Sent a parcel to Europe- it said it would take 2-3 days. It took a few more days than that but it was lovely to be able to follow the parcels progress. Really happy with the service, being able to pay online and just drop off at post office at half the price of Royal Mail. Will definitely use again!!

When I saw what it would cost to use ParceForce Directly, my jaw dropped! Somehow ParcelMonkey got me the same service for less than half the price and ParcelForce to give them their sue delivered 2 days early.

Great choice of options displayed, with clear pricing and details of the services offered by each company. This makes it easy to compare delivery services and choose the most appropriate one. Emails with address labels and tracking details are sent very promptly.

Beyond unprofessional! Despite paying for next day service, tomorrow will be the seventh day of being told that my parcel will be collected tomorrow. Customer service is awful and consists of a very slow message service so dont expect to be able to speak to a human. I may have saved a few quid but I would not recommend using them again - parcel monkey is an insult to primates!!

Service and expectations were as promised. Something which would be more beneficial is updates as to when parcel will be picked up, maybe time frames. Just so your not waiting in all day with no idea what time to expect the parcel to be collected.

Used Parcel Monkey before and again excellent service.
Booked online without issues, printed the delivery slips and given time for DPD pickup.
All went smooth.
Used the tracking number each day and followed the parcels route to it being delivered and signed for within 3 days without a problem. Very impressed.

I sent a parcel to Pakistan containing baby clothes. I paid £75 to parcel monkey and now the parcel is in Pakistan they want rs12000 £(100) to release the parcel. Dont send anything with this company nothing but thieves!!

This is the 2nd day my consignment has not been collected by Courier to deliver to my customer despite rescheduling via Parcel Monkey because they didn’t show up yesterday. Keep getting texts with time slots but they never show up. Can’t send a message on the Parcel Monkey website as the enquiry form is faulty. How can I get a refund?

I booked a parcel to be sent to Greece Parcelforce Priority (3 to 5 day delivery) through parcelmonkey. Parcel picked up on the 10th dec the tracking has remained static since the 12th dec. today the 20th dec and I still can not get any information from parcelmonkey on where my parcel is. I get the same answer every time I contact them “we are still waiting for courier company to inform us”. I am so angry!!! At least tell me where the parcel is! Is it lost? Is it stuck somewhere?
