Second time Ive used Parcel Monkey. So easy - go online, weigh & measure parcel, they offer varied services at different costs. Chose Parcel force 24 which was so much cheaper than paying direct. Dropped off at Post Office, got proof of posting & parcel was delivered by 9.00am next morning. Fab service.

cheaper than Royal Mail and Parcelforce and there will almost definitely be a drop off point somewhere close to you. Great for those bulky ebay items

Parcel Monkey in collaboration with DPD A total shambles,inept from start to finish on top of that they will simply lie to you!. This so called company Picked up a parcel from my Mothers address in Bristol to be delivered to me in Barcelona 3-4 working days they said! In their infinite wisdom someone has promptly lost the parcel and didn’t bother to advise me of anything leaving me to wonder what was happening with no communication. Then when I called DPD they initially denied ever picking up the parcel!!!! Until they were given proof of collection which proves they are talking absolute drivel. I move House in 9 days so I have no idea as to what will happen,The only thing I can say to people is use Courier,UPS or any other reliable provider as the ineptitude shown be these so called professionals is laughable,I now have to wait up to 5 days for somebody to check what the rocket scientists have done once collecting the parcel,All this could be yours for £47. SIMPLY SAVE YOUR SELF THE HASSLE GO ELSEWHERE. In addition to the above I’ve just called DPD and spoken to a man named Ramesh who had no idea what he was talking about placed my call on hold then back into a call queue as he clearly didnt have a clue what he was doing, I then waited and spoke with an ever so helpful lady who said we won’t give you any information anyway your not the sender!!!. This has taken THREE PHONE CALLS to be told this ???????? ???????? ???????? let’s all take a moment to celebrate your ineptitude.Complete waste of time as a company.WOULDNT WISH THIS LEVEL OF TERRIBLE SERVICE ON MY WORST ENEMY

My parcel went by Parcel Force and ended up 2 days at a depot in France. I had no way in finding out what happened. Previous times I used Parcel Monkey the service was fantastic but parcel was collected by courier but I couldnt be in for a collection and so Parcel Force was my only option.

Cheap and simple delivery service. I was able to arrange for a dpd pickup to send a parcel to Hong Kong, it was the best price and the application was very simple. Id use this service again.

The advertised time taken for my parcel to reach its destination was "3 - 6 days", however, it turned up later than that, where it took almost 3 weeks for the parcel to reach its recipient. I was also surprised that Parcelmonkey did not warn me of any charges that might have been needed to pay by the recipient, as I was shocked to know that the recipient of my parcel had to, for some reason pay a significant amount of money just to collect the parcel. This should have been warned earlier.

I understand that they are just the middle man and the freight company is ultimately responsible for the shipment BUT the fact that they take over a week to get feedback is totally unacceptable. And I have to chase them in order to get anywhere. I sent my shipment on the 18th of January to South Africa, it still hasnt been delivered and the recipient has been charged a penalty as the documents we submitted with the parcel stating that the goods were worth over £200, was lost and some bright spark put the value as £3 - incurring costs on the other side. Totally unacceptable. And I cant email or call anyone, I have to fill in a stupid form online and wait for someone to give me a stock standard response. Every single response has been started with We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Rubbish do you, you couldnt care less because youre not sorting out my issue.

Great parcel service and very good rates, all my parcels have been delivered in UK and Europe on time and at a very good price. My only problem was at the drop off point with a miserable shopkeeper but that will not put me off from using this excellent service.

Parcelmonkey are particularly good at finding carriers for large or heavy parcels as well as more standard packages. The website is very easy to use and i’ve never had any problems.
