I have lost an entire day waiting for DPD, called Parcel Monkey, they were hopeless, didnt help, even lied, they said my pick up wasnt scheduled for today but I had a confirmation email...I think that we are better off ordering from the courier directly at least they would get in touch with the driver and sort it No compensation given Parcel Monkey thinks it is alright to waste your time!

I used International Priority Service to Turkey. They collected my parcel on Friday and it arrived at its destination on Wednesday. The box was not opened at customs. However, the recipient had to pay customs charges which is new! I used ParcelMonkey before at least two times, and we did not pay for any customs charge before in Turkey. Anyway, parcelmonkey has been just updated online tracking systems, so you can track your parcel in real time which is amazing! Thanks for the prompt service. I had no issues with using ParcelMonkey. I did send my Uni books, clothes, shoes. Good service for the reasonable price- of course cheaper than extra luggage!

Booked parcel collection for Monday paid £50 (bulky item), so stayed at home... 2pm nothing.. rang actual delivery company to ask what time they are planning to come and apparently they know nothing about my collection. Next step - Parcel Monkey chat - "dont worry I just contacted the delivery company and parcel will be collected today". So Im happy waiting for collection ... 6pm .. 7pm nothing. Next day chatting again - apologies, you can reschedule colection day - whatttt? Its to late now, I cant afford to stay at home and wait for something which might not happen. Cant change the collection address either. So cancelled the order and booked another one with different company for Wednesday - collected on Wednesday, but no tracking information available till now (Friday), chat is not answering my questions. Yesterday (Thursday) the first delivery company (which has been cancelled by PM on Mon) turns up to another courier :)) I dont know how they work but it is complete mess.

If I could have given no stars I would have done so. I booked and paid for collection of two items to be shipped to Spain. I waited all day on collection day and my daughter waited all the next day. According to the courier they came to collect and no one was at home! I’ve spent so much time trying to sort this out. The online chat ‘help’ were polite but useless. I will not be using Parcel Monkey again. Hope I can get my money back.

DONT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FRAUDS. I BOOKED A SAME DAY DELIVERY 3 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TIME SPECIFIED, THERE WAS NO TRACKING INFO LISTED, NO DRIVER ALLOCATED, THE PERSON WAS WAITING FOR 3O MINUTES AND NO UPDATES TO TELL ME THERE WAS AN ISSUE, NOBODY IS ANSWERING ME ON THE CHATLINE, THERE IS A REASON THEY DONT HAVE A TELEPHONE LINE, BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Following initial confusion regarding a collection, the efforts of the customer service team to rectify the problem and their efforts to resolve the problem was an object lesson in the right way to communicate with customers. It was excellent - and the result successful.

Poor service. I booked a collection and for whatever reason my parcel was not collected. I booked another collection and again, no collection. I tried to use customer support and while there is no contact number available there is a wonderful live chat in which you can get a nice generic message from a different person every time they reply, meaning the process of resolving issues is long and drawn out in the most inefficient way possible. My parcel was not delivered as a result of not being collected to begin with, nobody would give me any answers why, and to top it up parcelmonkey would not refund me. So I have wasted time waiting for collections, money spent on a service that never delivered, and patience on a completely useless live chat system. Please reconsider your customer support technique as it is currently absurd and does not work!

Website said labels would be emailed within 30 mins. I booked at 13.30, went to the drop off and hung around ALL afternoon. Labels did not arrive until 19.00!!! Unable to make contact with anyone and emails, questioning went unanswered.

Awful. Great pick up from yodel. Then silence from 26 November when it arrived at Basildon. Supposed to be in Tokyo Wednesday night. It’s now 2 days late they don’t know where it is, if it’s even left the country. They say they are not responsible becuase it’s a courier, but they are ones I paid and my contract is with them. Spend hours, and days of on line with them. And I haven’t even started the process of claiming back the value of the parcel, let’s hope the extra insurance costs were worth it. I am positing 5 more parcels today and I am not using parcel monkey!!!!

Very unhappy with they’re services. I’ve been using them for the past few months. When it came to few items being damaged due to being miss handled they started to ignore my message and at the end refuses to pay for the damages even though item were insured and sent properly packed. Will never use them again. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!
