Only one little complaint, an idea of the time of day collection was to be made would have been good.

all went by the book. Only had to fill in one other form when I dropped the parcel at the PO.
Would be nice to have this as a printout with the other labels.

Initially I had to get used to the website, but now it is a pleasure to enter every parcel separately, drop it off and within a week all 3 of my parcels were delivered to the respective addresses intact. What a pleasure to use with no problems at all.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Christmas presents delivered to Finland from the UK in less than 5 days in the week preceding Christmas. Very happy, would definitely use again.

We wanted a parcel delivered to Sweden. We were give a postal time with DPD as 6 days. Excellent we thought. The parcel has not arrived and now won’t be there for Xmas. Tracked the parcel and found it won’t be delivered until 2nd January. I don’t know where the 6 days came from. It didn’t leave the country until 19th. Very poor service. The 6 days turned into 19. Won’t be using Parcel Monkey again I’m afraid. Stick to Royal Mail.

I had no doubt that yet again this courier service would not only meet, but exceed my expectations.
From booking , paying online and dropping off at the P.O, the process worked like clockwork. Every step of the way is qualified with a text or email, to let you know what’s happening with your parcel. My sister in France got an email the next day from drop off, to say there was a delivery imminently. Arrived in 4 days, Un damaged and in good time for Christmas. 9th time of using this service and it’s my first ‘Go To’ delivery company.

Again I have paid for a 24 hrs service parcel collection Tuesday tried to deliver Thursday after I waited in all day Wednesday and I had to collect Saturday morning at the sorting depot

I GET PARCELS FROM THE CRIMEA IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION and get COMPLETE TRACKING FROM WHERE IT IS SENT FROM UNTIL IT ARRIVES AT MY DOOR

I have used Parcel Monkey on a number of occasions on 2 occasions I was charged a small additional sum because my parcel measurements werent as accurate as the carriers. I recently sent a parcel to NZ at a cost of £72.03 and a week after it was delivered I was informed by email that an additional sum of £64.89 had been taken from my account because the parcel dimensions were not as I stated. After numerous emails to parcel monkey and three phone calls to Norsk European, the carrier, I was advised that unless I had photographic evidence to confirm the dimensions and weight of the parcel the charge would stand. Luckily the courier who collected my parcel were able to confirm for me the dimensions they had taken when they collected the parcel. Norsk notified me they were charging me on the basis their measurements had calculated my parcel was 74*74*26 when in fact it was 47*47*27 as I was able to prove with the aid of the information provided by the courier. I have now received a refund of the amount I was overcharged but no contact from Norsk apologizing for their error. I will certainly not be using parcel monkey again and would advise anyone who is to take photographic evidence of the dimensions and weight of the parcel.

Paid for 24h delivery, took the parcel to the post office in plenty of time, track and trace proved it was collected in plenty of time, then it sat in the "Hub" and took a day to book in at the distribution depot, then another day before delivered, and I also paid insurance on the item. Contacted PM and was told to wait before raising a complaint.

We booked a parcel collection and Parcel Monkey gave this to DX. They failed to pick up yesterday and again today. Payment up front of course ! Lots of wasted time waiting for the courier to turn up and we still have not had our parcel collected. We recorded our dissatisfaction using the "chat" facility which is pretty useless - they just take a "not our fault gov" stance and blame their couriers and wont investigate why the service failure happened - Parcel Monkey are ok though, they have their money. If they had been more empathetic to our problem and actively done something about it we may have felt better but they didnt. We will never use them again and suggest other potential customers go elsewhere.

Bloody awful. I paid for 24hr service, got a 48 hr service and they hid behind T&Cs. If I wanted 48hr I was have booked it. Once the issue of non-delivery on the designated day was raised and a refund was requested, I was told: "I cant guarantee a refund as of the moment as the parcel has not been delivered yet. This will be accommodated later on." Once the parcel was delivered, the refund was refused due to alleged T&Cs. What an abhorrent excuse for customer service that operates in a wholly dishonest manner by implying youd get a refund, and then sticking two fingers up when you ask for one and telling you to basically sod off. This is not the published customer service ethos of the company, and the customer service thing claiming to be an Abigail M, you are a very devious and unpleasant lying individual.

I have submitted a damage claim filled in with appropriate paperwork on the 18th September and they haven’t got back to me when you click on claim it says it was submitted I wouldn’t use them for items that are fragile as they must throw them at each other you can’t talk to anyone there customer service is non existent a terrible company to deal with don’t use them is my suggestion.
