Collected parcel when they said they would from Essex and delivered to France when they said they would. Cant ask for more than that!

Parcel monkey is the most useless company, i wonder why i used them when they dont even have a phone number, i booked a shipment via Courier for next day delivery they didnt deliver until 2 weeks, no compensation whatsoever, yet no message to explain the problem that occured.i dont recommend anyone to waste thr money with a company with no customer service .

The sink (in its original secure packaging) was clearly dropped on its edge and smashed badly. Will need to refund customer. Its not what you expect from a courier company.

Meant to collect on Wednesday afternoon, did not turn up until Friday late afternoon. Customer service interaction very poor & unhelpful. No discount offered for late & inconvenience. Not sure I will use again !

Will NEVER use this excuse of a company again! 4 months after losing my parcel (£264) and after loads of passing the blame to their couriers they have still not paid compensation for my losses. In fact all they have done is refund my shipping costs so i am left £264 out of pocket. Bunch of lying thieves.

Horrific experience. send parcel on 11th December to my son (an urgent delivery which he needed), admittedly i had the postcode in Austria incorrect, but I corrected it once informed and they said they would pass on. The soon returned with the reply that the courier could not redeliver but would have to return the sender....that was on the 19th December.. however can i get the parcel back. Its 23 Jan and they still cannot give me an update on where it is, who it is with and why it is taking so long. it was supposed to be with DPD.. a reliable service? not what annoys me is the lack of information that Parcel Money have and their lack of personal contact. I will NEVER ever use this service again. There is no-one to talk to - just email which they rattle out the same lame excuse " we will be in touch when we have heard from the courier"- what 7 weeks later?? no chance- am raging! I now need this item replaced- if they cant return it to me.. wonder how this will go down???

Great value for money and, this time, rapid delivery of my parcel to Greece - it arrived 7 days after it was dispatched. Ive used Parcel Monkey regularly over the past few years and, on some occasions, the parcel has taken a worrying amount of time to arrive and needed chasing up daily - one parcel took 20 days to get from UK to Greece!
To be fair, once the parcel arrives in Greece, accurate tracking becomes almost impossible and it often gets stuck at Athens for a few days (though on one occasion, my parcel got stuck at the depot in the UK). The reason I didnt expect this parcel so soon was that it got tracked accurately for the first 72 hours until it arrived in Athens, then the next tracking event showed it as being dispatched from its starting point so I was getting ready to chase it up when the postman delivered it to my door.

Great service, prices are cheap and the delivery is quick. Only improvement i suggest is to be able send packages under 1KG, wont stop using Parcel Monkey though, amazing service, my go-to for shipping internationally!
