Terrible experience for a parcel sent to Doha. Customer service do not comunicate with DPD by phone but just by text. So the parcel is in stand by in Quatar from almost one month. Ill never use again.

Terrible customer service. Wouldnt respond to my questions, just kept telling me the parcel was on its way in response, even when I knew there was a problem. Like speaking to a robot. Parcel was supposed to be picked up, they kept telling me to wait until 6pm and wouldnt contact the courier, even though I knew there was a problem, as I hadnt received a message regarding a pick up window from DPD. Then of course it didnt get picked up as I knew it wouldnt. So had to rebook the pick up for next day. Just awful. I will never use them again.

The Parcel had not arrived at its destination in Canada, almost 3 weeks after it was collected from me. It is being carried by DPD whos tracking says its been in the local depot since 29th Dec. I have been trying to get Parcel Monkey and DPD to find the parcel or refund me but all that happens is that I get asked for more information. PM contacted me and asked for a different contact number for the recipient of the parcel because the local van driver needed one. This suggests that it was on the van ready for delivery, but it hasnt arrived despite me providing all the information required to both Parcel Monkey and DPD. The service is terrible. I am very unhappy and disappointed. :((

You pay peanuts you get..... Paid for a premium next day delivery service and after days of chasing and waiting in the parcel arrived a week later. Needless to say I will not be using this company again!!

I dropped off the parcel at a DPD location on Monday, 3rd of December. The parcel was picked up on the 10th of December. The parcel arrived at its destination on the 15th of December, 5 days after being collected, 12 days after being dropped off. It would have made a big difference to know this beforehand. The service is a bargain (£12 vs £40 with Royal Mail) and overall decent, but be mindful of the drop off / pick up schedules.

Everything has gone right after finding a drop off point near me.
Sites need to be updated as I visited 2 that no longer operate. Fortunately, combined with shopping so tip was OK, but I would have been annoyed if trip was only to drop off my parcels.
