I paid for a 24 hour service and my parcels took 3-4 days! This isn’t the first time it’s happened.

The booking and collection of my parcel was a breeze, absolutely no complaints. The day of the collection the tracking was updated as it should of been, but it stayed on the same status for 3 days .Used the chat feature to try and get some info on the hold up but was told that I would have to call as it was an international shipment.. After speaking with the assistant she told me the parcel was lost and she would call within 24 hours to update me. Its now been over 48 hours since I called and they still havent got back to me and exactly a week since collection ( Suppose to of been delivered in 3-4 days )

Never had any problems.. Most parcels arrive in time and in perfect condition.. The one time a parcel went missing they tracked it down and returned it to me after it had been literally all around the world.. The customer support is very responsive..

Easy-to-use website for comparing prices and for booking collection and delivery of my parcel. Carriage was much cheaper than I had expected. Glad I was told about Parcel Monkey! I have already recommended it to a friend and will recommend it to others.

Paid good money to book a collection on a day I knew I could be home. Waited and waited for my label after booking the collection only to discover there was a problem with my order that they could not explain so had to re submit a new label. Finally got label. Waited all of the following day, nobody collected. No call or text to explain. No number to call them on, all done by email. Received a reply, had to re book. Ask what the reason was for no collection, they said no reason had been logged. Now I have to take time off to be here on a day not convenient and travel a distance to print off a new label for a collection 4 days later than I paid for. I am not even sure if theyll show up and would get no notification if that were the case. No apology or offer of compensation, blunt unhelpful emails, no details. Now I also have one very unhappy customer that I have to compensate because his delivery will be a minimum 6 days instead of 2. Im out of pocket and they dont give two hoots. Ill never use them again, absolute joke of a company. Who doesnt have a contact telephone number?!

This was the first time I had used Parcel Monkey and I was very satisfied with the speed and efficiency of the service they provided.
Ill not hesitate to use Parcel Monkey again and would recommend them to anybody

Excellent service as always when choosing dpd as option they are really quick & my parcels always arrive within 3 days 99.9% of time in condition they left only ever had 1 poor experience in the 2yrs i’ve used them & ParcelMonkey were quick to help rectify situation

On 3rd December 2018 I places an order for delivery #5677019. the courier failed to collect the parcel on two separate occcasions. If I could I would have given them no stars at all. The first courier arrived with a van too small to fit the pallets on with all the other items he had in the vans then parcel monkey apparently rebooked the collection but after waiting in for a whole day failed to show up. I was charged £330 for this pick up/ delivery of small garden furniture. Parcel Monkey nor the Courier Dx can be contacted by phone, they only use on line chat. When I complained they then told me that because the courier said that they had collected the items they would not refund me even though the items were never picked up. I would advise against using parcel monkey or DX courier.

Dropped my parcel at the local shop one evening. Staff were excellent.
Parcel was collected from shop the next day and delivered to its destination the day after.
No problems at all.
Easy to track.
Would recommend.

Excellent service, our parcel was collected when you stated and delivered on time. Unlike Parcelforce that I booked it with first and waited 5 days for them to collect, but they never turned up when tracked it stated attempted collection but parcel not available, which is a lie and they were more expensive.
Will use you for all our parcels in future

I reviewed yesterday and received a stock standard response from "Jack" - Jack obviously thinks Im stupid because he is telling me that the penalty I was charged was for Customs and Duties.... Ummmm, no Jack it wasnt, we paid for our customs and duties but we were charged an extra penalty amount because someone lost our documents and decided to put that our parcel was only worth GBP3 instead of our stated amount of over GBP200. Do you honestly think I dont know that I have to pay customs and excise? So Jack and Parcel Monkey - even though you are only a price comparison company as Jack responded to me, it doesnt change the fact that your response times are appalling, your communication skills are terrible and you do not check facts before replying to messages! And the fact that I can not call or email you but have to keep putting responses on your website or on Trustpilot is terrible. So for anyone wanting to use Parcel Monkey, I would seriously consider whether or not you are prepared to deal with incompetent people at the end of a PC that are not able to check facts before copying and pasting their stock standard responses.... RUBBISH! Rather go direct. In fact, use parcel monkey to find the best price and then go direct to the company you get the best price from because at least then you get a good price and can still deal with people who have the ability to answer you properly if you need answers!

I have experienced the most horrendous and amateur service from Parcel Monkey that if I hadnt been party to I would not believe. If you are going to use this company I would advise you that you need to have a photo of your parcel with a tape measure showing the exact sizes and also scales showing the weight. You may think this is ridiculous but when you contact the customer services they will not dispute anything without this and when you have already sent an item it is impossible then to get the item back and take pictures with a tape measure! I explained this on several occasions with Parcel Chimp but they continued to keep requesting this until they stated they could no longer dispute my claim without it. My issue arose when parcel force made an error and I was charged an additional charge by parcel monkey of £52.60 due to incorrect size stated on booking the initial cost was only £15). It wasnt parcel monkey fault but they insisted I had to challenge this through them and its here where the complete incompetence of the company started. I got to a point where I sorted it out myself with parcel force who admitted the error and gave me a reference number which in turn the whole thing was explained to parcel monkey and I gave them the reference number to contact parcel force who would explain and admit to the problem but Parcel monkey insisted that they could not move forward without the picture with sizes shown.!!!!! This went on for over a week and finally I managed to speak to Parcel forces MD office and they rectified the problem by dealing with parcel monkey directly. I would warn you that there is no number to contact parcel monkey directly and you have to do it via email which they obviously use tactics which stop you from being able to pursue issues. The service I received was appalling and the company need to have a serious look at their customer service, if I hadnt sorted it myself then I would of been out of pocket by £52. I would seriously advise you to use reputable companies and go direct with parcel force, the cost may be more but you wont receive a second rate service by using parcel monkey.

Had to make several phone calls to determine when/if my package was going to be collected. Parcel Monkey was unable to help and had me call Parcelforce. On the other hand, the job booking system is good, as is pricing. And the parcel was delivered successfully.
