The parcel was collected on time but never arrived. No phone number, emails wouldnt send and live chat got me nowhere. How can they lose a 26" cube containing a king size duvet and pillows? My daughter is sleeping under a borrowed sleeping bag. Not happy.

I have used your service a few times and have nothing negative to say. I even sent a large parcel on 19th December from uk and it arrived at its destination in Rhodes Greece 2 weeks later!! So even with the Christmas season the service was still very quick. I have recommended and will continue to recommend parcel monkey to anyone wanting a courier service ????????????

Very reasonably priced, delivered within stated timescale but couldnt get any tracking information using Parcel Monkey tracking number. Eventually found that this information was available using the alternative Parcel Force tracking number ?

I couldnt find a courier to handle my parcel which was only a dog bed.
I came a cross parcel monkey and they where great sorted out everything in seconds got the item back to seller in record time.Will definitely be using them again

poor service. the advisor was happy to chat until i asked for a refund as i waited 2 days for my parcel to be collected and couldnt wait in any longer. this is poor service. this is appalling behavior.

Appalling service, booked an item in for delivery/ collection on Tuesday. No collection, spoke to the dpd driver Wed nothing booked in for collection, waited till Thursday....Nothing Contacted customer support they apologized and booked it in for Friday, Friday came and went surprise surprise no collection. Contacted customer support the best they could do was book it in Monday??? I said I cant wait anymore I will take it to a collection point myself and asked for a partial refund due to my inconvenience , I was old nope they wouldnt refund or partial refund????? Absolute robery so I have now paid for a service that despite parcel monkey doing nothing I wont get refunded on... EXTREMELY POOR do not use this company swindlers.

Parcel monkey have an easy to use website, the prices of carriage for heavy items are much more competitive than going direct to a carrier (eg ParcelForce) direct. I certainly will use Parcel Monkey again.

Easy to use and reliable. Only hiccup was at the Post Office where I chose to take my parcel. The staff claimed not to be able to accept it because it had the wrong sort of barcode on the label but eventually were persuaded to accept it and it was delivered fine!

Very quick Friendly collector, even though it was busy over Christmas.Easy to track. Stockport, UK to Adelaide, S.Australia in 5 days. Excellent. Great guidance on the site re tracking, customs declaration, wrapping, etc. Id definitely use them again. And recommend them. 10/10

They did arrive on the correct day but right at the end of the day, did not want to give my wife a receipt which she requested, was to be honest pretty miserable and did not really seem very keen on lifting the box which was quite heavy from inside the front door even though she is quite obviously pregnant, all in all our experience of the man collecting was pretty poor

Happier than last time with parcel monkey and DPD and Seur in Spain. It took just 5 days to arrive from London to Màlaga instead of the 10 days from the first service!

Appalling ! They have delivered to my sisters address in France for last3 years and now say they cant find the address and its incorrect!!! Plus they want to charge you for delivering it back! Disgusted!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! sent 4 parcels in the uk, paid for 1 day service never delivered parcels no tracking available took 12 days to find my parcels had to tell the courier not to deliver as customers had to be refunded. parcels sent back to PM and then they wanted 15 pound each to deliver back to me bloody cheek.Customer service waste of time have to email them everyday your better off ringing the courier direct.In future your better to go with the courier direct. RUBBISH COMPANY.

4 working days to send 30kg box to France. Service used was parcelforce dropped off at local Post office. Excellent service, price and tracking. More parcels to send and will definitely use them again.

The Courier driver did not turn up. The parcel was left outside all day and no one has collected it. We were also in all day so if he had turned up and bothered to walk to the front door he would have seen the very large 18kg parcel at his feet and been able to knock on the door and get an answer. Our door bell also alerts us when someone walks towards the house - again no alert.
