I have been promised delivery on three separate occasions but so far I have not received my parcel. This is the worst service I have ever encountered and will not use it again. There has been no rude comment, just a pack of false promises. To further compound my frustration I am not able to speak to a person about it, just a machine.

Well, it’s christmas Eve and my parcel didn’t arrive and I have had no contact - the website just says it arrived in Germany four days ago...but tomorrow is Christmas and our children’s presents have not been delivered in time. So how can I rate the service as anything other than completely unacceptable. If you could not deliver you should have been honest as there were plenty of other courier companies that could have fulfilled that commitment. Three day service has so far taken six days and counting. We phoned and was promised a call back which never happened.

Had quite a bad experience last year, but decided to give them a second chance as prices were good. Two larger parcels picked up for 48hr delivery by Parcel force. One actually delivered the next day & the second delivered the following day, well done parcel force. The three smaller ones were cheaper to send with DHL, they were offering next day. They didnt pick up the parcels till gone 6pm,so I was unconvinced that they would arrive next day. I was right to think this. The next morning I looked at the tracking to find a message saying We’re sorry but the delivery of your consignment has been delayed. They were all delivered the following day.

First time user, had 3 quite heavy parcels to send to same address and was very pleased with the price (half that of the same carrier direct and for a quicker service) and the ease and speed of collection and delivery. Ive not heard of any problems from the customer which I would have by now so I assume everything arrived OK. Would definitely use again.

After the offer of 4 days of delivery service (Understanding the normal delays for Christmas days) we do not know when the package will be collected. We wanted to send a parcel to my grandchildren for Christmas. Using Parcel Monkey gave us a number of options to choose from including signed for and tracked delivery and pick up from 0ur house. We were notified when the pick up would happen and it was spot on and the parcel delivered next day all cheaper than taking it to the Post Office and arranging delivery three. Would use this again and definitely recommend this service

Parcel sent to France still not delivered by ParcelForce 8 days after receiving it and the French delivery driver could not find the address and swore at my son over the phone. Other parcels by other couriers were delivered but not via ParcelForce. Very disappointing that he will not receive it before Christmas despite it being posted on time (3-4 day delivery)!

I have always found that by using a service to find the best courier for your delivery to be good and find a cheaper deal, Parcel Monkey came up in the search so I thought I would give them a try. I had a consignment of 4 parcels which ranged from 6kg - 13kg, I entered all the details and was given the price, more fool me for then not going direct to the site of the courier company to then see their price direct. Why!!! because through Parcel Monkey it cost me an extra £50 to use them. I appreciate that the information was passed to the courier company and the items were picked up and delivered when it should have, but all that would have happened by going direct to the couriers website, I feel that the extra amount was for Parcel Monkey themselves as their fee. I am really not happy about paying an extra £50 so will not use Parcel Monkey again, just wish I had gone direct to the courier in this instance.
