Often received best price for shipping parcels outside UK, easy to use, probably could be faster to get you to the final payment page. The service that I used required a printer, that is also a bit annoying if you havent got one.

I always use Parcel Monkey but beware if you send fragile goods, it depends on who actually picks up and delivers as to how they are treated.

They did as advertised. I was able to send a parcel for Northern Ireland to Gothenburg via the post office for a fraction of going direct with Parcel Force. The parcel arrived within a week. Well done !

Friendly efficient courier(an am pm time slot would have been good for collecting parcel). Tracking was excellent my parcel delivered in France in only 2 days.would recommend.

Arranging the parcel delivery through Parcel Monkey was easy. Unfortunately I chose DHL as the courier. They were utterly useless. Didn’t turn up when they said they would. Almost impossible to get through to on the phone. When finally spoke to them they agreed that the parcel would be picked up later that day but again failed to materialise. No apologies, no-one took responsibility for sorting it out, and no-one bothered to let me know what was going on. DHL finally picked up parcel a day late. Absolutely appalling customer service, do not use DHL.

So easy to find the best price for sending a parcel. Easy clear instructions to book sending psrcel. Chosen courier service always collects as expected. Up to date progress report of parcel with tracking. Could not be better.

Great prices, never had any issues with these guys. First time I was skeptical because I read some negative reviews but they seem great. Been using them for over 4 years. Only issue is the insurance is limited to around £1,000. I sometimes send items worth far more than this so I have to go with a competitor

This whole experience has been a pleasure. I took my parcel to the post office. It was picked up that night and was in the USA within 3 days. The tracking facility was so good. I knew where it was every step of the way. Five stars. Will use again x

My parcels was logged as one order but because there was 7 parcels and not 1 when van arrived it didnt have room for my parcels the driver Inot knowing there was meant to be 7 parcels) was lovely and immediately apologised and arranged to come back that afternoon once she had space in the van for them. She arrived back at the given time and very quickly collected them. excellent service from her.

Cheap - but impossible to talk with someone when something goes wrong. Example: No pick up on date specified. Very, very slow to respond when action or a response is required.

Paid for a parcel to be collected a week ago, no one has collected and neither have I had a refund....cowboys dont use as all they want is your money and you cant get hold of them when you have issues...

I would have preferred a stated time for collection of the parcel instead of the 8 a.m. - 18.00. Other companies manage to give a two hour window for collection and some even text to give an exact time.

If i could zero i would, all booked in and guess what no one turned up, no one let me know.. i have to chase and got a bit fat zero back.. I had to do all the chasing and guess what they cannot contact the courier, no doubt it will someone elses fault traffic, driver snow .. Avoid at all costs..
