Booked on a priority 2 day international delivery on the Thursday and item not delivered until the Tuesday. Wasn’t told the delivering courier was closed over weekend and then item was delivered to wrong sorting hub. So my friend’s son never got his present until 2 days after his birthday. Would like some reimbursement as never got the service I paid for. Very disappointing service.

The parcel was full traced during the whole process and it arrived in the timescale given on the website (door to door).

Easy to book collection and instead of going to the post office they can come and collect.it from your place and it is much cheaper..

THIS IS DEFINITELY THE LAST TIME I WILL USE THIS DISCUSTING COMPANY AFTER ALREADY HAVING BAD PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THEM!!! I SENT A PACKAGE WHICH WAS LESS THAN 30kg SO IT WAS CORRECT FOR THE SERVICE USED BUT A MISTAKE WAS MADE WITH THE MEASUREMENTS AND WAS ONLY OVER BY NO MORE THAN 10cm AND THEY HAVE TAKEN AN EXTRA £52 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORISATION WHICH IS OUTRAGEOUS!!! THE ITEM I SENT WAS ONLY VALUED AT £60 AND I PAID THE PAYMENT OF £12 TO SEND IT PLUS HAD FEES FROM EBAY AND PAYPAL WHICH TAKES ME OUT OF POCKET BY LOADS... I HAVE BEEN A MEMBER OF PARCEL MONKEY SINCE 2012 AND SPENT THOUSANDS OF WITH THEM WHICH THEY CAN SEE FROM THE HISTORY AND THEY HAVE NOT EVEN TRIED TO COMPROMISE WITH ME AT ALL!!! I WOULD TOTALLY UNDERSTAND IF ANYTHING UPTO £20 EXTRA WAS TAKEN FROM ME BUT £52 IS ABSOLUTELY APPALLING!!! I WILL NOW DO EVERYTHING WITHIN MY RIGHTS AND POWER TO SHAME THIS COMPANY AND STOP OTHER PEOPLE FROM USING THEM AND BEING RIPPED OFF LIKE ME!!!

as long as you use parcleforce and not any of the others like tnt dx you should be fine , ive used these for many years now and have had a few problems and i dont agree with no refunds or even the fact if they dont deliver the parcel you have to pay to have it shipped back i still actually use them from time to time

Price seems ok at origin U.K. They didnt deliver to my doorsteps in Nigeria , a third party company called me from a city in destination country to inform Parcel held at customs and I paid double initial courier charges to get items cleared. The third party company included its own fresh administrative charges. Then they informed me a fourth party company will send my parcel to me. Complex, multiple handling and unfair hidden charges at destination makes it uninteresting.

I have used them countless times to ship from uk to turkey, uk to zambia, turkey to zambia. Most of the times, i use a DHL service through parcel monkey and it is 1/4 the price compared to getting it directly from DHL. The post man collects on the designated day and delivers on the estimated day or earlier. No complaints except for the one time I had a whole parcel of 30kgs returned because it contained three bottles of nail polish. The conditions of carriage are only sent to you after you have purchased the service so I found out too late.
