Easy Booking Easy Collection Delivered On Time
The website is easy to use and with numerous options of courier. The collect booking and labelling quick and easy to follow. Delivered within the timescales indicated on the site. Good tracking.

Collected and delivery in a timely fashion, but the box was damaged to the point that the £150 item inside was also damaged. This was a very well packaged boxed vintage item that I had sold to a customer. He was mortified but had to just let it go. Very poor show if that is someones idea of delivery.

I shipped a box from US to Japan on 1/7/2019 using Parcel Monkey. The promised delivery date was 4 to 14 days. Its 2/3/2019 now. My box is not delivered and they cant locate the box. I have been messaging them everyday. No Resolution!! I need my box to be delivered or reimburse me the Insurance Value and my Shipping Cost. Worst Experience!! Never had this problem with any other company in my 35 yr shipping experience!!
