Dropped parcel off lunchtime previous day in Bristol & was delivered in Sussex by 9.30 am the next day. It really doesnt get better than that. The quickest parcel that I have ever had delivered! Excellent service.

Frustrating experience, tried to send two parcel to two different countries miles apart. They only collected one and although it had the right label attached by us, they replaced it with the label of the second parcel and delivered it to the wrong address in the wrong country. The second parcel was never collected. When I asked for refund for services not delivered they told me that the second parcel has been delivered and even it was heavier than I had stated in the booking. Of course it was, because it was a different parcel!!! I am not sure who runs their customer services but they seem not to be able to understand a thing, are completely useless, and could not provide any support whatsoever, only additional frustration. If you keep treating your customers like monkeys we will take our peanuts somewhere else.

Excellent, thoroughly recommend this service. Have told everyone how good it is. Parcels from UK to Spain in 4 days, cheaper than a suitcase on a plane, plus door to door service. Whats not to like?

Parcel Monkey found me a good rate for a parcel to USA so no complaints there. Sadly Parcel Force were not so good. The 4 day service took 9 days and instead of delivering the parcel they advised the receipient to collect from a local depot.

Great and easy service to use, once I paid and printed the labels I just had to leave my parcel at a post office. Parcel arrived within the timeframe suggested. Will definitely use it again.

The parcel has been at a depot in the destination country for a week, the recipient hasn’t received a notification so doesn’t know where to collect it from.

This company should be avoided at all costs. My parcel was collected last Wednesday 12th December for next day delivery. It never arrived and parcel monkey have been truly appalling to deal with. I have no idea where my parcel is and neither do parcel monkey and they couldnt care less. I have sent email after email trying to find out whats happening and the only generic response is that enquiries are being made and they are happy to help with anything else. i dont need help with anything else just the location of my parcel!!!. Please avoid.

Wouldnt use again and advise you you to do the same. If I could leave no stars I would. Have used parcel monkey quite a few times and had no problems, until a parcel went missing. Very unresponsive and unhelpful when they do respond. I paid for insurance and it seems impossible to get them to start the process. Being passed from pillar to post. Parcel been missing over a month and of considerable value which needs to be replaced. This things happen bit the customer service is awful!
