My package was guaranteed for the 24th of December. I tracked it to Thailand and now they can’t find the package. So my family never received there Christmas presents.

Thank you for a good service, having had problems with deliveries to Spain from the UK in the past we are pleased to say our parcel arrived on time with no problems, It pays to check the size of your parcel as the quote given at first is based on a relatively small box but with a good weight allowance of up to 5Kgs, larger packages can be more expensive.

Please can parcel monkey grant a full refund for the poor and terrible services which they have provided, My experience has been the worst. I have booked a collection scheduled for Monday 17th December. On this day I called at 4 pm to confirm if the collection is still taking place parcel monkey confirmed yes by 6pm. 10mins to 6pm I contacted parcel monkey again to confirmed items are yet to be collected. Parcelmonkey confirmed a failed delivery happened at 5.13. I challenged this claim as this was a lie as I was present all day. I spoke to parcelforce to verify the situation and they confirm that I was correct and the driver claim of a failed collection is false as his gps showed we wasn’t in the area at that time. Parcel confirmed I will be reschedule for tommorow collection. Tuesday 18th, no collection took place after various phone calls and endless promises being broken by parcel of returned calls and none happend. Wednesday 1 9th item collected at 5.10pm after various calls by myself to force through the collection as again broken promises by parcel force of updates call backs, and scheduled time slots. As noted above my service I paid for was for a Monday collection and Wednesday delivery this did not take place. Friday 21st customer still yet to receive 2 days after scheduled date. This exsperience has been the worst and unacceptable I demand a full refund

Easy to choose company, enter details of package to be sent, pay for carriage and arrange collection.
Only Took one day between collection and delivery to recipient, even though it was only four days before Christmas.

Far better experience than with parcelnto go who failed to collect and then did not honour their guaranteed delivery date.... still waiting for their collection ????????????
Much better service than competitors so I have no hesitation in recommending, they were cheaper too!

failed to collect on time and then failed to deliver I have an injured leg so wasnt able to take my parcel to a drop off point - booked Courier to collect in London and deliver to Exeter through Parcel Monkey - paid for a next day delivery service. Booked on Tuesday to collect on Wednesday for delivery Thursday... they didnt collect. Rearranged to collect Thursday to deliver on Friday... they didnt collect... rearranged to collect Friday and deliver Monday.... they collected this time... but no delivery. 9pm Christmas eve and my nieces and nephew have no Christmas gifts from us. I paid for next day delivery and did not get it. They are not answering my emails and live chats, The parcel tracking says that it is still at the depot. I appreciate it is Christmas and things are much busier, but dont offer services you cant actually deliver.

Excellent Service. Yet again Parcelmonkey and DPD collect TWO parcels from South Manchester and deliver them to the Dordogne in France with 48 hours. I cannot fault them. Thank you.

I tendered a parcel from Connecticut USA to Bracknell UK on 7th of December for a promised delivery of the week of December 17th. As of December 24, it still hasnt delivered to the destination. There is no phone number to call. One can "chat" with a "service rep" but all they can do is find what the shipper can find by using the tracking number. I was first told my tracking number was no good. I supplied the # three times until they figured out it was a valid tracking number. Then they said it was "en route" to the UK hub. From there it has gone into "limbo" and not one person can say exactly where this parcel is today. This service is awful. All I get are excuses and lame explanations as to where this parcel may be today. It has been 16 days and I do fear the worst; it is either lost, stolen, or lying about in some damp old warehouse kicked aside because of my constant inquiries as to where this package is located. Furthermore, I have been ignored by Monkey Parcel now, since all I do is ask where my package is, in terms of the delivery date. Remember, no phone number for this service. That should warn everyone not to deal with a company who refuses to list a phone number for its shippers. I tried to save $20 US and ended up losing $140 US. Skip this Parcel Monkey as it is more like Monkey Dung!

At fist they charged me £78 for 7 kilos plus collection and delivery. They scheduled a collection date that was for the 18th of december they never arrived, I missed a whole day of work waiting but they rescheduled for the 20th, but they arrived on the 19th and luckily my wife was at home or else I would of missed another collection. When my parcel arrived at its destination there was an extra charge for duties and tax that was an extra £100 so in total it was £178 for a simple parcel delivery. That was the most expensive shipment ever that Ive done, other curious for 7kg max they would of charged £60-£70.I think this is the last time Im using parcelmonkey and its curious so be care full people read properly they have it well hidden.
