Only feedback is the courier didnt leave a card at the delivery address so they had to call RM to locate where it had been dropped off!

First time user, had 3 quite heavy parcels to send to same address and was very pleased with the price (half that of the same carrier direct and for a quicker service) and the ease and speed of collection and delivery. Ive not heard of any problems from the customer which I would have by now so I assume everything arrived OK. Would definitely use again.

After the offer of 4 days of delivery service (Understanding the normal delays for Christmas days) we do not know when the package will be collected. Now I get this email asking what I think about the service done. Should I really answer you? Please I would like to update the delivery time service of the package. We wanted to send a parcel to my grandchildren for Christmas. Using Parcel Monkey gave us a number of options to choose from including signed for and tracked delivery and pick up from 0ur house. We were notified when the pick up would happen and it was spot on and the parcel delivered next day all cheaper than taking it to the Post Office and arranging delivery three. Would use this again and definitely recommend this service

Parcel sent to France still not delivered by ParcelForce 8 days after receiving it and the French delivery driver could not find the address and swore at my son over the phone. Other parcels by other couriers were delivered but not via ParcelForce. Very disappointing that he will not receive it before Christmas despite it being posted on time (3-4 day delivery)!

I have always found that by using a service to find the best courier for your delivery to be good and find a cheaper deal, Parcel Monkey came up in the search so I thought I would give them a try. I had a consignment of 4 parcels which ranged from 6kg - 13kg, I entered all the details and was given the price, more fool me for then not going direct to the site of the courier company to then see their price direct. Why!!! because through Parcel Monkey it cost me an extra £50 to use them. I appreciate that the information was passed to the courier company and the items were picked up and delivered when it should have, but all that would have happened by going direct to the couriers website, I feel that the extra amount was for Parcel Monkey themselves as their fee. I am really not happy about paying an extra £50 so will not use Parcel Monkey again, just wish I had gone direct to the courier in this instance.

I initially had two fold up beds delivered by DPD from amazon. Unfortunately they didnt match the sellers description, so I wanted to return them. How ever DPD said they couldnt take parcels as big or as heavy as the fold up beds...... but they delivered them!!!!
Enter parcel monkey. They gave me a number of couriers that could collect and deliver the parcels. However, the service was expensive, but it was very easy to use.
