Happier than last time with parcel monkey and DPD and Seur in Spain. It took just 5 days to arrive from London to Màlaga instead of the 10 days from the first service!

Used parcel monkey for the best price however I was unable to check on the tracking even now it doesnt say its been delivered I wouldnt use this service again very disappointed

Appalling ! They have delivered to my sisters address in France for last3 years and now say they cant find the address and its incorrect!!! Plus they want to charge you for delivering it back! Disgusted!!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! sent 4 parcels in the uk, paid for 1 day service never delivered parcels no tracking available took 12 days to find my parcels had to tell the courier not to deliver as customers had to be refunded. parcels sent back to PM and then they wanted 15 pound each to deliver back to me bloody cheek.Customer service waste of time have to email them everyday your better off ringing the courier direct.In future your better to go with the courier direct. RUBBISH COMPANY.

4 working days to send 30kg box to France. Service used was parcelforce dropped off at local Post office. Excellent service, price and tracking. More parcels to send and will definitely use them again.

The Courier driver did not turn up. The parcel was left outside all day and no one has collected it. We were also in all day so if he had turned up and bothered to walk to the front door he would have seen the very large 18kg parcel at his feet and been able to knock on the door and get an answer. Our door bell also alerts us when someone walks towards the house - again no alert.

After mastering the website was so pleased picked up parcel when said and was delivered promptly. Would never use royal mail again!!?

Suspect my experience was abnormal, but collection was booked for one day and didnt happen until the next. Parcelmonkey Assured me it would be on day one (at 5pm), reluctant to phone courier to find out where they were. Bit of a disconnect between the two, which was a shame.

wouldnt use them again. the courier I booked was parcel force 24 it took my parcel 4 days to get to the person when it was delivered they posted a note threw the door to say missed parcel she was home the whole time i rang them ended in argument because they would not re deliver that day. she rang and they then agreed finally delivered but parcel was not taken care off. when collected the driver was rude and wouldnt no life my parcel from inside my step Im heavily pregnant and had to lift a 12.3kg item out onto the step or he wouldnt take it. Ive had no luck with customer service for either place no hope in getting my money back service is useless avoid!!

Excellent service, finds you cheapest prices with reliable couriers and simple to use app. Stores your regular postage addresses which makes it quicker and easier to use!

I have recently used Parcel Monkey to return a fridge to a retailer. I appreciate that a fridge is not an easy item to return but packaged the parcel exactly as required in the original packaging from the retailer and opted for extra insurance to cover the cost of this item. Parcel Monkey did not collect on the day specified which was very disappointing as I had to take the day off work to wait in for them. I rearranged the collection for the following day and it was collected as agreed. I later spoke to the depot that had collected it and they confirmed they had the parcel, and commented on how well packaged it was. A few days later I received an email from the company I was returning the fridge to, who refused to accept the return due to the damage of the item. They sent photos to me and quite honestly I could not believe the damage - the fridge had obviously been dropped and had a huge dent in the door, which was now unable to close. I reported this to Parcel Monkey who initially were most helpful promising to escalate this as a claim. They required photos of the damage and receipt of the product which I promptly sent, and have since advised me that they have rejected the claim. As far as they are concerned it was not wrapped well enough and therefore not their fault that the item was damage was damaged in transit. They have suggested it should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and polystyrene ( it actually did have polystyrene protection within the packaging) but clearly damage of this extent would not be protected by bubble wrap. This was a fridge, it needed to be handled carefully and not dropped as it very clearly was. I am extremely disappointed at the response I have had - this is most definitely Parcel Monkeys responsibility and having paid £32.50 for this collection I cannot believe that they are denying their responsibility and refusing to reimburse me for this item. I have complied with everything that they have requested but to no avail.I believed I was dealing with a reputable company but was clearly mistaken. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered a delivery to France. 10KG, £16.00 is a crazy price and delivered withing 3 days, emails all the time to advise on date / time made this a no brainer.

Easy to choose carrier and service, and to pay online. Printing label is straightforward. Dropped off at local agent mid-morning, and delivered at the other end of the UK at lunchtime following day. Have used before and will use again.

AVOID PARCEL MONKEY AT ALL COSTS. The customer service is APPALLING. They refuse to issue a refund despite confirming that they would.

Booking the delivery was fine. Nice local drop of point. DPD tracking was good then it seemed to go a bit wrong. Tracking reported "a problem" so things got delayed a little, but the parcel did get there in the end, probably a day later than expected.

Took 11 days to get to New Zealand. There was no visibility it had been collected from the local Post Office until it appeared retrospectively some 8 days later.

Used you before and it seemed to work out pretty well this time as well. Package got to destination OK via Parcel Force after being picked up ahead of time .Havent had any package condition feedback yet from the destination factory (amplifier return to base) as they have a big backlog following the holiday shutdown but there hasnt been any suggestion of obvious damage etc so think that should be fine. Overall pretty good service.

Missed collections for three days running with no acceptable reason why, no apology and no compensation. It also took more than a week to get my money back. All Customer Services kept advising was that the parcel would be collected the following day but it couldnt be guaranteed or if you want your money back we will arrange the credit. Fortunately for Parcel Monkey the prices are more favourable than other companies doing the same job. I suppose you get what you pay for in this world.

Sent a parcel to USA via parcel monkey /DPD . 10 days latter received notification the parcel was being returned or destroyed. To get it returned I had to pay £12. Reason given for return was no customs documents. All documents as given by Parcel Monkey were clearly visible on front of package. I contacted Parcel Monkey, they contacted courier with photographic evidence. No reply has been received or offer of a refund. If parcel goes OK all well. If there is a problem always gets a 1 star rating Beware.
