Would send parcel on a Monday next time as it collected on a Friday and did not arrive at its destination until the Tuesday. It was a two day service that was booked a D paid for.

Never had an issue with Parcel Monkey, but with delivery in the US. Left huge parcel at door, signed receipt for me and didnt even ring the doorbell. Ive used Parcel Monkey several times and will continue to use them.

Shockingly irresponsible. I have been waiting for a parcel to be collected and they did not show up for 3 days even though everyday they promised that they would come. They keep sending standard responses that do not help and do not solve the problem. All they do is politely tell you that they cannot help you but to contact them if you have any issues with no trace of irony There is just no ownership in the work. All about passing the buck. Terrible is too good a word to describe them

terrible experience so far. I waited in all day yesterday for no-one to arrive. On the system it said my parcel had been collected the previous day - which would have been impossible. Mid afternoon i checked when my parcel was going to be collected and was told to wiat in until 6pm. I waited in til well after 6pm - no-one arrived. At 8pm I advised them that the parcel hadnt been collected. So it was re-booked for today. Now im being told it will be tomorrow and Im expected to wait in again all day - 3 days to stay in to wait for a parcel. customer service have no clue what is happening and dont seem to care either

Paid extra for a 24hr courier on a Thursday drop off to reach a guy on the Friday. Parcels not delivered until the next Monday, could have saved a tenner!

Parcel pickup was fine. It was the receiving junk mail 2 days later at my workplace I was unhappy with. This is the ONLY service I have ever used at work, so it cant have come from anywhere else

I sent my parcel to South Africa last Wednesday. Paying for a 3-4day delivery time. Quickly found out after posting that it would not arrive until the following Wednesday. It is now that Wednesday and it has STILL not been delivered. The contents of the parcel was urgently needed by a friend. Very disappointed

I have been using parcel monkey for the past couple of years now, this is the second time I have been let down with the delivery 5he first time I let it pass, but this time I have to be honest and say how disappointed I am as I paid for a two day delivery which arrived in the destination on time but failed to deliver, the parcel was a gift.
