Very good service. They collected my parcel the following day as promised and it arrived the following day as paid for. This service was ideal for me as I work full time and so didn’t have time to go to the post office.

WORST SERVICE EVER USED. DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PARCELS LOST/NOT TRACKED/ DELIVERED TO THE RETURN ADDRESS!!!/NEVER ABLE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ON THE PHONE/MADE OUT TO BE A LIAR I have used ParcelMonkey three times to send parcels to my family home in France. I have experienced 100% failure on all occasions. My first experience my boxes arrived damaged and badly thrown around. The goods inside were fine as they were mainly clothes and soft items however the sheer state of the boxes it was clear they had been and led with no care and were completely battered. My second time, again sending to France, I tracked my parcel throughout and despite stayin in the entire time, my parcel was never delivered. I contacted ParcelMonkey who advised it was delivered and for me to prove otherwise. HOW do you prove that you haven’t received something?? As it states I AM NOT to contact DPD to show I hadn’t signed for anything I had to do their job for them and suggest to them that they do this. My tracking was then magically updated to say the parcel was in my loca delivery office in Bordeaux 6 Hours away from my house?? I then had to explain if the tracking was correct how can my parcel be in Pau and then less than 15 minutes later be in Bordeaux??? Clearly unreliable is not the word. After DAYS of back and fourth and we’ll over a week late I found my parcel at re local post office. My Third and final time f using this shambolic company, I sent 3 Parcels on Tuesday 27th November, collection is meant to be before 5pm and I received a message sayin between 3.21pm and 4.21pm, strangely precise?! M boxes were not collected until nearly 8pm that evening. All 3 boxes were collected and on their way. I revive confirmation my parcels had been collected an began the painful process of tracking. My first box arrived promptly, although was just left in my garden and it stated my mother in law had signed for his but that ANOTHER lie. You can imagine my confusion when there was only 1 Box? We Waited until the next day, nothing arrives and on Friday the young delivery boy gave us the second box. We explained there should be 2 Boxes. He showed us his sheet that stated this was 2 of 3 and the other is on its way. We do not have any faith in this company due to all of our experience so contacted DPD who advised it is in their system. No boxes arrive which is not uncommon in framce for a weekend. I fly home on Tuesday 4th December an can you imagine my dismay when my parcel is at home signed or by my sister the day before with a RETURNS label slapped on it and big black tape covering my address labels. I contact ParcelMonkey to advise and I am told it was collected and delivered and then that it wasn’t collected at all! BOTH LIES. As the driver did no sign anything in collection they are not helping. I have paid a considerable amount of money to ship items and they have effectively STOLEN from me as my parcel is still here. 1.why did the diver not sign on collection 2 where has my parcel been this last 7 days? I can’t trust it’s hasnt been tampered with 3. How can your system say it’s been collected one minute then not collected at all the next. When given the automated option to rebook I am then told I can’t as it’s already in the tracking system... HOW THE HELL can something be in the tracking system if ounare telling me I’m a liar and it sent been collected in the first place. I need m parcel collected ASAP and a full refund for the stress and incompetence of this disgraceful company. NOBODY USE PARCELMONKEY

I paid £25 to send a parcel abroad then the person who it was sent to had to pay £35 custom. I was not told at the time of sending the parcel there would be a charge. Parcelmonkey should make this point very clear

Just dont use these people, my parcel was to be picked up on Tuesday, didnt happen, rescheduled for Wednesday didnt happen, they then reported that the reason was that there was no parcel to pick up! They have now refunded my money less £9? Courier picked up an delivered within 48 hrs also £20 cheaper. You now have information to make a choice.

RUBBISH - WASTED AN HOUR OF MY LIFE ENTERING ALL THE INFORMATION FOR AN INITIAL QUOTE OF £24 ONLY TO BE TOLD AT THE END THAT IT COULDNT COLLECT OR DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS THAT HAD ALREADY BEEN SUPPLIED (THIS WAS A RETURN TO AMAZON in Scotland) NEXT THING IM OFFERED ANOTHER QUOTE OF £130 FROM A COURIER BASED IN THE CHANNEL ISLANDS - WASTE OF TIME. AVOID - I COULD HAVE DRIVEN IT TO SCOTLAND MYSELF FOR A £45 TANK OF FUEL! .

Zero stars if I had the choice (why is that not a choice?) I used Parcel Monkey for the first time for a shipment about a month ago. After making inquires about shipping to a certain destination I was assured that this would be okay. The day after they picked up our parcel they told me that they could not deliver the parcel to the destination and would return the package to me. I asked how long this would take and they said 14-20 days!!!! Whilst not happy I accepted their reason behind this. So after chasing them on a number of occasions they told me that their courier (not a courier that I booked through their website) had lost our package and they were sending my case to claims. I was contacted by claims later saying they had reviewed the images and documents I had sent them and told me that we had no case for a claim because of what the item was. Now I sent them nothing, the booking wasnt actually taken up and the courier that lost my item, I never booked or was told they were using. Please avoid this company, they are a nightmare. This review should be a zero star review This was an expensive mistake to use them.

Ordered a next day collection and delivery service, paid a higher amount for this and after 2 days item still hadnt been collected. no offer from parcel monkey to refund any difference paid for the service I did not receive. They just said it was down to the courier
