Absolutely appalling service! Tried to rearrange collection - impossible. Spoke to someone who said they would call back with the day and time and never heard back. Still awaiting collection, and the service is very expensive!! I will never use them again!!

Was very impressed; I left a USB stick in UK that I needed in Australia so arranged for it to be picked up and sent to an address in Australia, despite being told it had been delayed by severe weather conditions it arrived in good time. Thank you DPD!!

Did not collect parcel on designated day, nor did they inform me of same. If collection point had not contacted me to inform me I would have been non the wiser & would not have known to rearrange collection. Adviser rude when I made contact to ask why collection had not taken place & no partial refund offered even though I paid for 24 hour delivery .

DIsgusting levels of customer service, These people have "lost" 2 seperate consignments of mine back at start of november, and have messed me about ever since i contacted them to try and find my packets or claim the insurance i had bought from them, never the same person twice dealing with your complaint , no phone number you can call for help so you are at their mercy for a response, they dont read the whole message trail so ive been asked 3 times to fill out insurance claims, also they last contacted me 3 weeks ago to say they needed a few days for a Depot search and they still 3 weeks later have not contacted me or answered my messages. I cant tell you how disgusted and cross i am and regret ever using these crooks with my customer packages, DO NO USE PARCEL MONKEY unless you love losing goods and having your time wasted

I sent a package to Singapore from UK with parcel monkey (by dpd) on the 26/1 using their 2-3 days delivery service. The package is still not delivered and it has been 8 working days! Parcel monkey cant tell me where the package is. Furthermore I received an email from this company today to say the package is 3.5 kg so I have to pay more in fact the parcel is only 1.40 kg!! I would avoid this company in future..

I sent a parcel from the UK to France with Parcel Monkey. It was collected on time by Parcel Force in the UK on a Friday and arrived in the GLS (Parcel Courier in France) Depot the following Monday where it has remained since. First they said it was insufficient address, even though they have delivered to the same address several times before. I verified the address several times with Parcel Monkey and even said it could be delivered to the locaI GLS Relais Point for collection. I have been in their online chat every day for the last 2 weeks plus and all they say is they have contacted courier and awaiting reply. In frustration I even emailed the CEO and am still awaiting a reply. Now I find that GLS have sent the parcel back to the UK. Avoid at all costs.
