Never even heard of parcel monkey before but have to say what a simple and easy experience

Cheapest price I could find to send a small parcel to Germany but the service was way better than ‘cheap & cheerful’. Excellent tracking system and the item found its way to the recipient very quickly.

They advertise 3-6 days delivery time to Norway. Reality: 14 days and counting... Not pleased. Another parcel they refused to ship, costing a return charge of £15 on top of the £30 original posting cost. The reason they refused: Amazon Echo Dot contains a battery. Reality: The device is not rechargeable = no battery!! Conclusion: **** service, doesnt keep their own promises and makes up excuses to earn money and screw you over.

The collection of the parcel in the UK was swift. The delivery time to destination was supposed to be 4-5 days, however after arriving in Finland the parcel has sat at the delivery depot for 4 days without moving anywhere. Not good at that end of the delivery cycle as it’s now been 7 days since the pickup.

Needed a parcel to Hong Kong for Christmas for our two grandsons. Parcel Monkey found a recognised name courier which had a drop off store within half a mile. They provided labels to print and customs pro forma and notified our son by email the parcel was on its way. All at a very competitive price. Arrived in two days.

I used parcel monkey one day last week at the start of the week and apparently it still hasn’t arrived it’s destination. I am waiting in a refund of £45 on the parcel it was returning and I can’t get that now

We use parcel monkey to access DPD and Parcelforce carriers
and the system works 100%. On average we send 1-2 parcels per week and so far nothing has been lost and all parcels have arrived
at their destination in good condition.

If I could give you 0 stars I would!! Worst company I have ever dealt with. Passed your details onto BBC Watchdog as it would seem charging people for parcels that are overweight seems to be a popular option for this company even with no evidence!!

Paid for a one day service, was still not collected a week later. Parcel Monkey do not accept their legal responsibility as a supplier accepting payment for a service. They try to pass blame to carrier and albeit the carrier caused the problem, they rightly say you need to take it up with Parcel Monkey. I imagine many customers are lucky not to hit a problem. Shocking irresponsible attitude and only my lack of time prevented me suing them.

Parcel never collected through Parcel Force 24 hour service despite 6 phone calls over the course of a week, in which I was told each time it would be collected that day. Miscommunications between all the different departments meant I have had to opt for an alternative service a week later. Time lost and a huge amount of frustration caused. Very disappointed.

Shocking experience with Parcel Monkey, they are basically a middle man company so if anything goes wrong ( in my case damaged with items missing) they avoid any responsibility and pass you back and forth with the actual delivery company. Pay for delivery - no refund Pay for protection - no refund Very deceptive, cut them out and go direct if you need to book a service!
