Unfortunately I cant give it less than 1 star. One thing you need to be aware of is that if you arrange a pickup delivery, the service is NOT guaranteed according to Parcel Monkey. I had to find our that the hard way when my parcel did not get picket up, not once but twice. I ended up calling the delivery company myself to reschedule the collection of my parcel. When high lighted to Parcel Monkey asking for a partial refund of my fees , they said : "Please be advised, we do not offer compensation for delayed collections, unfortunately, as this is not a guaranteed service. " I will certainly not use them again.

My experience of this company is very good, they were fast and reliable. The goods were delivered before expected and in a great condition. The tracking function was a helpful bonus.
Overall a very pleasant experience and one I would recommend.

I wanted to send a parcel to Germany. It was an easy web site to navigate. Unfortunately having completed the transaction I realised I had made a mistake about the weight 5kg instead of 6kg. I contacted Parcel Monkey via their contact page to explain my problem, They answered with clear and easy instructions within an hour. I resubmitted and paid again for my parcel (which was recieved in 3 days) and Parcel Monkey kept me fully informed regarding both parcels and ultimately my refund. Speak as I find - Brilliant! Thankyou to Margo in customer service and both Jess & Kev in the finance department. Unfortunately Companys and people often forget the excellent staff!

Providing the delivery goes smoothly then Parcelmonkey gives an excellent service..however...should the delivery encounter snags due to damage then Parcelmonkey are not as easy to deal with as they should be...so that is why the rating is a guarded 4 star...their public relations and customer service department are difficult to deal with and require endless amounts of photographic and other evidence in support of a claim. The delivery form is simplicity itself and the webpage easy to use but beware of courier damage!
