I’ve got a bad experience cause the driver left the parcel in a shop without card and without a valid name on the signature it’s unacceptable

Very pleased with Parcel Monkey but DPD that delivered my parcel managed to damage our box and arrived with a huge gash in the side. So not happy with that.

when item is lost or stolen the response from parcel monkey is not great, even if you have taken out insurance on the item they will not pay out unless you can produce receipts, and how can do that on cloths you have had for years.

Booking process was easy . No any issues with that . Tracking information provided to the courier website GLS croup , which had to deliver my parcel was incorrect . My parcel this morning was with status , we tried to deliver your parcel , recepient was absent . After seen this I had called to the courier and I was told that the parcel is still at the local office and will be due to delivery on Thursday . The same thing happened last time when we used GLS for delivery -around 5 month ago ( info on the website was incorrect ).The estimate delivery of 5-6 working days didn’t happen .. For the future please,make sure that info provided actually match to the real status of delivery because the incorrect info caused a lot of frustrations to me and a lots of unnecessary phone calls .

After messing me about for a week saying I was going to be collecting the first Monday has an apparently it was booked in for a Wednesday came and they left the note at the door even though theres someone in the whole day they were meant to retry the next day and didnt even show up then it comes to the Monday when that has been rebooked in again and they dont even attempt set as and theyre saying it has not been collected you gonna have to restart your whole order I think this is absolutely disgraceful I would never use them they just take your money and mess you around

Broke my shipped item and refuse to pay out on their expensive insurance. The item was metal and they either dropped it, or dropped something on it which was so heavy that it broke the weld on a 12mm rod! Avoid these monkeys.....their name kind of gives away their attitude!!
