I liked that the company texted me to let me know the time for the pick up and deliver, and the slot was just one hour, that was great!

Website was easy to use but parcel company (Parcelforce) took 5 working days to deliver not 2.

Brilliant! Great service! This is the third or fourth year of using them, So easy, Pay online, drop off the parcel, they pick it up the next day and let me know where they are going all the way there when delivered. Just fabulous!

The company you use in Spain (Seur) are useless , our parcels were due on Saturday and at 14:12 we got an email to say we were not in having been in all day with the front door open and nothing on the CCTV !!!!. So I changed to date for Monday waited in all day until 20:30 and yet again they didnt turn up, now I cant change the day because there website wont allow me. Now Ive got to find a seur office to try and sort it out myself NOT WHAT I PAID FOR . Having read other reviews about Seur I will not be using this service again Ill be using a proper company.

Nothing wrong with parcel money, but the carrier DHL were a day late picking up . Very inconvenient. And not what I paid for.

I have used Parcel Monkey several times now I wouldnt even think of looking elsewhere. Parcel delivered on time and in good order.

excellent. Turned up and collected. Used parcelstogo and they didnt turn up for 3 whole days waiting so i cancelled and parcel monkey did a great delivery first time.

Ive send a lot items to Portugal with many different Couriers company before and never had any problems until I choose Parcel Monkey ! I drop my package on 29 of November in DPD drop point and today is 17 of December and my package still didnt arrive ! I last Friday I rang parcel Monkey to try find out was going on with my package and they didnt know nothing about it! Then I had a response a couple hours later saying my packaged will be delivery on Monday 17 of December ! So I await until Today (Monday) and the delivery didnt happen again ! The service is really poor ! I will wait and see what will happen with my package but will never use this service again !

Do not use them. They were awful, didn’t bother turning up when planned, lack of complaints prodedure. Did bother finishing their ‘online chat’ - didn’t turn up following day or day after either. Appalling experience, appalling communication, appalling service.

Sent a package which was just under 600g, (cotton flannel item) they said it was 2.5kg and charged my card without providing any evidence. Will not use again.

Great service very good price for international shipping and speed. Payed half the price for a parcel same size my parents send me theres took over a week, mine only 3 days.!!!!

I wouldnt use. Collection time is vague ( 8am to 6pm). More importantly they dont collect your parcel without telling you in advance so you have to rebook a second time and wait for another 8am to 6pm.

I have for some time now using your service to send parcels to Italy and up to a point I find it very good. However it is always at this time I become frustrated when I receive your survey mail. I assume your system is set up to issue these when as per your statement the parcel should be delivered. However never in all the time that I have been using your service has the timescale been met. I am not sure if this only happens on deliveries to Italy. Perhaps the delay occurs because these parcels are routed through Belgium? Perhaps you could investigate this and hopefully my current delivery will reach its destination before Christmas. Many thanks. R McCormack.

I booked a collection with ParcelMonkey for a delivery to Australia in time for delivery before Chistmas according to both ParcelMonkey and DPDs delivery schedules for the Chistmas period. The scheduled date for collection came and went (as did the last guaranteed Christmas delivery window). When contacting customer support, I was told through a series of boiler-plate responses (almost as if I was speaking to a chat bot) that they could only reschedule the collection, that Id have to reprint and relabel my parcel, and followed up with an exerpt of the companies Terms and Conditions that precluded them from offering any sort of compensation. I would recommend avoiding ParcelMonkey for anything important and just going direct to any of their suppliers, so that you actually get the collection you paid for, on the day you paid them to collect it. Abysmal.

A great experience; using Parcel Monkey UK was inspired by a recommendation. The pickup was smooth, the customer received his package on time and all through the process, I was kept informed. Will definitely use Parcel Monkey again. I recommend the company most highly.

The process of booking the delivery of my parcel was straight forward. Being able to compare prices for what I needed & to have the choice, and then actually booking & paying for the service was not an issue. The only issue has been with the delivery service themselves not adhering to the service I paid for (next day track & sign for). As I write it still has not been delivered & we are a week later! The service I am referring to is DHL. No compensation has been offered to me as a potential new business user & as such will seek alternative couriers. It is a shame that first experience has been a bad one.

Sent a parcel last week. It arrived at its destination the following morning (which seemed excellent!) and was signed for. All seemed well until it returned back to me today, 6 days later as "not needed" , "return to sender". No explanation! ?????
