Didn’t pick up when they said they would then picked up two days later and then didn’t deliver the next day as promised it was a total nightmare to be honest seeing as I paid for next day pick up and delivery it was not given nor a refund

Brilliant service - collected on time and by a very polite and smart driver, and delivered in under 48 hours. Great value at about £11 for a huge heavy parcel.

The parcels arrived in 5 days. I have used Parcel Monkey to send numerous parcels to Italy and they have always arrived on time. An amazing and efficient service.

Very bad, parcelforce 48 service ordered last week Thursday afternoon, theyve picked up the parcel in Scotland next day then nothing happened. Tracking history shows, parcel sitting somewhere in a hub, depot or whatever... never again.

Pricing in general and Pricing for protection of shipment is great. However, tracking status for the shipment is updated way too slow, dont know when the customer received the order (even now still says order is in transit).

I ended up paying £28.78 to send a parcel that was advertised as £7.19. One attempt to deliver the parcel was made and it was delivered to the depot that same day. The recipient went to pick up the parcel two days later but it was gone. Parcelmonkey made me pay to have it sent back to me and I had to pay AGAIN to have it resent. They claimed it was damaged (it wasnt) and multiple delivery attempts were made (one attempt was made). Customer service will not listen to me and they wont offer a refund. Avoid at all costs and go direct with the delivery company.

It took 3 months for my parcel to be delivered, only for it to be returned to me damaged! I contacted ParcelForce and they said it wasnt sent via them, despite me using their service and getting ParcelForce delivery cards...now trying to seek a refund and compensation - wish me luck!

Left Reading in the UK at 13:00 on Monday and arrived at my door in Pretoria, South Africa at 13:00 on Thursday - a miracle! Regular post to SA is only slightly cheaper and can take up to 5 MONTHS (yes, MONTHS...)...thats if it arrives at all.

This is company is a joke, I had 3 parcels from the states to be delivered to the uk. I paid for fully tracked and signed for service. All they keep saying to me we will update you, its in transit. If its in transit where is my parcels. I will get absoutley go mad if I dont receive my parcels. I paid $133 for international tracked. Said Im guaranteed it will be tracked updated once its arrivess in uk. Where the **** are my parcels. I dont want a refund at all. I just want my items. They mean a lot to me. You cant even give me a direct answer. Its been 3 weeks I havent had any update of tracking or the where abouts. Said on the website 4-10 delivery. Explain that???

Great prices but if something goes wrong its a miracle if you get compensation! Claims process is poor and extremely unfair. Would find it hard to recommend after 2 very bad experiences where I lost hundreds of pounds due to badly damaged parcels that they would not compensate for!

Evidently store your payment card details and have yet to find a way to remove that. I am sure that the GDPR legislator would be very pleased to hear about this. Needless to say, customer service will be getting an email in the next few mins asking to close my account and delete any payment methods which have been stored and I dont recall ever being asked to store them, other wise would have gone elsewhere.

Parcelmonkey did really great. I didnt know it was possible to send parcels abroad so quickly - and at such reasonable price too. Tracking screen was also quite accurate and helpful.

very easy to use and always a saving on standard delivery costs. I normally use Parcelforce for my deliveries and can always save a few pounds by booking it through Parcel Monkey. Highly recommended.

Id urge everyone to avoid using Parcel Monkey at any cost. Contacted many times about my parcel and always get one answer; "Weve contacted the courier and get back to you with 24-48 hours" and no one ever gets back to me. You can not speak to anyone (no phone number) and their online operators are based overseas, who dont know anything. Ive been waiting for my very important parcel for over two weeks, but no one is interested in locating it. Im extremely frustrated with the current scenario and deeply regret using Monkey business.

Nice easy to use website. But badly let down by having a surcharge added on after parcel sent. I put in the correct size and weight. Was later told that the volumetric weight was more and surcharged. For a UK parcel?? Not good really.

Would definitely not use again. Didnt deliver the item, claiming they made several delivery attempts. On checking the notes, they did not such thing, they couldnt locate the address, yet I was able to google it. Had to then pay for the item to be returned to me! If I booked with the courier directly, this wouldnt have happened.
