Absolutely disgusting, you failed to deliver my parcel saying the address was incorrect, then you charged me £14.00 to return the parcel to me. On checking the address i was told it was correct and as a result of using you to attempt to deliver a parcel I am out of pocket by £ 32.00. I am not happy and question your business ethics Robin Banks

My parcel arrived in record time! Half of it arrived smashed to pieces even though it was in a very secure paces but I guess that’s the price you pay for super fast delivery! Not complaining though :)

Nightmare. Booked next day tracked service with DX. No record that parcel was collected. Tracking not working. DX tried to deliver parcel back to collection address. Parcel Monkey keep informing that the parcel will be delivered on a certain date. Have waited in for 3 full days for promised parcel, which has still not arrived. Parcel Monkey dont seem to be holding DX to account on any of their promises. Parcel Monkey are also not proactively trying to resolve the issue with DX, but waiting for me to keep asking where the parcel is (and asking me to repeat the parcel number in every single email / live chat - despite having provided it over and over again in the very same conversation chain.) I ask, and 6 hours later I ask again, and am told Parcel Monkey are still waiting for more info from DX. Meanwhile, DX say they have nothing with Parcel Monkeys reference, or delivery address. I dont feel like Parcel Monkey are taking any responsibility or ownership of whats going on - even though they ask their customers to contact them not the courier. If tracking isnt working, PM should be keeping me updated - not waiting for me to ask and ask and ask and ask when promise after promise is broken.

Very bad service!!I paid"8 days delivery"..and after one month nobody know where is my shipment!..Last scan is somewhere in"Basildon airport"in England.The transporter is still asking me about patience,still apologizes,but on the question of the refund is not able to answer!I have few times ask for a contact on the boss to deal with him and nobody answered me!I probably will never see my 100 pounds!!??

Quick and relatively easy BUT Parcelforce office where I dropped package off didn’t realise I hadn’t attached the correct part of label (even though staff scanned it and I asked if it was correct!) This lead to package being rejected and I had to collect from post office and re send! Bit of a pallava. So it may be good to make it clearer which label is to be attached?

Parcel received in good condition unlike a similar one sent via Royal Mail!( we were testing which service worked best ) Also the recipient really liked the fact that they were emailed in advance so they knew what was happening - this is a good feature so well use your service again

Excellent service. Parcel went from Cornwall to Scotland driver explained delivery make take 48 hrs instead of 24, which it did but service was excellent
