I booked a parcel to be sent to Greece Parcelforce Priority (3 to 5 day delivery) through parcelmonkey. Parcel picked up on the 10th dec the tracking has remained static since the 12th dec. today the 20th dec and I still can not get any information from parcelmonkey on where my parcel is. I get the same answer every time I contact them “we are still waiting for courier company to inform us”. I am so angry!!! At least tell me where the parcel is! Is it lost? Is it stuck somewhere?

First time using this service and can say Im extremely satisfied from dropping parcel off to its delivery in Australia I was able to track all movement of my item I will definitely be using this Service in the future it was also cheaper than the few others I checked for prices

Although cheap the comps t is good but parcelforce let them down. Sent my daughter 2 boxes they tried to deliver them school run time so she was out she arranged a re delivery and the onky available one was 5 days time. They waited in and parcelforce never came so she had to ask someone to help her pick the boxes up from them as it was Christmas presents for her and I’m grand children - not the best from parcelforce but parclemonkey are good

Really pleased with this service, my parcel arrived safely and when they said it would. It was picked up at 6.20 pm Tues and delivered by 10 am Thurs from Cyprus to Uk. Excellent, will definately use again.

Avoid Parcel Monkey. Due to an error on their side, they blocked my account. When this was drawn to their attention, they claimed to have unblocked the account, but didnt. As a result, posting deadline was missed. In addition, their responses to my messages were incomplete, overlooking important matters. In frustration, I decided to use a different provider (another courier), whose service was both better and more cometitively priced. Buyer beware!

Very disappointed in the service. I will not be using Parcel Monkey again as they have not kept within their delivery timescales at all. I used them because they quoted 3-7 days delivery to Australia. Having posted the parcel I am now told it will be not be before 15 days. NOT HAPPY. I understand that Christmas is likely to be busy. So should Parcel Monkey. They should adjust parcel delivery times accordingly to account for the demand. They, apparently so they say, are the experts. I wish I had used another delivery service and recommend that you do too.
