Easy website to use but unfortunately their customer service is totally useless. They seem to be unable to offer any sort of assistance if something goes wrong with your delivery other than refer you to your tracking information even when it is obvious that it is not working properly. All they do is waste your time asking you for more information about your shipment, although all this information should be available to them from the moment you book your delivery. There will be a problem with 1 every 5 or 6 shipments. The frequency depends on which company you book you shipment with (Courier/UKmail and ParcelForce are better than the rest). Prepare to be frustrated an helpless on those occasions

Pathetic customer service, always promise to follow-up but never do. Parcel never delivered even after 1 month of dispatch. Moreover charged extra for incorrect weight which is extortion. No refunds/claims even after insuring the package.

Have used Parcel Monkey several times to send large parcels to France, they offered a very good price for Parcelforce International. The parcels were collected on-time and arrived within 3 days, tracking worked fine. Very good, will use again.

I have used Parcel Monkey for several years to send parcels within the UK and Europe and have always found them to be an excellent platform to find good prices. It would have been 5 stars if they checked the collection postcodes prior to offering all providers as not all companies cover our remote corner of the Highlands of Scotland.

This is about the third time I’ve used parcel monkey to send parcels to France and I really can’t complain. The service is very fast and surprisingly cheap! I definitely recommend!

Purchased a next day delivery service on 10th 19:49. Parcel was not collected until the 12th, after several chasing was told parcel was on hold for unforeseen circumstances. Finally delivered on 4th day after collection. What a waste of time and money. I will never use this middleman-business again and i will ensure none of friend and family uses it. Funny thing is Courier which contracted to deliver the parcel would have cost me half the price if contacted directly! Dont use Parcel monkey , dont waste time and money with Parcel Monkey

Sent a parcel to Europe- it said it would take 2-3 days. It took a few more days than that but it was lovely to be able to follow the parcels progress. Really happy with the service, being able to pay online and just drop off at post office at half the price of Royal Mail. Will definitely use again!!

When I saw what it would cost to use ParceForce Directly, my jaw dropped! Somehow ParcelMonkey got me the same service for less than half the price and ParcelForce to give them their sue delivered 2 days early.
