I sent a valuable parcel to Texas USA.
This was the first time I had used Parcel Monkey UK and was therefore a little wary but because the carrier was ParcelForce I felt it was worth a try.
I used the economy method that could take up to a week to arrive and I used their excellent tracking records.
The parcel was collected from our village on the 20th Nov at 17.31 and every point of handling en-route was recorded, up to the final delivery in the USA on the 26th Nov at 12.21.
I couldnt ask for more and all at a very competative price.
Needles to say, I will definately use Parcel Monkey again.

From start to finish the service provided was excellent.Take out the weekend and my parcel was delivered in less than two days from Northern Ireland to England. Thoroughly recommended .

Did not turn up for collection, had no info as to why and did nothing to correct. Do you know which company, Courier. Asked for refund and casually, do not care refund processed. No due care taken to retain customer. We are just numbers for them. For them time has different meanig.

I would like to share my experience with Parcel monkey. I sent my excess bag of 30kg with them over a month ago. After a week i didnt none of the parcel monkey staff could assist. They keep sending me generic emails . I had to chase the 3rd party carrier my self only to find out that my bag hadnt left the uk. Parcel monkey finally got back to me and said i needed to pay an addtional £150 inorder for them to send my bag. I requested for my bag to be sent back to me. The reply i got from customer services was that returns happen once in 3 months and they have no update on when this is likely to happen. There was no empathy wats so ever i explained to them that the bag has all my baby clothes and additional things that i was unable to carry with me. Its well over a month now and am yet to receive my bag. Please be aware of this company and do not use them they are very unprofessional and incompetent

Would never use again. Ive send some personal effects from Mexico back to Uk instead of bringing with me excess luggage. Parcel Monkey made fill in an invoice for everything contained in the parcel for Uk customs. This made the Courier HMRC customs agent in the UK treat my personal effect as It they were new and got charged £143 for import duty and tax. Absolute ridiculous!!!

Very good website - easy to use and been pleased with my European parcel deliveries, good tracking system, the option is available for the delivery company to collect from your home and moreover the price is excellent. Will keep using them - well done the Monkey

ParcelMonkey delayed my collection by a day ( despite paying over £200 for international priority with next day collection). Hence I cancelled the delivery. Three days later the courier turns up to collect the item, and ParcelMonkey refuse a refund. Exceptionally disorganised and unethical company
