The Parcel Monkey Interface was straight forward to use and provided information quickly about which firm and for what price my package could be collected and then delivered to my home. The whole arrangement seemed to work without any hitches and I received my package a 2-3 days later. First time that I have ever used arrangement but would certainly repeat custom should need arise again.

I have a parcel whichwas not picked up after scheduling with them and paying for it and they never reached out to let me know. The merchant in the city where it is sitting emailed me after 6 days saying the never picked it up. I emailed parcel monkey and they say sorry you have to reschedule the pick up, which is ridiculous, but thats beside the point. When I go to reschdule it says I ahve to talk to them to do this bc it has already been reschduled once, which is not accurate. Their system is through email and I have to wait hours to hear back. At this rate, if they ever resolve it my parcel will miss being delivered in time for Christmas. Also, parcel monkey should be covering this cost of shipping for this terrible error.

Package was not collected until the day AFTER it was supposed to be and therefore instead of a next day service it took 3 days. It was due to be collected on Thursday 6th December for delivery to a business address on the following Friday, it was therefore not delivered until the Monday. The package contained important documents which were required by the recipient for that weekend. Therefore I paid for 24 hour service and got a 72 hour service. I will never use Courier again. Their excuse was that they couldnt find the collection address!

Charged £59 to send a parcel to Australia with DPD, having issues getting delivery. DPD useless no help, send to PARCEL monkey who are additionally as useless and no help....£350 worth of stuff stuck in a system because they CANNOT PROVIDE a basic service like TELEPHONE number to contact the courier in OZ...USELESS do not use...

They would rather loose thousands of pounds of my business than pay out for the damaged goods I paid extra to insure with them. They state that freestanding tables are prohibited, but I sent out a coffee table, a completely different thing! They have not been clear! The message system is a joke. Any company that hides its phone number has a lot to hide!!

Plenty of options to choose from. Dropped at local post office, tracked and delivered within 48hrs by Parcel Force as promised.

My complaint to Parcel Force- Dear Sir or Madam, Now my 3 x parcels have finally after two days of waiting been collected at 1930 hours on 06/12/18 I wish to write my complaint about your company. I can honestly say I have never been so frustrated with a company and received such poor customer service as Parcel Force. Unless this is rectified to my satisfaction I will never use your company again. You’ll see from your records I paid for collection of my 3 parcels on 05/12/18 around 1000 hours. These parcels were to be returned to Za Za homes in Par Cornwall. I paid my £34.79 for a multi box special to ensure I had adequate insurance for the items and it would be with Za Za Home’s safely and promptly. I waited at home until 1600 hours for these to be collected. No one came so I decided to call Parcel Force to confirm someone was coming as my wife and had plans that evening and wanted to leave around 1800 hours. The lady on the phone confirmed the parcels were to be collected from my address by 1800 hours. Therefore we waited at home until 1830 hours. No one came and being mindful your customer service closed at 1900 hours I recalled. Once again the man on this occasion checked my account. He apologised but after checking he confirmed the Bristol driver was out and my parcels would be collected over the evening. Due to this my wife and I reluctantly cancelled our plans of visiting a local Xmas fair which we had been looking forward too and stayed in as we wanted these parcels collected. By 2230 hours and no one attending I was even more frustrated by your company as I felt like I was being lied too. I was fairly confident no driver would be attending at such a late hour so I went to bed. I had to go to work today so contacted you again at 0900 hours to establish when these parcels would be collected. My wife once again cancelled her plans to take my daughter to the Zoo with friends and stayed in to await this collection which we trusted would be that morning. This time I spoke to another lady, this time called Erin. I explained the situation, she apologised. Told me everything on her system was correct and my 3 parcels are to be collected. She confirmed she would chase this up with the driver and because I was at work I asked her to get the driver to call my wife with an estimated time arrival so she wasn’t waiting around all day. She took my wives contact details and advised she’d pass them on. By now whilst highly irritated felt fairly confident by lunchtime this ordeal would be over. Upon coming out of a meeting at 1200 hours I had a message from my wife to say the driver had attended however refused to take the parcels as according to his system only one parcel would be collected. By now i was actually losing the will to live with your company. Once again I then make another call. This time I speak to a male named Jordan. I explained to him the whole process and the recent event with the driver. He confirmed your records said 3 parcels so could not understand why the driver believed it was for one. He apologised and confirmed he would speak to a manager to prioritise our pickup that afternoon. By now my wife has had to cancel her plans for the day because we are still waiting. So when I got home from work about 1740 hours and see that the parcels are still in my hallway to say I wasn’t best pleased is an understatement. Again I call your customer services, after eventually being connected with the Bristol depot I ask to speak to a manager as I’ve had enough. This doesn’t happen, however Mike who i speak to apologies, made some calls and confirmed to me the driver would pick my 3 parcels up, between 1900-1930 hours tonight. I asked him what the problem was and how can this be messed up so many times. He didn’t know but assured me they would be collected tonight. After the events discussed I was not confident this would actually happen. I advised I would be complaining once the parcels were actually taken away. He agreed due to the circumstances I should and suggested rather than do this online I should complain to you by email Hence my email tonight. As I say the same driver then returned at 1930 hours and collected the 3 x parcels. Hallelujah. Due to quite frankly the worst 48 hours of customer service I have ever received I expect for my £34.79 charge to be refunded. I also expect a generous financial gesture for the several phone calls I’ve made, the stress and inconvenience my wife and I have incurred for cancelling plans and general wasted time waiting at home and chasing all this up. I should add my wife is heavily pregnant with a baby due in less than a month. So this inconvenience has only added unnecessary unwanted stress to her. This experience has left me with zero confidence with your company and even that the parcels will get to my destination promptly and in one piece. I really hope i will not be experiencing any more problems with this process. If I do and in turn experience any other expenses I trust due to the circumstances you will also reimburse me in full. At present there is no way I would use your company again and discourage colleagues, friends and family from using you. Mostly brilliant.
However, I have noticed that I mainly use Parcel force.
There 24 and 48 hr service is up to 150cms in length.
On your sit it direct you to the heavy tariff if over 100cms! !
Last time this happens , with a parcel over 100cms long I used parcel force direct and
And it only charged me the cheeper rate.
I have however have had to pay the extra booking through you .
Until I realised .
Therefore have over paid for this service unnecessarily.
So not so happy.

The parcel arrived within the timescale which is great but as this was the first time I used it, I found the labelling system very confusing.
You could explain more why 2 different address labels appear. I thought originally it was a mistake on your part.
Otherwise very happy.

it took courier 3 days to pick up parcel from local pick up shop!!! When I called DPD to ask whats happening they didnt even apologies. I paid for 3-5 delivery service but instead it will be 5-8. Thats not reliable at all.
