Quite happy! I use ParcelMonkey when I need to buy extra compensation for expensive items. They are much cheaper than other sites for this purpose. Ive never had to use it so I dont know how good they are at processing compensation claims, but Ive no reason to suppose they are not! Theyve been around for a long time.

Its ok, but postage label size needs to be improved. Not professional on the A4 size which is quite big for a small parcel. I use thermal printer that prints out 6x4 label size, suitable for all parcel sizes. There was no label sizes to select to print.

I had problems with clearing-not sure where the issue was but this caused me some anxiety. Parcel arrived though in the nick of time.

No Receipt given when the driver collected my parcel and the Driver could not speak English. This service is not to my taste. Bad business practice

I had two expensive items to ship after eBay sales. I booked them on the Sunday for collection on Monday, expecting them to be delivered on Wednesday. They weren’t collected, even though I rang at 16.30 on the day to enquire as to their status. I rang Parcelforce in the morning and was told that an attempt had been made but no one answered. Totally wrong, it turns out the van broke down, a replacement driver went to the wrong address. I had to rebook the items on the Tuesday meaning the pick up would be on Wednesday with delivery promised for Friday. Wednesday collection by the regular driver, promised to try and upgrade the delivery to 24hr for me to rescue the situation. One parcel was delivered on Thursday, the other delivered on Friday. The attitude of the Parcelforce customer service team was disgusting. No complaints about the parcelmonkey team.

Took 21kg parcel to the post office for a parcelforce 48 service. They quoted £40.
Took the parcel back home and booked the same service through parcel monkey and paid £11.87 . Why would you use anything else.

Using the site was quick and straightforward, with the parcel picked up first thing on the Monday morning and delivered to its destination in Italy on the Thursday.
I will definitely use Parcel Monkey again as it makes sending larger items cheaper and easier.
