Reasonably priced, easy to use service if you need a package picking up. It would be good to know pick-up time but if you can be in all day its a minor quibble.

Only one parcel of two arrived on time. The first parcel arrived from the UK to Thailand very quickly but the consignment ended up being split and caused great concern for the customer. Finally turned up after two weeks

They maybe just the agent, but they still take your money and you enter a contract with them, not the delivery company. However, they do not take responsibility when something goes wrong and are no help, their customer service is a laugh. The parcel I sent was was never delivered and Parcelmonkey did nothing apart from apologising. They did not even offer to fulfil their contract after I myself!!! found the parcel, which was missing. It took a whole month of my time and effort, not theirs. I had it delivered back to my address as the only option. I then had to send it to its destination using another courier, which was a success, though I paid twice for the parcel being delivered. I am still waiting for a refund from Parcel Monkey but judging on reviews, I am not hopeful. They have a customer service which is the worst, its non-existent, they are only good at writing apologetic emails and shifting blame, despite your contract being with them and them having happily taken your money. NEVER USE THEM, its fine if all goes well, but there is no help if it goes wrong. There is no phone number, only their message service and they only reply if you persistently write to them, however, never with constructive help. Totally unacceptable and useless. AVOID

As a business we use ParcelMonkey 2-3 times a year at the most as they have unbeatable prices especially with Parcelforce for bulky parcels abroad. We never encountered any problem until recently. One parcel was overcharged as apparently the length of our parcel was 10cm more than declared ! Now, we ship parcels everyday (with a different courier) so we know what we do and we do not have time for this sort of games. We contested, replicated the bulky parcel to prove the dimensions. We were told that unless we have pictures of the original parcel with the label attached, we cannot prove our case. So people, beware, make sure before you dispatch, you take pictures of your labelled parcel with a tape measure nearby, do the same with your scale. This is the only way apparently you can contest that either ParcelMonkey and/or their shipping partner, ie Parcelforce in this case, got it wrong. In the meantime, we sent them an official claim but we only get the same answer that we do not have the pictures of the original parcel so we referred this case to the Trading Standards as clearly it is a common practice if you google "ParcelMonkey overcharged", etc. Beware, be ready, until they get officially investigated.

Awful service, no idea where my parcel has gone as no tracking uploaded. Customer service response is awful and no help whatsoever. Wont be using again!

Probably because Christmas and New Year got in the way, but the Parcel that should have taken 3-5 Working days eventually arrived at the destination 14 days after it was sent

Easy to print the label. Parcel was picked up from Horwich and landed in the South of France in no time. £15 for 30 kilos - bargain.

The search is efficient and it is easy to book. I really like that they highlight if you need a printer or not. Knowing that the parcel is going to be signed for is useful.
I had to chat with the CS to get the right tracking number but it was very quick.

My parcel still has not been delivered nearly one month after collection. The address it is going to is a shop and does not have a code to enter, which is the reason given for non delivery. Absolutely shockingly bad service.

Its been 5 and a half months and still nothing, customer services are awful with no information and never reply when they say they will. Would rather throw my next parcel away than let them near it. Do not use if you want your parcel to get delivered. Al Hayes

Used parcel monkey before and they have always delivered a great service, the most recent time which happened to be Christmas time, I notified them my daughter had not received her parcel, they chased the Australian couriers and got straight back to me - problem resolved. would definitely recommend

Parcel monkey absolute joke do not use I booked a parcel to be collected 21st December 24hr delivery and it got collected 2nd January 24hr delivery just tracked it 3rd January and it’s still in the uk at delivery hub awaiting shipment to the Isle of Man DO NOT USE THEM

I have used these muppets for the last time!!!!!! sending a christmas parcel back to sender because is had a nail varnish in a gift box,what a Pathetic team, their name is quite apt,,,,, I hope you lose any customers that may have used you from my praises beforehand as I now realise what a waste of space you actually are!!! Really great courier, would use again only reason not five stars is that you couldn’t specify a collection window only a whole day with no indication
of what time your parcel would be collected. A text with even a AM or PM or between 11-1 etc would have meant a whole day wasn’t wasted waiting in.

Package picked up 21st December for next day delivery. Not delivered until the 2nd January. When I tried to contact customer services to ask where it was through chat (as there is no phone number) I just kept getting fobbed off with no answer. We will get back to you soon or, asking me my tracking number for the 10th time. Maybe the parcel was not meant to come until the 2nd January (which would be surprising given that it was picked up on the 21st on a next day service), but just to be told would have been nice as it was my childrens Christmas present.

I have used Parcel Monkey 19 times over 4 years, mny latest experience has been dreadful. Whilst I accept that they are the go-between they have not reacted like I would expect when this time DPD let me down. Here is what happened. I placed an order for collection on the 19th December using DPD. It was not collected, nor was I told that it had not been. So it was rescheduled for the 27th December. They failed to collect then, saying the shop was closed. The collection point is a tenpin bowling centre and it was open. The driver had to walk past the parcel to get to the shop in the bowling centre. So, it was rescheduled once again for collection on the 28th December. They did not collect and the shop was open all day. Rescheduled for collection on the 2nd January. They failed to turn up. Now I have had to cancel the order and start again hoping that collection will actually happen tomorrow Friday 4th January. I think that DPD owes me some compensation for the distress this has caused me. I have had to let people down that were expecting items they were going to be giving as presents. Parcel Monkey only say sorry for the inconvenience. No indication that they have been in touch with DPD letting them know how poor their service has been.

Terrible experience. They were supposed to have a pickup on the 2nd day. Waited in and it didnt happen. On the 3rd day they text me to say it will be picked up that day. I contacted support and they said no that actually they shouldnt have texted me that, instead it would be picked up on the 4th day. Support never answered a direct question and the entire thing is a mess. Considering you cant get a pickup window and they dont pickup on the days they say they will, what is the point?

I was apprehensive at first about using a new service but the website was easy to use. Christmas collection was very, very busy so unlike other less frantic times, I didn’t know when the postie was coming. But come he did, and it was better than going to the post office with a set of golf clubs!
