Always reliable and much cheaper than using Parcel Force who collected the parcel.

Don’t bother! I used this service twice and the courier never collected the item on the day it was arranged! on the second time around I called the courier company (DX) after the 2nd day of not collecting the parcel, they told me that Parcel Monkey will try and group more than 1 collection together to save money so it will never be collected on the day and it will most probably be the 3rd or 4th!. if you have a next day delivery Parcel Monkey will turn it into 3-5 day to save money for them! AVOID

Wouldn’t recommend So for no reason my account has been put on hold and my postcode been blocked. WOW They’ve blocked my for leaving bad reviews????????????♀️ I’ll keep sharing my honest opinion about this company every 24hrs ????

Very impressed with service. My parcel was picked up from my home address and it was delivered within 24 hours. As the contents were mostly glass was a bit apprehensive but had no need to worry. Would not hesitate to use them again.

They did not collect. I rearranged collection for the 2nd as a result and I have now been informed that this had been cancelled and that they will collect on the 3rd instead. That has resulted in 3 unpaid days of work.

i ordered two parcels one to go to Portugal which went without a hitch and was delivered in 5 days on DPD, but the other parcel which was being delivered to a Uk destination was supposed to be delivered 24 hours on Courier was not delivered for 14 days which was to late and they were asked to return and as of 2nd January still awaiting confirmation of return

My Parcel is still waiting to be collected...its been sat waiting for 2 weeks. Waiting for a response from a human to reschedule. Booked for Courier to be the courier however cant get hold of them as booked through this website.

Easy to find out the best rates and services for you. You need to know the measurements and weight of your parcel and weighing a huge parcel at home can be a bit tricky. Other than that I can highly recommend parcel monkey!

This is a bad company, I ordered a parcel to be delivered and it said the collection date to be on the 27th December and it never came until the next day and I ordered a car seat to be delivered and the side of it broke. I’m really upset that this has happened and I don’t recommend this company as your courier.

Previously excellent experience with Parcel Monkey marred by very poor service and "Rip-Off" pricing on this occasion. Sent a Parcel to Canada on 09th December and not ready for collection at destination until 21st December. Courier Parcel force charged additional £14.10 as assessed billing weight as 7.30kg against actual weight of 1.1kg. Appears to be no way of challenging this, disputing the over charging or complaining about the delay. Other than Contact Us form, no proper Customer Services contacts anywhere on Parcel Monkey Website.
