many thanks.

Absolute disgrace, failed to pick up my parcels for the second day running. Tried online chat, email several times and nobody came back to me. If your business depends on your customer service then do not deal with these people. You have cost me a fortune, I am now off on a 16hr journey north of Edinburgh and back in one day because of your incompetence.

Avoid Parcel Monkey. The first stage of the transport was good - collection and delivery to Australia went smoothly. Arrived in Melbourne then all went pear-shaped. More documentation was requested by Australian customs. Which eventually was sorted between myself and AQIS. Communication with Parcel Monkey proved impossible - emails from first Nicholas then Jamie, Jennifer, Emily et al asking for invoices description of the parcel. Costs obviously kept down by having no telephone facility thus no chance of speaking to anyone. I suspect Nicholas and Emily etc are one and the same person. Have sent parcels to Australia many times with no problem. Not sure how much Parcel Monkey actually did in the process, not much I suspect. Certainly will not use them again - a pity since 90% went well.

Dropped parcel off lunchtime previous day in Bristol & was delivered in Sussex by 9.30 am the next day. It really doesnt get better than that. The quickest parcel that I have ever had delivered! Excellent service.

Frustrating experience, tried to send two parcel to two different countries miles apart. They only collected one and although it had the right label attached by us, they replaced it with the label of the second parcel and delivered it to the wrong address in the wrong country. The second parcel was never collected. When I asked for refund for services not delivered they told me that the second parcel has been delivered and even it was heavier than I had stated in the booking. Of course it was, because it was a different parcel!!! I am not sure who runs their customer services but they seem not to be able to understand a thing, are completely useless, and could not provide any support whatsoever, only additional frustration. If you keep treating your customers like monkeys we will take our peanuts somewhere else.

Excellent, thoroughly recommend this service. Have told everyone how good it is. Parcels from UK to Spain in 4 days, cheaper than a suitcase on a plane, plus door to door service. Whats not to like?

Parcel Monkey found me a good rate for a parcel to USA so no complaints there. Sadly Parcel Force were not so good. The 4 day service took 9 days and instead of delivering the parcel they advised the receipient to collect from a local depot.
