Two missing parcels, absolutely no attempt to sort it. They have cost our business greatly, we paid insurance so why will they not help us? Frankly I would be embarrassed if this is how we treated our customers.

They Charge you extra charges saying that your parcel dimensions were incorrect and ask you for photos with dimensions, of course you dont keep photos of boxes. This is just a scam to get more money, dont use this service!!!!!!

Simple website, amazingly reasonable price to post heavy parcel for next day delivery - we dropped our parcel at the Post Office so cant comment on collection etc. - will definitely use again!

Driver didn’t show up, re booked for a different slot ( same day) and driver once again didn’t show up. Boxes came all broken and on 2 different days. Very poor customer service and delivery service. Never again .

I sent 2 parcels 1 to ireland and 1 to poland. They were delivered within timescale however the 1 in ireland was left beside d front door-i dont think it was reasonable to do that. The confirmation said:sign for by corner front door... surely you would expect a person to sign for it? :) please firm your standards irish delivery!

I have used Ipostparcels in the past at Christmas and had problems with the delivery but this was a first class service with delivery within 3 days. Will use again.

Didn’t make it on time. Was left at drop off store for three days. Had to message them to remind them to pick it up, then I had to call in to have it upgraded so it reaches. Appalled

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

I selected 3-6 days delivery, 7 days later and the item still hasn’t been delivered... just got a notification to say it accidentally reached the wrong sorting depot. I’ve had to give my customer a full refund and will have to hope they work with me to get the parcel back to me.
