Simply brilliant. Collection was on time and the DPD postman gave me a call since my intercom is broken.
The international shipment arrived in 3 days. I am only going to use Parcel Monkey and DPD in future.

A parcelforce colleague recommended Parcel monkey saying it was cheaper than going direct to parcelforce.
I took my 7kg 30cm square parcel into a post office originally and was quoted £48 to send it to Spain.
I remembered my colleagues advice and through parcel monkey with parcelforce Inc vat £28 total.
What more can I say, £20 cheaper than going via a post office, easy service and multiple couriers and quotes on offer, you just need to own a printer or have access to for your label.
Incidentally the parcel arrived in just over 3 days.

On the basis you still cant tell me where my parcel is and continually fail to call me back remains unacceptable You hide behind live chat and cut off when its convenient for you to do so - having no escalation process is likewise beyond poor I understand you act as the agent but please take some level of accountability

Well there’s been no delivery, no contact, and a lie about unsuccessful delivery on the website, so you could say I’m not happy with your service. Please feel free to offer compensation for the presents that will not arrive in time

All parcels were collected as arranged, was able to track them and received delivered notices on each delivery. Money very well spent sending parcels to the US and Germany as they were there in under 6 days. Would recommend and use this service again.

Courier, yes Courier are absolute rubbish, so dont pick them from Parcel Monkeys list of carriers. Im supprised that Parcel Monkey offer them as a choice, shame on Parcel Monkey. I didnt know anything about Courier prior to this experience so went with them to deliver a parcel/package to my disabled daughter 200+ miles away, they gave me a pick up time, that came and went and I sat until 10pm until I gave up. I found that I could reschedule for the next day so did that and the time came and went, then eventually a scruffy person in a tatty van turn up to collect. This was sent and charged for next day delivery but alas, yes you know what Im about to tell you, they didnt deliver the next day either. I found that I could reshedule delivery as before, so i did so for the next day. That to me is a total of 4 days with me losing 2 days and my daughter another 2 days and at this time of year thats bad. If they cant do the service then they shouldnt say they can. Shocking service that Ill never ever use again and nor will lots of other peeps if you read the writeups for this company. Happy Chistmas to all and lets hope that 2019 brings better hopes in this country.

Initially I had to get used to the website, but now it is a pleasure to enter every parcel separately, drop it off and within a week all 3 of my parcels were delivered to the respective addresses intact. What a pleasure to use with no problems at all.
