Have send a parcel to Canada via your Parcel Monkey. Parcel is now in Canada but not delivered! I thought it was being sent with DPD. A company called Aramex have contact recipient asking for a payment. Aramex have also emailed me asking for payment. Doesn’t allow me to pay. I paid for parcel which is a Christmas gift at a value of £14.50 - 25.00 CAD $. I don’t understand why as the information I have researched says anything under $60 doesn’t warrant tax. Why oh why is this happening! Very disgruntled customer.

Excellent service and great value.
I dont have time to wait for a collection, so I print the labels and drop the parcels at the post office. Parcelforce seem to great at delivering the goods without breaking anything. I just make sure the products are well protected. All good and easy. My customers like the tracking, too.

13 days and still waiting for my refund of over £40. Just beyond ridiculous and nobody responds via chat, once theyve got your money its hello silent treatment. Have to wait 15 days to claim the money back via my bank but seriously why do you put people through this, all I wanted to do was send a parcel which you couldnt honour yet still took the money and left me chasing you and my bank for weeks on end to rectify this. Just the worst company Ive ever dealt with.

Works fine, takes a little care to be sure youre getting what you need, e.g. insurance level of cover, but once you have the service you need it works well.

Absolutely delighted with service, took parcel to the Post Office on Monday morning and delivered to the address in the Republic of Ireland on Thursday afternoon and able to track parcel on the way. Brilliant!!! Sent Santa letters to my grandsons on Tuesday same week and its Sunday now and not delivered yet and they went airmail.... Ah!!!!!!!!!
Well done!!!!! Id definitely use this firm again and recommend them highly...

This was so easy - I had a very large parcel and to find that the search re weight, size and cost was so simple to follow - the parcel was collected from my house at 13.30 and delivered nearly 200 miles away by 09.30 the next day at a very reasonable charge
